Wir konnten am Abreisetag nach dem Check-out noch den ganzen Tag den Pool und die Strandtücher nutzen. Duschen und umziehen war auch möglich. Mega. Gutes Frühstück, Pizza war auch gut. Gute Preise für Essen und Getränke. Zimmer waren ruhig.

The staff was very rude and treated us as if we weren’t paying for the room. Very odd. The shower was leaking through the entire bathroom and room and they did nothing to help, did not bring us any towels. They wouldn’t allow us to have any outside friends come stop by the property. Overall it was not a good experience.

Nos dejaron quedar pero estaban atrás nuestro en los espacios comunes viendo que no estuviéramos comiendo o controlándonos constantemente excesivamente. Nos llamaron la atencion por comernos un caramelo sacado del bolso porque en espacios comunes no permitían comida y bebida traída de otro lugar que no fuera el bar de la piscina. Muy excesivo

It’s relatively small property, about 60 guests max. The rooms are lovely, a double bedroom and kitchen / lounge areas with an extra bed. Adults only, so no rowdy teenagers or young children. It is exceptionally clean and the staff are amazing from reception, bar staff to cleaners and kitchen staff. Brilliant service all round. We were literally sad to leave when we said goodbye. We have stayed here three years and tried others but it’s so good we won’t stay anywhere else now.

Bedroom was a bit dated compared to images. Very expensive but appreciate that is standard for Ibiza.

No black out curtains in the bedroom, remember to bring a sleeping mask if you intend to sleep. Shower drain was clogged. Floor was quite dusty.

I liked the terrace, the sea view, and the size of the apartment. The bedroom was also good, with plenty of natural light, and the apartment was quite clean.

The design looked great in the pictures, but in practice several things were not very functional. The bar stools were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was poorly designed: water spread across the floor when showering, making it slippery, and there were not enough hooks or towel rails. The bedroom also lacked sufficient storage, with very few shelves or places to put clothes and personal belongings.

Lo máximo!! Muy bien ubicado, estábamos a pasos de la playa, un minimarket, las fiestas. La zona de piscina es maravillosa y el restaurante muy rico y bueno! Además si tienes un vuelo tarde te puedes quedar en la piscina y tienen a disposición guarda equipaje y duchas. Otro punto a favor es que la llave de la habitación es una pulsera, imposible de perder en Ibiza 🤪 Volveremos si o si!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space with the bedroom and living room. We didn't use the kitchen apart from the fridge but it seemed to be stocked with useful equipment. I loved the wristbands to open the door rather than having a key, so much easier! The pool area was great, good atmosphere with music. Handy having the bar and food service there.

Very clean and modern. Lovely relaxed pool with a great bar and restaurant, plus music playing all day. Staff were pleasant and happily organised taxis for us whenever we asked. Can order room service and the menu had everything you could need including healthy options

The apartments were very pretty, bright, modern, and updated, and our room was spacious. There were definitely some positives, but unfortunately a few issues made the stay frustrating, especially considering the price. On a very positive note, the mixed meat plate we ordered to the room twice was absolutely incredible. Overall, the property itself is lovely and has a lot of potential, but the Wi-Fi, constant daytime/evening music, and very limited housekeeping made it difficult to feel that the experience matched the price.

The Wi-Fi did not work at all in our bedroom at all and was spotty at best in the living room. The biggest issue for us, though, was the noise. We come to Ibiza to go out at night, and the music at the pool started around noon every day and often didn’t stop until after 10 PM. With a speaker with lots of bass only a few floors below our bedroom, it was extremely difficult to sleep in after being out until the early hours. Some days were worse than others, but overall it really impacted our stay. Housekeeping was also disappointing. It basically consisted of making the bed and changing the towels. Even if there were only a few dishes in the sink, they were left untouched, as were clean dishes I did daily sitting out to dry. I ended up doing the dishes throughout our entire stay, which felt a little ridiculous given what we paid for the apartment.

Check in was excellent, staff friendly and generally very clean and well presented.

The swimming pool was not clean, it was murky and slimy and was full of suntan lotion, the water was cloudy and so we didn't want to use it which ruined our experience as it was so hot. Air con in bar area and reception is not effective as doors out to pool are constantly open meaning there was nowhere to chill out comfortably. The pool clearly needs a better filtration system or cleaned more regularly and clear signage to ask guests to use the outside showers before entering the pool.

Las instalaciones han sido renovadas recientemente. Está todo bastante limpio y agradable. La ubicación es muy cómoda, cerca de restaurantes y transportes.

En primer lugar, llegamos con varias horas de antelación por el horario de nuestro vuelo y solicitamos si por favor podían asignarnos la habitación antes de las 15h (su horario de check in). Nos dieron la habitación literalmente a la hora estipulada sin hacer ni el más minimo esfuerzo por atender nuestra petición… teniendo en cuenta que el check out es a las 11h no se entiende… Por otro lado, la habitación que nos asignaron fue un bajo en zona de paso, por lo que por la noche era muy ruidoso.

Hemos tenido una pésima experiencia en este apartahotel. Después de pasar todo el día fuera, al volver por la tarde nos encontramos la puerta de nuestro apartamento completamente abierta. Dentro habíamos dejado objetos de valor, por lo que cualquiera podría haber entrado a robar. Al comunicarlo en recepción, nos dijeron que probablemente la limpiadora había dejado la puerta mal cerrada y que, debido a la humedad, a veces no se cierra correctamente. Precisamente por eso, el personal debería comprobar siempre que la puerta queda completamente cerrada al terminar la limpieza. Nos pareció una falta de profesionalidad y un grave problema de seguridad. Por este motivo, no volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

Freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lage gut um in die Stadt als auch an die Hauptpartyziele zu kommen.

Der Pool hätte sauberer sein können. Davon ab wurde unser Flug gecancelt und wir mussten einen Tag länger auf der Insel bleiben. Es wäre cool gewesen, hätten wir für die eine Nacht noch ein Zimmer gehabt. Dies wurde uns aber leider abgesagt.

Room was really clean and cleaned everyday. Apartment had everything we needed. Staff were lovely and helpful - they ordered taxi's whenever we needed. Food and cocktails in the restaurant was amazing.

It's peak season so getting a sunbed may be a struggle but we managed to get some on 2 out of the 3 days we stayed. Pool was really dirty including loose, cracked tiles which were quite sharp on your feet.

The apartments were clean and spacious, very nice. Great vibe within the hotel.. music playing by the pool was good and not too loud. Staying in a room overlooking the street probably best option. Definitely allow sufficient time ( much more than you would expect) to get cabs, very busy area to get to clubs, restaurants.

Pool area was very clean and well kept. Staff was always friendly and helpful. No issues with noise, even with a ground floor room. The best beaches in my opinion are more like a 20-30 minute walk, but the hotel is close to many main beaches and resturants.

Food and drinks were a bit pricey, but the portions and pours weren't too bad.

Limpio, ordenado y brillante. La piscina es un 10. Su personal es excelente. Desde la recepcion hasta los camareros y limpieza, se los ve felices y siempre con ganas de dar lo mejor. La comida que ofrecen es de primer nivel. Todos estan hechos increible. Sin dudas, white apartments es una gran opcion para estar cerca del puerto de ibiza y de la noche. Y la piscina la disfrutaras. Volveré siempre.

Perfect little hotel with a lovely view out to the sea from our balcony. The pool is lovely and it was very clean and the staff were great.

The location made it a little difficult to get a taxi outside on the road, at the taxi rank and even ordering one over the phone

Amazing hotel, close to the beach and the city, restaurants and shops nearby, very fancy and modern place with amazing pool and restaurant, easy check-in and check-out process. The room was big enough with balcony right next to the pool, the place was very clean, big enough kitchen, clean towels and bed sheets, comfortable beds, nice and big bathroom, good air conditioner and very nice staff.

Nothing to dislike, the place is amazing.

The location was great, nicely in between the old town and the main clubs. The rooms were a good size and clean. The pool and bar area had a great relaxed vibe and all staff were super friendly. The wristband key cards were a great idea so was to not lose it when out!

Our booking specifically stated that city tax was already included in the price. However, when we arrived, we were told we had to pay an additional €60 for city tax for our 3-night stay. We showed staff our booking confirmation, which clearly said that city tax was already included. The next day, they then told us it was excluded from the booking, even though this was not stated anywhere on our end. In our experience, other accommodation in Europe clearly states when city tax is excluded, so this felt very misleading. We eventually paid €36.90 instead of the original €60 they asked for, but the whole situation left us feeling like we had been taken advantage of. Future travellers should keep this in mind and double-check the city tax before arrival.
