Carmel and Stuart are the most generous and genuine hosts. A meticulously kept property, homemade treats, walkable to the village, great daytrips - use this as your base and stay as long as you can.

The Annex was generously sized yet cosy, delightfully laid out with quality furniture. Beautiful bed linen. Delicious breakfast supplies. Plus a gorgeous private courtyard peeking out to the main home's stunning garden.

Nothing - for Greytown, it was perfect.

Carmel and Stu were wonderful hosts. Everything we could possibly need. Beautiful breakfast supplied eggs, bacon, fruit and yoghurt with cereal and beautiful bread. The amazing homemade banana cake fresh and warm straight from the oven. A real treat. Beautifully furnished cottage cosy and warm with the fire lit. Carmel and Stu were there to offer any assistance. Would definitely recommend. A beautiful relaxing outdoor area with private patio and amazing formal gardens. Thanks so much Carmel and Stu. Donna & Ian 🥰

If I could give this property 6 stars out of 5 I would. Every little thing was considered. Carmel made the most amazing baking each day, the whole experience was fantastic.

Myself, wife, brother and his partner stayed at Wyette Annex to visit Greytown for the weekend of the Mid Winter Christmas Festival, we stayed in the two bedroom cottage at the property. We were met by Stuart who had just lit the fire in the cottage and then gave us an introduction to the cottage which was stunning, everything you would want. We had just settled in when there was a knock at the door and there was Carmel with a freshly baked banana cake for us. The accommodation and the hospitality was outstanding and we cannot recommend the Wyette House accommodation enough, treat yourself !! The beds were so comfortable, the wonderful furnishings in the lounge, the cosy fire and the great supply of firewood, the Lemon cake that was baked for us which was still warm was amazing. The breakfast supplies, eggs, bacon, bread, homemade jams and marmalades were so good, lovely breakfast cereals were provided but mostly the wonderful homemade muesli. We could not fault this wonderful accommodation. We can safely say this is one of the best places we have stayed in, and will definitely be booking another stay.

From the moment we arrived Carmel & Stuart were the most beautiful hosts, the annex is tucked away in peaceful garden surroundings, beautifully styled with a home away from home feeling. The warm lemon drizzle cake on arrival was such a lovely gesture, we will be back!

The most beautiful home in Greytown. The best hosts, gracious and welcoming. I've been a few times and will be going back.

A gorgeous place where every little thing was taken care of. The host even baked a cake for us to enjoy. Town was within walking distance, including fantastic places to eat. Everything from board games to salt and pepper was provided.

Breakfast was lovely - freshly baked shortbread beautiful and as it turned a little cold it was lovely to light the fire which warmed the cottage. Wonderfully welcoming and comfortable and every need was met.

Excellent breakfast provisions supplied and the owner bought over shortbread and a lemon loaf which was a special surprise.

The Annex was cozy and clean and had all the amenities you would need and a couple I didn’t even think of. The property was beautiful, quiet and 2 minutes from Greytown which made finding things so easy.

I liked everything. Hard to find a fault when the host was clearly experienced and dedicated to taking care of his guests.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the property had two bedrooms and was the perfect size for us. Stunning gardens, beautiful furnishings and fully equipped with everything you need in a home away from home. What made this stay exceptional was the personal touches, from the homemade muesli, to the toiletries in the bathroom and delicious coffee.
