Lage Parkveien 62 zentral, aber sehr laut. Geschirrspüler defekt. Geschirr und Schränke nicht richtig sauber. Pfanne nicht zu gebrauchen, Teflon löst sich auf. Fenster größer als Gardine, somit nachts zu hell. Nachtclub Ivy Oslo in unmittelbarer Nähe, somit am Wochenende bis tief nachts sehr laut. Hauptstraße Henrik Ipsen Gate in unmittelbarer Nähe, somit ab 5 Uhr sehr laut. Sehr kommerziell aufgezogen. „Wir werden morgen ab 11Uhr den Zugangscode sperren.“ Würde kein zweites Mal hier buchen.

It would be very nice if there was tea, sugar, salt and pepper. It seems to be a standard thing in our places like this one. There was TV which was a big surprise.

Pulizia solo sufficiente. Fornitura per cucinare troppo esigua (ovvero troppo esigua per degli italiani). Apprezzato Il fatto di essere stati collocati vicino ai nostri amici che avevano affittato un altro appartamento.

The location of the apartment is excellent and very convenient.

When we arrived, the room was very hot, and opening the top windows revealed a huge amount of accumulated dust. The bathroom had extremely poor-quality shampoo, insufficient towels for two nights, and no floor squeegee. The kitchen was poorly equipped with a barely usable, ruined frying pan, and there was no complimentary tea or coffee. Basic essentials were missing—not even a box of facial tissues was provided, forcing us to use toilet paper. The spacious living room felt bare without a rug or a coffee table. Combined with the very narrow single beds, the overall experience lacked basic comfort and attention to detail.

Slecht onderhoud: een stoel bleef niet rechtop staan en de klink van de deur naar het balkonzit los, gordijnen missen een haakje. Vreemde indeling met bank zonder lage tafel oid zodat je je koffie op de grond moet zetten. Helemaal niets in de keuken, geen koffie, thee, water, peper,zout …. Je voelt je niet welkom.

Apartamento bonito, muy amplio, cómodo y limpio, al lado de la zona del Palacio Real. Muy cercano al centro, paseo agradable de unos 10-15 minutos andando. Hay un supermercado al lado para realizar la compra.

No funcionaba al horno, fue imposible encenderlo.

Only stayed one night while waiting on a flight, so not there long enough to dislike anything

Location is great. Nice shower. Good WiFi. Reading light beside bed. I was able to check out a bit later, which I appreciated. Notes: The message containing entry details arrives mid-morning on the day of arrival (which is late to be receiving the included information about how to get to the apartment from the airport). Entry is gained to the building and your flat by either tapping the images in the Instay portal on your phone (requires internet connection) or entering a code on the pad outside the main and apartment doors. (I didn’t get the code to work, but I found that the flat’s WiFi connects from outside the building door, so I didn’t need to turn on my phone’s roaming in order to enter the building or my flat.) The apartment is basic, no frills or artwork but essentials, such as a hair dryer installed in bathroom, small electric fan, kettle, microwave, fridge & freezer, dish detergent, liquid soap in shower and at bathroom sink. (No toaster or stovetop.) There’s a bread knife and chopping knife. Among the cutlery, there was only one teaspoon and one regular spoon. Maybe the single-person studio is better for just a very short stay, when you’re dining out most meals. No TV. No information provided. I figured out the light switches (dimmers) and window and door latches, but the thermostat was a mystery, and I had to be told where the bathroom plug-in was (it’s hidden in the light fixture). Needed: bath mat, cutting board, dish-draining tray, kitchen scissors and maybe paper towels, salt & pepper and an extra trash bag.

Soft mattress. Only one pillow. The tiny sinks are awkward to use. There’s nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom, so I used the edge of the kitchen counter outside the bathroom. I was not informed in advance that a cleaner would enter on Day 6 of my 12-night stay (it would be halfway through a two-week stay) to change the bedding and towels (not to clean).

Krásny, čistý byt, s vybavenou kuchyňou. Skvelá lokalita, blízko všade. Obchod asi 20 metrov od bytu. Informácie od ubytovateľa prišli včas a s presnými pokynmi.

Asi len chýbajúca zásuvka v kúpeľni.

Little goes a long way: missing little but very important things. No cooking oil, no coffee, no salt, no paper towels. These are essentials that cost very little but cost worth a stellar review. First time I’m seeing an apartment where you have a kitchen. When people check in, they want a cup of coffee or tea and the need to run to a store right after you finally get “home” is not desirable.

Nice location!

They don’t offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, and the closest option is at Oslo Central Station, which is quite a long walk from the property. This was a bit inconvenient, and we would have appreciated knowing it in advance. Other than that, everything was great!

Sehr gute Lage, um zu Fuß und/oder mit der Straßenbahn Oslo zu erkunden. Gute Zimmergröße, bequeme Betten.

Etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck wäre gut.

Pas de contact avec du personnel, tout se fait par mail ou sms. Nous avions signalé à notre arrivée qu il y avait des fuites sur les distributeurs de savon et gel douche à notre arrivée et n avons pas eu de réponse pour résoudre ce souci.

住宿的地點離車站不遠，交通很方便，可以很方便地前往鄰近的景點，不過住宿地點的標示不是很明顯，需要仔細找一下。房間很安靜也很舒適，有一個小陽台，廚房的設備也很完善，早上可以做一些簡易的早餐。

電梯的標示不是很清楚，一開始搭錯電梯困在另一個地方，花了一點時間才找到正確電梯的位置。

Centrale ben messo vicino ad uno sei quartieri piu belli di oslo. Check in eccezionale preciso e funzionante. Abbastanza pulito comunque lo consiglio sicuramente

Letti un po piccoli e a noi è capitato un appartamento 5103 probabilmente fra i meno accoglienti.

The apartment was great in many ways. I never met anyone from the team personally regarding my booking, but everything was clearly communicated by email. My young teenagers loved the apartment and didn’t even complain about not having a TV.

Well, we found the bed for two people quite small. It felt more like a one-and-a-half-person bed than a bed for two. The accommodation is basic, but it’s clean, tidy, and safe.

The shower had a broken soap tray which was very sharp. The soap dispenser next to the bathroom sink leaked onto the floor. Handle of balcony door was broken. Kitchen and bathroom sinks extremely small.

Tökéletes lokáció - szinte mindenhová gyalog mentünk. Látnivalók, boltok közel voltak. Tágas apartman. Perfect location - we walked almost everywhere. Attractions, shops were close by. Spacious apartment.

A felszereltség hiányos volt: - a fürdőszobában nincs egy polc, amire pakolni lehetne - a fürdőszobában nem kaptunk kilépő szőnyeget - az előszobában nincs fogas - általában nagyon kevés a pakolós hely - a konyhában kisebb kiegészítők (edényfogó, kisebb vágókés, teáskanál, mosogatószivacs) hiányoztak. A check out napján szerettünk volna late check out lehetőséget kérni vagy csak a csomagokat ott hagyni délutánig. Nem kaptunk választ. The equipment was incomplete: - there is no shelf in the bathroom to pack on - we did not get an exit mat in the bathroom - there is no hanger in the hallway - there is generally very little space for packing - there were small accessories missing in the kitchen (pot tongs, small cutting knife, teaspoon, dish sponge). On the day of check-out, we wanted to request a late check-out or just leave our luggage there until the afternoon. We did not receive an answer.

Det var mycket enkelt att checka-in med dörrkod. Rummet var mycket bra för fyra personer med kök, spis, kyl/frys. Bäddsoffan för två personer var ok. Närhet till tunnelbanan och olika aktiviteter i området.

Kallvatten i köket fungerade inte, i sommarvärmen behövde vi dricka vatten men vi fick fylla på i flaskor och ställa in i kylskåpet. Vi försökte prova olika inställningar men lyckades inte.

Espacios muy muy amplios y nuevos que ayuda mucho a tener una estancia comoda, sobre todo en nuestro caso que eramos 4 personas. Enseres justos pero los necesarios para cocina y pasar unos dias. Entrada autonoma.

No pudimos entrar algo antes ya que al ser un edificio entero de apartamentos acaban de limpiar todos a la misma hora y no tienen en cuenta si el tuyo esta disponible. Un poco lio para la entrada ya que todo se hace por internet y codigos. Al baño se accedia unicamente por la habitacion. El sofa cama de la sala tenia una de las partes un poco caida por lo que dormias en cuesta.

L'emplacement a été vraiment bien. L’isolation et vraiment top, joue les bruits au fond les norvégiens la nuit. Le fait d'avoir une cuisine bien équipée.

Le ménage laissait quand même un peu à désirer j'ai trouvé une bouteille d'eau sous le lit, mais je l'ai pas enlevé. Je trouve quand même dommage de proposer une super machine à laver pour qu'elle ne marche pas. Zone assez bruyante mais avec les fenêtres fermées pas de soucis. Je trouve néanmoins dommage de laisser deux rouleaux de papier toilettes pour 3 personnes en 1 semaine.

Peccato la mancanza o non funzionamento di una ventola in bagno. Anche una delle luci non era funzionante ma non ha impattato particolarmente sul soggiorno.

위치가 좋았습니다. 시내에 있어 조금만 걷거나 트램을 이용하면 가까운 오슬로의 명소를 방문할 수 있었고, 가까운 곳에 수퍼마켓과 주류판매점이 있어 식재료와 와인을 조달하기 좋았어요. 공항과의 교통수단도 기본적으로는 좋았는데.. 우리 동료들의 경우에 기차 선로에 장애가 발생하여 약간 어려움이 있었습니다. 호텔과는 달리 식사를 스스로 해 먹을 수 있었다는 점에서 좀 자유로웠고, 경비도 절약할 수 있었습니다.

가격에 비하여 설비나 구조가 아쉬운 점이 많았어요. 부엌의 식기나 요리 도구들이 5명이 사용하기에는 부족하였고, 거실 겸 부엌으로 사용한 공간에서 2인이 취침해야 하는데.. 소파 베드의 구조가 좋지 않아, 매우 불편했습니다. 소파 베드를 바꾸지 않으면, 5인 혹은 4이 숙박하기에는 좋지 않은 구조 내지 공간이었습니다. 차를 가지고 온 고객의 경우에 주차에 대하여 좀 더 자세한 정보가 필요한 것 같습니다. 우리는 오슬로에 도착한 이후에 차를 바로 반납해서 큰 어려움을 없었습니다. 차가 없으면 식료품점이나 주료판매점에서 식재료와 주류를 사올 때 많이 걸어야 해요.

Arredamento minimal nell'arredo e negli utensili a disposizione. Manca una tv, la luce del bagno quasi assente ed essendo senza finestra praticamenti si è quasi al buio. Le tendine che coprono le finestre della sala (è una mansarda) sono poco coprenti per cui dalla mattina presto la stanza è illuminata.

Good location. Clean and comfortable apartment. Beds were reasonably comfortable though narrow.

There were absolutely no amenities making it pretty useless as an apartment for a two night stay. For a week stay it could make sense to buy everything you would need to cook some meals there, but for a short stay it did not.
