Ospitalità e cordialità dei proprietari, che parlano perfettamente inglese e sono molto disponibili. Struttura nel verde, con bellissima piscina e servizio ristorante eccellente.

Se devo trovare una pecca, trovandosi in una posizione un po' decentrata si potrebbe avere qualche agevolazione in più per i trasporti.

La localisation est parfaite lorsqu'on veut être au calme, les chambres sont confortables, agréables. Beaucoup de service et le personnel est sympathique

Very homely and friendly stuff.

The towels.

The staff is nice, warm feeling. They have a restaurant on-site, the food is very delicious. The place suffers from a mold problem, in some rooms more, in some less. In my opinion, cleaning could be invested in more. In the room there was no refrigerator, in my opinion this is an important item. The place is very far from everything, for better and for worse. But you have to take into account that getting anywhere is a mission.

Es war ruhig und die Lage war angenehm. Gut wenn man mit Moped unterwegs ist. Der Besitzer ist angenehm und hilfsbereit. Er hat eine süße Familie

Das Essen war eher geschmacksneutral.

De familie is heel vriendelijk en staan altijd klaar voor vragen. De locatie is fijn als je van een meer afgelegen plek buiten de stad houdt. Het ontbijt en eten in het restaurant was lekker. Veel opties. Het is vlakbij het Cat Ba National Park. Je kan fietsen huren om er te geraken.

De muren zijn nogal dun waardoor je de andere gasten heel goed kan horen. De kamer heeft geen afzuigsysteem of ventilatie, waardoor alles heel vochtig wordt en ruikt. De locatie is heel mooi, maar je moet wel altijd 10-15 min. met auto of scooter naar Cat Ba centrum. We betaalden telkens ongeveer €5 voor vervoer. De airco blies was heel luid en te koud. De ventilator was gelukkig wel beter.

Famille très accueillante. La chambre au 2e était propre et pas trop humide. Petit balcon agréable. La piscine était un véritable atout pour les enfants!

Situé à l’écart de la ville, mais le resto sur place était très bon et varié.

Une adresse charmante, non loin de l’entrée du parc nationale. Le propriétaire du lieu est serviable et plein de bons conseils, il nous a aidé à organiser notre croisière dans baie d’An La , extraordinaire ! La nourriture est vraiment excellente ! Adresse à recommander !

Nice accomodation, helpful host (provided us everything we asked - boat trip, bus tickets. Nice family accomodation, good value for money. Good restauraunt with fair prices. Excellent palce for family with little children.

Accueil par une charmante famille qui sait se rendre disponible. Nous a organisé une belle journée en bateau dans la baie de Lan Ha, nous a organisé nos transferts depuis Hanoï puis vers Tam Coc. Séjour très agréable

Chambre confort conforme aux photos 😊 restaurant sur place de 7 h à 21 h en continu, piscine propre transats et jolie vue, l’endroit est calme, proche du parc national faisable à pied mais possibilité de louer un scooter

Về chỗ nghỉ thì rất tốt không có gì để chê, anh chị quản lý và dọn phòng cũng thân thiện, phòng đẹp còn có cả hồ bơi.

Đồ ăn và đồ uống chưa được ngon lắm, vẫn khuyên mọi người ăn uống nên chịu khó ra trung tâm.

Water pressure and unstable WiFi

Great homestay, sweet little swimming pool, nice and clean rooms, perfect host. They helped us with activities and transportation a lot. Reasonable prices.

Minor complaint: The food was a bit blunt and while eating you could watch the owner's indulge in seafood and fresh veggies while this was not on the menu for us, though we would have loved to taste it. Still very convenient to have the kitchen avaliable all day!!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Great location in scenic village not too far from Cat Ba town but also handy to Gia Luan ferry to Tuan Chau port making it ideal for a day trip to Halong bay. Family and Staff were very helpful and friendly Food was great! Lovely place to come ‘home’ to relax by the pool after a busy day out. Scooter hire which is fantastic for exploring the Island Would definitely recommend

Cela manque de possibilités de restauration aux alentours. Et nous étions à 15 minutes du centre en scooter

Excellent accueil, tout est parfaitement géré par l'hôte, il peut vous organiser votre arrivée, votre départ, vos journées etc, vraiment top ! Emplacement un peu éloigné mais bien placé quand même, au calme ! Petit dej très bon, endroit familial

The property itself is beautiful, surrounded by nature and all open planned. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. The food is really delicious, the kitchen open to order most of the day! The host is super helpful and will sort any trip you like!

The room itself is very simple, the shower very basic. But all comfortable. Adjustable AC in the rooms and comfortable bed and sheets.

Absolutely loved this place. Very peaceful with beautiful green surroundings and a calm, slow-life feeling. Mr. Len and his family were incredibly kind and helpful. The food was fresh, tasty, and felt just like home. Rooms were spotless clean and very comfortable, with lovely views all around. The national park is very close — easy to reach by walk or a short bicycle ride (which I highly recommend) A perfect stay for anyone looking for peace, nature, and warm hospitality. I loved the place so much that I extended for one more night and would have stayed even longer if I had more time.

Logement situé au calme. Accueil sympa. Ce homestay propose des activités comme une journée ou nuit en bateau sur la baie de Lan Ha en petit groupe, c'était génial !

Tout était bien. Si je dois ajouter quelque chose : une petite bouteille d'eau dans la chambre serait appréciable.

This place was so lovely! Great location with a view of the mountains. Really comfortable rooms and beds with nice terraces. The family who owns the homestay are really helpful and friendly. You can rent scooters, the food is decent, the chicken mushroom soup was especially good. Nice pool, very relaxing place to stay, I extended my time there and really enjoyed it. The owners also have a really adorable baby and sweet animals.

The only downside was that in the upstairs rooms the hallway is kind of echoey and the vents in the bathroom let in sound so if you have loud neighbors you can really hear them. I unfortunately had a family with 3 kids and a screaming little girl in the room next to me. This is no fault of the owners though, just something to know. Otherwise the place is really quiet and peaceful and I think the bungalows are more sound proof.

L’ensemble du logement était très confortable, les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres, avec une vue sur les montagnes. Le personnel était extrêmement gentil et serviable et la nourriture proposée était délicieuse, nous y avons mangé tous les jours. L’établissement propose également de réserver différents services comme les tours en bateau, les bus pour rejoindre Hanoï ou d’autres villes, ainsi que des services de taxi.

L’insonorisation entre les chambres n’est pas bonne, on a été dérangés durant tout notre séjour par une famille à l’autre bout du couloir tous les matins très tôt, ce qui nous réveillait. La piscine aurait eu besoin d’un petit coup de nettoyage car il y avait de la mousse sur les murs et l’eau devenait trouble dès que quelqu’un se baignait. C’est dommage car le jardin était très agréable !

A very friendly host organized all the transport for us and was always ready for help. The restaurant at the place offers a wide menu with various delicious vegan options. The Homestay is situated in a beautiful and quiet area outside of the town. Bike/motorbike rental available. Highly recommended!

Au milieu de la verdure, a quelques kilometres de catbat town (la ville n’est pas belle). Location de scooters sur place. Accueil sympathique et tres bonne nourriture. Excellent rapport qualite prix!

My friend’s room smelt of mould. There were holes in the walls that let mosquitos in. Window screens would have been great for fresh air at night.

Very friendly family, and incredibly helpful with booking tours, recommendations, etc. Good food at good prices in the restaurant. Out of town, but easy to ask Len to get you a cab (or rent a scooter) to go wherever you need to.

Great guest house in the middle of the Island. Clean rooms with a nice garden and pool area. Restaurant had a good selection of dishes. A small shop nearby as well as a couple of other eating places. Bikes or mopeds for hire as well as booking onward bus tickets. Would definitely recommend a stay here for a few nights away from the town

Super séjour au calme dans ce homestay familial. Ils sont très disponibles et agréables, ils organisent tout pour nous, excursion, transport, prêt de vélos, et la nourriture est excellente et à petits prix.

Great location close to the National Park. The service was great, very informative on arrival. We hired bikes to visit the viewpoint and caves nearby.

Ventilation/extraction in the bathroom would be useful, stayed very steamy and wet.

Le personnel était très agréable et petit plus Sachant parler anglais ( ce qui n’est pas le cas partout au Vietnam). La chambre est fonctionnelle et propre. Pas pu utiliser la piscine car l eau était trop froide. Les repas sont à des prix raisonnables

La ubicación, lejos del bullicio de la ciudad y en una aldea muy relajante. La familia que lo lleva es fantástica y nos ayudó con los transfers en todo momento. Está muy cerca del parque Ngu Lam y de la ciudad, con lo que con una pequeña moto puedes ver lo que necesites.

Las tuberías de la ducha olían un poco.

Great food and location close (5kms) to the national park.

Well located outside of the city center and closer to the natural part of the island. Cute little hotel with nice views, quiet with a swimming pool. The food is great there. They have laundry services and tour booking. You will need a scooter to move to and from there.

Super bien placé, en dehors de Cat Ba. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, parfait. Le restaurant est très bon. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et nous ont beaucoup aidé sur l'organisation de notre séjour (conseils, taxis, location de vélos) Merci à eux ! Au top !

Les hôtes étaient accueillant et de très bon conseils. Parfait pour les couples et les familles.

The guy running the homestay is very friendly and helped us a lot with many things. It was very nice staying here!

La tranquilidad, las habitaciones espaciosas. Los servicios que ofrecen (excursiones, bicicleta,) son muy buenos y adecuados al precio. La comida es rica, la piscina y el jardín muy agradable. Lo recomiendo.

La iluminación (es una constante en muchos hoteles de presupuesto modesto, no hay lámparas para leer) no es grave.

Homestay excentré par rapport au centre-ville et au port de départ des croisières mais le gérant parle bien anglais et gère tout. Location de vélos et scooter. Chambre confortable et endroit calme.

The host Len and his family were very helpful and hospitable. Location is a 15-20min drive out of main town/beaches but made up for it with stunning views and close proximity to caves/national parks. Food was great and host had convenient laundry service, tours and onward travel options that you can book direct with them. Great having a pool to cool off too!

There wasn’t really any down side to be honest. Though I can see it being a little out the way for people wanting to be closer to main town or unwilling to ride moped.

Just a quick scooter away from the town center of Cat Ba. Property was very clean and the restaurant was very good!

Something to note is the rooms are not sound proof. Wasn’t a problem for us as we always carry ear plugs to sleep!

A great choice! From the very beginning Len the owner was brilliant. Easy to communicate - his English is brilliant - with and always present to answer questions. He was knowledgeable about the area and activities available, with bikes to rent when needed. He was very patient with our challenging plans and was helpful at every moment. The property was lovely, the food was excellent (such good value) and his family were lovely - kids adorable! We felt very welcome from start to finish. I recommend Len & his home VERY HIGHLY to all wanting a friendly, authentic experience :)

IF, I had to say one thing. The walls are a bit thin but this is really minor.
