Reviewed Oct 1, 2025Spacious room. Clean. Lift access available. Okay for a quick business or 1 night stay. Decent breakfast. Drinking water kept in room as well as separate water dispenser available for quick refill. Trustworthy for Fab Hotels chain. It was a short stay, so okay experience.
Minor issues - 2 beds were combined with unaligned mattress. Hence gap in between and shorter size bedsheets on it. Seemed it was originally planned for "twin bed" setting room , but converted to single double bed. Also, visible through unaligned bedrest furnishing. No problem in regular conversion, but should ensure it aligns and sheets spread are sufficient. - Bathroom fittings, bathroom door need Maintainence. - Maybe mirror position needs to be changed or light should in fitted on the mirror. Current position of light comes on back of head, so its dark.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025Good value for money. I stayed for 3 nights as a sole traveler. I picked it due to the location (I had to be close to Marathahalli). This is a decent place with some shops around. Easy to get auto and cab/uber. Zomato/Swiggy also deliver. The breakfast included was very good. Rooms were decent and clean and there was housekeeping everyday. Overall a good value for money.
