Good location near a major transport hub but a quiet street. Comfy beds and spacious living area. This company uses digital apps for keys and this property has 3 keys, doors. Bit fiddly.

There is simply no comms from this company. If you have a problem and message them they don't respond in a timely way. Our 2nd stay with them and just as patchy as the first. On arrival for our 3 night stay we informed them that the air con or ventilation system was malfunctioning. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. Also no coffee making possible - no press or drip maker. there was a kettle only. They did not answer or send an engineer round to repair the malfunctioning vent system until our last evening ( very inconvenient) and he told us he had only been given the job two hours before he came. So basically they could not care less about the messages we sent them. Re the coffee pot - not available. Not good enough. when you self cater you expect to be able to make a decent breakfast. Our previous apartment with them had coffee maker so we bought filter papers, wasted on this one - we had to go to a coffee shop. On a minor issue the tv remote was not working- batteries were dead. We could not wantch tv. All very well to have so called smart tech in the apartment but need to leave instructions so people can't jam or break it as had obviously happened. Also there is no excuse for not leaving guests the instructions for any appliances. We dound one - it was in polish only. Would not use this company again because they have a scattergun casual approach to the inventory and services. Why does the cleaning service not notify the owners of malfunctions or things missing? Also, like the apartment in Bergen, other guests kept leaving the first set of doors open for any member of the public to walk through - leaving it vulnerable to security breaches. Will not stay with Vander or this partner company again.

The location was excellent, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

One thing that could be improved is the information about the digital key. Since there is no physical key, it would be helpful to provide more detailed instructions and guidance on how to use the app key, especially before arrival. We also noticed that a few small but useful items were missing from the apartment, such as basic cleaning supplies, a cleaning cloth, a kitchen mat, and paper towels. None of these were major issues, but having them available would make longer stays even more comfortable. Perhaps having staff stay in the apartment for a few nights themselves would help identify these small details and make the guest experience even better.

Les codes d'accès n'étaient pas disponibles sur l'application qu'on m' avait demandé de télécharger , j'ai du téléphoner pour avoir les codes d'accès et la personne de la plateforme qui m'a répondu n'a pas été très sympathique et m'a même raccroché au nez sans me donner l'explication quel code pour quel porte....

Alles was enorm netjes en in orde. Heel fijn dat er handdoeken en gedekte bedden waren bij aankomst, alsook dreft, een keukenhanddoek en wc papier. Maakt het heel aangenaam! Zetels zaten ook lekker zacht!

Er is maar een ding dat tegenviel en dat waren de hoofdkussens van de bedden. Die moesten we dubbelplooien en dan waren ze nog te plat voor ons.

Nice and clean, fairly well equipped, and in a decent location.

Digital lock didnt automatically load, so had to call a number to get access which was sorted fairly quickly (once we actually got hold of someone) but meant we were stuck for a while trying to get in.

The beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious. It was good to have a washing machine.

Only 1 adult received the keys. It took 3 phone calls to get keys for the other 3 adults who needed keys on their phones. It took us an hour when we first arrived which was frustrating.

We liked the central location.

Instructions for how to use appliances were ontop of fridge. Very hard to reach and notice. Washing machine writings in Polish? Very important: there should be a railing to grab on, coming from far bedroom. Also, a railing coming in from entrance door to go up. There should be a binder with info on shopping, grocery shopping ect.

All worked fine, responsive and kind staff.

The main problem was that we had a couple of ver warm nights, hence we opened the windows as there is no AC to discover that the apartment is located right in front of a bus stop and a pretty noisy street.

This is an excellent apartment. It had all the facilities we needed. It was very clean, comfortable and modern. The location is good near the Royal Palace just outside the city centre. The area was generally pretty quiet.

The door entry system is done via a mobile phone app. On arrival we struggled to use it. The instructions on the app are not in English and each of three doors have to be opened with the app. It took us a long time to figure out which button on the app opened which door because they are not in order. Obviously the thing has been designed by a teenager with three weeks of work experience!

Mancavano alcuni servizi di solito presenti negli appartamenti (canovacci per la cucina, scopa e paletta, eventuale straccio per asciugare il pavimento). Pulizia iniziale del bagno un po’ superficiale (nel bagno c’erano a terra capelli lunghi e neri….noi li abbiamo corti e biondi)

Schöne Wohnung. Gute Lage zum Brygge Viertel, dieses ist auch zu Fuss erreichbar. ÖV Haltestelle in der Nähe. In 10 min ist man im Zentrum. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants in der Nähe.

Auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite hat es einen Sport-/Spielplatz wo es bis spät am Abend recht laut zu und her gehen kann. Ist nichts für geräuschempfindliche Personen oder Leute die Ruhe suchen.

A spacious apartment in an excellent location, within walking distance of both the city centre and the sea.

The bed in one of the three bedrooms was quite small for two people to sleep comfortably. Additionally, providing a second pillow for each guest would make the stay even more comfortable.

- Hervorragende Lage in der Nähe z.B. der modernen Hafencity sowie des Schlosses - viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe - ruhig - großzügiges Apartment - modern eingerichtet - gut ausgestattete Küche - früherer Zutritt zur Wohnung war problemlos möglich

- die Dichtung unter den Türen der Dusche fehlt fast komplett, sodass das Bad sehr nass wird - unbequeme Matratzentopper, die mit sehr kleinen Bezügen bedeckt werden - keine Pfannen in der Küche - leider wurde uns nicht konkret mitgeteilt, wo und wie der Check in abläuft, sodass wir erst unnötig zum Büro der Vermietung gefahren sind (danach war der Kontakt jedoch sehr gut und freundlich!) - etwas mehr Deko wäre schön, etwas steril - Schlafzimmer klein

室內燈光太暗，雖然很有氣氛，但是幾乎無法閱讀或使用手機電腦，建議應該要有可自己調控的桌燈或增設燈光，卧室不需要燈光反而最亮。 沒有提醒遊客不提供洗髮乳。

Apartamentul este foarte frumos amenajat, este curat. Ne am simțit bine.

În apartament sunt 3 dormitoare, 2 bai, living și o mica bucătărie, a fost exact ce am avut nevoie. Însă unul dintre dormitoare a are un pat foarte îngust de doar 120cm. 2 persoane adulte nu se pot odihni în acest pat. iar dacă este vorba despre o persoana mai voluminoasa este chiar imposibil sa încapă 2 persoane.

Consegna delle chiavi svolta totalmente tramite applicazione. Quindi il ritiro è stato molto semplice ed intuitivo. Inoltre le informazioni fornite dalla struttura sono state esaurienti e chiare. Abbiamo avuto una piccola incombenza tecnica e il personale a disposizione è stato super gentile e cortese, offrendoci una soluzione al nostro problema.

Overall, the apartment was ok. I did not like that the only way to access the apartment was through a phone app, which meant I was entirely dependent on my phone being charged. It would have been helpful to have an alternative access option. On the weekends' evenings, there is also quite loud music coming from nearby, possibly a club or student housing. I did not notice it on the first night as I was very tired, but later I received a call from the host saying that neighbours had complained about noise from my apartment. The representative was not particularly courteous and immediately assumed that I was the source of the noise. However, given the level of noise in the surrounding area, it seems likely that the host knows about the source of noise.

Плохо работал пульт от телевизора. Не хватало в номере кофеварки и ложки для обуви.

sistema di gestione chiavi: complicato perchè non funzionava abbiamo impiegato quasi un ora per farlo funzionare. Molto meglio usare il tastierino numerico classico. Che poi tra l'altro se il telefono ti si scarica, lo perdi o te lo rubano non puoi fare nulla perchè l'app è agganciata solo ad un numero telefonico.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do centrum. Łóżko było wygodne, ogromny plus za dwa wejścia do sypialni byleby nie przeskakiwać przez łóżko. Na kaloryferze można ustawić samemu temperaturę przyciskami przy ścianie, ręczniki również są zapewnione. Aneks kuchenny idealny, żeby zrobić sobie szybkie śniadanie, kolację i cokolwiek na obiad w piekarniku.

Niestety po prawej stronie łóżka szafka ledwo trzyma się na ścianie, lekki strach żeby cokolwiek tam położyć. Na dużym nożu był kawałek starego jedzenia, dopiero jak z przyjaciółką go dałyśmy do zmywarki to się zmyło. W łazience był robak, który nawet niewiadomo gdzie uciekł, płyta indukcyjna nie chciała z nami współpracować przez co piekarnik chodził nam dość sporo razy.

Nous avons apprécié sa proximité du centre-ville et son accessibilité en transports en commun. Nous avons aimé le standing de l'appartement, son agencement, sa propreté et son équipement complet.

-L'appartement est en rez-de-chaussée et les deux fenêtres donnent sur un arrêt de bus (passages très fréquents). -Le système de clés digitales avec l'application UNLOC n'est pas évident.

The area is in easy reach lovely bars and restaurants close to tram stops and a bus-stop right outside. Nicely decorated and comfortable with a good functional kitchen if like is you plan to self cater this is more than adequate. Door system once you get your head around app is fine bathroom was clean and there was even an hairdryer we used tv was great stay overall, very clean on arrival

Its two singles together rather than a double and its very small bedroom we used our phones for getting up in night as no bedside lighting there is a lamp on the window sill but not ideal if your otherside. Also could do with oven gloves and spatula/ turner an alarm went off rather late on our last night which caused us to be awake when we planned early night for early flight not owners fault as its a safety feature anti leak protection system for dishwasher and in fairness they messaged first thing this morning saying theyd arrange maintenance so good owners Would be helpful if there was cleaning products so you can wipe surfaces However they provided new dishcloth dish soap dishwasher and laundry tablets and even hand soap and shower gel im just a clean freak and like to clean as i go

Keurig, schoon, mooi appartement. De ligging t.o.v. treinstation en bus en tram haltes was zeer gunstig. Ook de supermarkt is zeer dichtbij. Rustige omgeving.

Eigen was alles goed. De uitleg over hoe het digitale slot werk van de 3 deuren, de uitleg over de werking van de TV en waar je de vuilnis mocht laten kan beter.

Durch fehlende Abdichtung steht das Badezimmer nach dem Duschen unter Wasser; Dunstabzugshaube sowie Lüftung im Badezimmer lassen sich nicht ausschalten, Wäscheständer ist sehr klein, mehr Hand- und Spültücher wären schön gewesen

De locatie was perfect. Het appartement had alles wat je nodig had.

Er was een constant brommend geluid in de kamer. Ik ga ervanuit dat dit de airco of verwarming was. Wel vervelend.

Hébergement idéalement placé pour découvrir Oslo. Le quartier du National Theatre & Aker Brygge sont à 2 pas. Transports en commun (Tram+Bus) facilement accessibles. Le logement est agréable avec une vue dégagée. Le service en ligne de Vander a répondu rapidement à mes demandes.

La table du séjour était un peu petite, sinon tout était fonctionnel.

Excellent location with everything I needed close by. Accommodation seemed near new so everything was clean/spotless. Huge space for a single traveller! Arrival instruction and application to get in and out of the property were fantasic. Great host and stay!

L'appartamento era molto carino, pulito e profumata e luminosa. Era nel una zona tranquilla ma vicino al bar, negozi, caffetterie e trasporto pubblico. Ho avuto problemi con mio telefono per scaricare un app per le chiavi e ho avuto aiuto al telefono per 30 min finché era tutto sistemato. Veramente un aiuto eccezionale.. Tornerò di sicuro

Sentral beliggenhet. God temperatur når ovnene ble slått på. Stort bad. Fin låsløsning med lock. Gode senger.

Varmeovnene var ikke påskrudd da vi ankom så det var iskaldt da vi sjekket inn. Leiligheten kunne vært bedre rengjort, stuebordet var skittent. Det var ikke varme på gulvet på badet. Lite såpe på badet.

Its was so aesthetic and cozy. There is a bus stop near apartment so it was extremely convenient.

We had suspicions about sheets, they seemed not so clean.

Die Lage war ganz,ganz gut. Es gab viele Restauranten in der Nähe und auch eine Bushaltestelle, die 3 Minuten zu Fuß weit ist. Es war ziemlich sauber.

So war es Recht schön .aber das wir Montag angereist sind eine kalte Wohnung beziehen mussten und erst nach mehren Versuchungen nach Tagen mal 1 mini Heitzkörper bekommen haben und uns versprochen wurde ein Techniker zu schicken der nie gekommen ist .da der Heizkörper nicht mal den Wohnbereich richtig erwärmen konnte .und wir auch dazu noch ein eisiges kaltes Schlafzimmer hatten und nach weitere Anfrage wegen einen Techniker haben wir ein 2 kleinen Heitzlüfter bekommen der mehr Krach machte als heitzen. Wir haben ab Mittwoch den 1 Heitzkörper bekommen am Freitag den Heitzlüfter.am Montag sind wir angereist also 7 Tage in einer kalten Wohnung bei Außentemperatur von. Bis minus 18 Grad.wenn man von Ausflügen kam war ein aufwährmen in der Wohnung nicht wirklich zu denken .auch mit den digitalen schlüssel die meistens nach mehrmaligen Versuch funktioniert haben .und es konnte nur auf ein Handy geladen werden .also so mit war man gezwungen immer zusammen aus dem Haus zu. Gehen oder mit Absprache wann der andere wieder da ist .weil man ja auch schon mal was alleine unternomm hat .also 7 Tage frieren war wirklich nicht das schönste für einen gemütlichen Abend zu Hause .ich denke es müsste den Gastgebern bekannt sein was für Temperaturen in Januar sind und da sollte man prüfen ob die heitzung vor Ankunft neuer gäste in Ordnung sind und schon mal ein wenig Temperatur machen .Oslo ist eine sehr schöne Stadt und wir fahren dort auch noch mal hin .aber diesmal in ein Hotel

Great size rooms and comfy bed. Good location for city and surroundings.

Not a deal-breaker at all, but I couldn't figure out the thermostat controls (no instructions) but the electric radiators worked well. Admittedly, it was -14°C whilst I was there, so it was a little cool in the living space, but the bedroom got warm quickly.

Arredamento moderno. Posizione ottima. Ho segnalato un problema e hanno cercato di risolverlo tempestivamente. Ottimo il servizio di stoccaggio bagagli. Nel complesso ottima struttura. Bagno e cucina molto puliti.

Cucina poco attrezzata, appartamento essenziale (poco spazio per appoggiare cose e valigie. Deposito cauzionale troppo alto (più alto del costo del soggiorno). Molta polvere nel soggiorno (tappeto e divano).

Great location close to metro and bus. Secure apartment building with modern lift.

Quite limited linen and pillows available. Was difficult to get clothes to dry in apartment - took 2+ days using drying rack. Found the bedroom very tight for space.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Auch das Küchenequipment ist gut. Inkl. Waschmaschine, was das reisen mit leichtem Gepäck erheblich vereinfach. Sehr großes Badezimmer. Gute Heizmöglichkeiten über E-Heizung in der Wohnung.

Schlafzimmer ein wenig eng. Matratzen sind keine Matratzen, sondern nur Topper. Das sollte meiner Meinung nach verbessert werden. Die Wohnung wirkt ein wenig „kalt“. Man könnte es mit ein paar Bildern z.B. persönlicher gestalten. Erhaltene Wegbeschreibung im Vorfeld nicht optimal kommuniziert. Da besteht Verbesserungsbedarf. Schlüssel über App - sehr modern, aber nur über ein Handy möglich - was ich für gefährlich erachte, falls das Handy verloren geht oder der Akku leer läuft. Das man am Ende seines Aufenthalts seinen Müll selbst entsorgen muss, stellt natürlich kein Problem dar, empfinde ich aber für befremdlich, eigentlich sollte dieser Service mit im Preis enthalten sein. Habe ich jedenfalls so noch nie irgendwo anders erlebt.

Very good location, everything is within walking distance. Clean and pleasant apartment, nothing unnecessary.

The biggest problem was getting into the apartment. We had the app, but we couldn’t get the door code through it — it kept showing an error. We wrote everywhere, called, and only after about an hour did someone call us back. Our phone numbers still didn’t work; we only got the keys by using the staff’s phone number. Keep in mind that you need to be prepared for such situations — charge your phone, and it’s best if both people download the required app.
