SA Sutera Avenue Homestay Opposite Imago KK

Its a good choice to stay at AS Suter Avenue homestay everything is near like airport or mall.the place is safe, no hustle to find a parking. My kids realy enjoy to use the pool. Thank u again sutera. I still want to stay here next time

Nothing

everything is incredible

no issue

a bit kotor hmmmm

kebersihan dan berbau busuk

Everything was bad It was a worst experience

Everything Bathroom was disgusting and unhygienic The bed was damaged Air-conditioning was leaking The door was locked The water heater in bathroom was leaking

Easy to find food for breakfast and lunch

Parking problem. Unable to search the parking for the first time

The bedrooms The cleanliness of the kitchen.

The rice cooker didnt work. The bathroom clogged Asked for extra spoon since they just have 2 and we're family of 7.

The location is very convenient and well situated. The property consists of three buildings, with restaurants located on the ground floor. It’s easy to get to the shopping mall, and taxis are also readily available, making it very convenient for getting around

The facilities inside were good and generally well maintained. However, we stayed for 15 days, and there was no cleaning service provided during our stay. The air conditioner was dry and needed servicing, and the service was quite slow. Overall, the facilities were good, but the housekeeping and service could be improved.

Dekat dengan airport

Tuala lama, boleh gantikan dgn yg baru. Kurang bersih. Bukan muslim friendly.

Very good love it has many rooms when traveling with family. There's a pool for children to enjoy. Good location easy to buy food lots of restaurants.

Everything else is great except one bathroom has no ventilation fan on it, so you see the mould growing on the ceiling. Not really hygienic.

Owner & staff very helpfull and give fast response. Strategic place. Clean

Facilities in the house must be improve. Not well maintenance. Bedsheet need to be change. Rice cooker & microwave cant be use already.

- one of unit yg ada queen bedroom. Tilamnya suda lama. Terasa springnya d badan. - tv is useless because of the wifi.

NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUR THIS PROPERTY‼️ SERVICE TOO BAD ‼️😡

CEK IN CEK OUT PROBLEM ‼️‼️‼️‼️😡

The room easy to access..

Aircond at the unit was leaking, netflix not working must use guest acc, the dinning table chair all sway, we very worry to sit at the chair, kusyen was not soft but very hard. Hope the maintenance house doing it.

Location

One of the AC got water leaking, the toilet has two doors which is not convenient, Need to well maintain and clean the dust. The towels got stain and very old.

The location, the facility, ease of checking in and out and spacious apartment for 4 adults.

One of the apartment had severe foul smell from drains rendering the stay impossible. We had to stay away for 3 days and no refund offered.

parking too far from main entrance

Spacious, tap water very good, location very convenient.

Floor still wet and slippery when we check in, old n dirty towels provided, toilet roll n rubbish plastic bag only given when requested, n only 1 toilet roll given for 4 days 3 nights stay.

the water faucet (bathroom) have problem..can use but not in practical way..hope they are repairing next time so next guest dont face the same problem

I'm impressed with the facilities they have especially the kitchen, it is so big and very comfortable. Usually i booked small apartment and the kitchen was not so bad actually.. But this time it's veryy comfortable for me to spend time with my family

The location is strategic.

One of the facilities was broken. Needed to wait for the next day to be repaired. But the service was good and clean.

Before this many people's complain about the smelly bedsheet, luckily our bedsheet smells very good.

The electric stove is very slow to cook, we cook a simple fried egg takes 20 minutes. Also don't have enough spoon

The remote tv didn't work

Not so far from the mall

No comment maybe 50/50 not so good not so bad

the room

i need a broom to clean my room because i stay more than two days and more trash bags. other than that okay to come again.

Location wise

The smell of the place, parking area a bit creepy and far from tower access door, floor tile a bit oily, one of the room AC not working. So its warm. The toilet smells like pee! And got worms.

Just like always, the kitchem

Nothing to like about this property. Regret of booking this!

My stay at this apartment was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. It was one of the worst and filthiest accommodations I have ever stayed in. The moment we entered, the apartment had a strong unpleasant smell. The entire unit felt dirty, and the bathroom was covered with mold, making it look unhygienic and poorly maintained. To make things worse, the bathroom light kept blinking, making it uncomfortable to use and giving the impression that the unit was not properly maintained. The beds were old and uncomfortable, the mattresses and pillows were extremely hard, and the bedsheets did not look clean, making it difficult for my family to have a good night's sleep. The listing advertised a "mountain view," but instead our view was of dirty, stagnant water. It was completely misleading and very disappointing. The parking area also felt unsafe. It was dark with little to no lighting, and there were water leakages throughout the parking area, making it feel poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there was a water leak inside the apartment near the sink. Instead of relaxing during our holiday, my family had to repeatedly mop the floor and clean up the leaking water ourselves. Unfortunately, the host was not helpful in addressing any of these issues, which only added to our frustration. Overall, this property was dirty, poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and did not match the description provided in the listing. I strongly believe this accommodation does not offer value for the money paid. I sincerely wish I could receive a full refund for this terrible experience. 200% NOT RECOMMENDED. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Dekat dengan mall. Di bawah apartment lengkap dengan kedai dan restoran.

Excellent and easy communication with the staff.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and the room had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Nothing significant. Everything met my expectations and I had a comfortable stay.

Good Location Parking easy and safe restaurant and convinient shop the best Quiet and safe Worth it

Nothing

The homestay is spacious enough for my family. Everything is ok since we need enough space for a comfortable night.

The carpark is a little bit confused because it's hard to see the house number. You just need to remember the homestay name to get the right carpark lot.

Good

Good

Big room and living room

The unit smells not good, few places not clean. We've been targetted for the missing item from this unit which we don't even know the place where they put for the lose item since we don't use any items from their kitchen except the glass.

It was dirty, strong foul smell, u can see there zero effort from the owner to take care of their property. Worst stay ever. I booked last minute as i was just being discharge from hospital. I checked in 6pm, checked out 30minutes after that. They didnt refund the money but i dont care i just want to get out from that place as soon as i can. It was horrible, traumatizing and disgusting!

There are convenience stores just below the place (Orange & JomJom) There are many restaurants you can find like Kopi Ping, Cabe Ijo, Chunk & Dunk, Chagee, Kopitiam, Sushi place, hotpot place. The parking is also available for one car. Imago just opposite the building, you can go by Grab car or walk on the overpass. No deposit and the staff will guide you how to retrieve the building card and keys for the homestay.

its easy.. just follow the video sent to you

Like is nothing

Bed and bed sheets is very dirty Door locks is broken, bathroom shower 🚿 is no good. Thank you

Clean and comfort

Nothing. All good

Very good

Very good

Location is nearby to city centre and mall

The rate charged was far too high considering the facilities and amenities provided. I have stayed at other accommodations with similar room features at much lower prices. Although this booking was made during the school holiday period and at short notice, the price was still excessively expensive and did not reflect the value of the accommodation.

Mantap

Location cool. Room cool. Clean. But the pillow, a bit smelly.

The pillow and bed sheet. Smelly

level 2 suddenly blackout. building technician need to standby at anytime :) overall okay.

It was nearest imago shopping mall and in the centre of kota kinabalu city, the property has swimming pool with a good sunset views.

It's not really clean when I just entered into the house. The facilities were poor, almost all the things like iron and hair dryer can't be used anymore but they not replace it at least with the functional one. The blanket were too thin. The house was not smell really good as it need to be. The owner need to improve everything, because it also gonna help you attract more customer by serving a good one with affordable and valuable price.

The location, easy sccess to any convenience stores&restaurant.

The aircond both in living room&bedroom were leaking but overall all are good❤️.
