Ambience and location of the hotel were very good .

Post my feedback, the team had made utmost efforts in correcting, which was evident. Sameer the manager had made efforts to ensure the customer is given walk through of their demands are continuously being met. What i loved the most the acknowledgement and corrective actions which not all hospitalities are taking care. This time the team at Bhagini not only have improvised but assurance given to the customer is what is appreciated. Bhagini is climbing their standards every day in all ways possible. Bhagini's team efforts much appreciated.

Nothing in specific, now they have introduced dinner buffets though the spread is small, quality can be improved.

It use to remain my preferrred accommodation, now need to look for better accommodation. Bhagini has lost its standards.

Bhagini is no longer meeting the same standards. The room AC was very bad nosiy through out night and bathroom, the shower water doesn't drain properly and flows through out the bathroom, making us to walk on the dirty water. Air dryers are available only on request. The resturant at the reception area servers food over priced and doesn't longer remain tasty. Found fly in the item and had to ask them to replace. Off all, drinking water was rationalized, 24hours a room gets 1l, anything more would be chargeable. Basic necessity of water should be made available to the guest and shouldn't be capped.

The staff and facilities were really good.

The food the complementary food was below average, and the restaurant food was bad , and the people who serve breakfast are also not good they don’t care about food is over or cold , so overall food is bad.

Jyoti has provided best service and excellent place to stay..

Restaurant should be more versatile

Hot water was just warm so don’t suggest taking this room in winters. The telephone was broken so it’s hard to contact the reception.

It is very clean and the staffs are very polite

AC starting time is getting delayed before it is first usage or power interruption. Not able to use the internet because of VPN connection.

The hotel is very good. Very neat and clean. Staff is very helpful. Jyoti, who sits at the reception, is very helpful. He was able to guide me on where I could get what in the surrounding vicinity. Will definitely recommend to others.

Security will always demand for money. Not even having table in room to keep a laptop and work. When I asked for GST bill the reception person was but reluctant

I booked a room for one night. I had to check-in early because I was arriving by bus with my family at 6:30 in the morning in Bangalore. Since this was earlier than normal check-in policy of hotel, I had called the hotel earlier and they had informed me that I will be charged 1000 Rs. extra for early check-in. This was fine with me. But when I checked in I was charged for complete two days. The bed was torn.

The room was clean

First night my room's air conditioner was leaking water and the entire room was filled with water. I called the reception to address this issue, they assured that they would change my room in the next 30 mins, which didn't happen unless I called them back after 2 hrs raging at them and the receptionist tells me that the previous person didn't mention this. I had left the room keys to get the room cleaned, the cleaning staff drank the water from the water bottle and left the half empty water bottle for me. While checking out, the receptionist calls me at 11:58 am telling me checkout time was 11am whereas the chrckout time was 12pm. I have stayed at this property in the past and many other Icon By Bhagini properties in Bangalore and everytime my experience has been good thats why I picked this property but looking at my previous experience I will have my doubts about it.

I needed a stay that had ample parking because I had driven down here to get some work done on my car. They had plenty of parking and the security was nice. The shower had heat so that was nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall, happy with the stay.

The Air Conditioner was a little noisy. They have a 1L per day policy on water.
