Location is far from most things so you will need to rent a scooter. Also not the place to stay if you don’t like bugs, we had a few cockroach visitors in the bathroom

Bellissima esperienza fuori dal caos cittadino ma con tutti i contorni - trasfert, scooter a noleggio, affitto attrazioni e tour direttamente dell’host: una persona meravigliosa. Ho un problema alla schiena r ho chiesto un cambio stanza che mi è stato effettuato in autonomia spostando i bagagli con prontezza e aiuto assoluto. La sera, giocate a bigliardo o gustare una birra fresca davvero piacevole.

Frühstück nach Wahl. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Tolle Lage, umgeben von vielen grünen Pflanzen und Bergen. Optimal für Leute, die Erholung suchen. Komme gerne wieder!

Etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum. Taxi oder Motorroller daher nötig.

Cet établissement ne mérite pas du tout la note de 9.2. Il ne manque pourtant pas grand chose pour la mériter. Mais la piscine est trouble, elle manque de traitement d’eau. Il manque des billes au billard et la blanche est cassée. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais dans plus. La literie est très dure et la robinetterie de la salle de bains en mauvais état. Il faudrait éviter de proposer des pizzas surgelées ou alors le préciser.

Good location for a relaxing break, as it’s between the ferry port and town. The room was spacious and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our dog loved it, too!

The staff were so helpful and lovely. The lady on the front desk arranged us onward buses and let us rent scooters and did laundry all for a great price. We really enjoyed the communal areas it was so lovely to sit in for meals and playing games. And the food was good. The pool was also great fun. Their puppy was the cutest and friendliest dog ever. We booked as two couples and would highly recommend for couples or groups. Great value for money.

The location was a bit away from the main town on cat ba but we quite liked that. It made it more peaceful. It just meant you had to get a scooter or a taxi there. We also found a couple of bugs in our room which wasn’t great

Beautiful scenery, full of butterflies and flowers, a nice pool, cute puppy and a very friendly host family who always went above and beyond to make guests feel at home.

Hote très accueillant, lieu très dépaysant et jolie, très bonne nourriture

Nous n'avons pas eu de chance sur nos 2 Jours que nous souhaitions nous dépayser, après 20h de bus nous sommes arrivés et un groupe était présent et très bruyant (karaoké...). L'hôte nous a donné la chambre la plus calme mais les espaces de vie étaient pas reposant (salle a manger, piscine...)

Un petit havre de paix loin de l’agitation de la ville , tout ce dont on avait besoin était sur place , nous avons passé un séjour tres agréable!

Emplacement tranquille et calme. Gentillesse de la gérante qui a répondu à nos questions et nous a aidé dans l’organisation de notre séjour. Visite, transport, location de scooter.

The property is absolutely beautiful, away from the centre and so peaceful. The family running the home stay were lovely and really helpful. The room was comfortable and the AC works really well The food in the restaurant was nice for a quick, convenient dinner.

It’s quite far out of town but we knew this in advance so it wasn’t an issue. You can rent mopeds from the home stay and they helped organise a taxi into town for the evenings which was about a 15 minute drive and 150k each way

Tout c’est très bien passé. L’endroit est calme et chaleureux.

Xin Chao Hièm Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans votre établissement.  La décoration est soignée et chaleureuse , un joli jardin de bougainvilliers,  orchidées et autres végétaux. Vous avez su y installer une atmosphère familiale. Vous êtes très attentionnée et communicative. Toujours un petit complément au plat servi de votre bonne cuisine familiale, à demander si tout est OK, vous m avez soigné mon ongle abîmé, nous avez emmenés au bus.  Nous recommandons Love House pour le calme, l'accueil, les chambres agréables, la piscine, les prestations de service et d organisation (scooter, boat tour très sympa, réservation de bus). We booked the duplex apartment that pretty much meant 2 beds and 1 bath on the top floor, and 2 beds and 1 bath on the bottom floor. We really loved how comfy the beds and had a/c. Our rooms included water, toothbrushes, shaving accessories, and q-tips which was a plus. What really stood out with this booking are the hosts. Special thank you to Hien who was incredibly kind and hospitable to my friends and I <3. She helped us with out boat tour, bike rentals, and accommodate my friends and I with our vegan/vegetarian diet. It really felt like I was staying at a relatives house because her and all of the staff were proactive and willing to go out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. The whole property has such a farm like charm and the location is only a beautiful 8-12min drive to the main city. The next time I visit Cat Ba, I will definitely come back. I highly recommend this stay when you visit Cat Ba.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Love House Homestay. From the very beginning, the host was incredibly helpful and kind. She assisted us with everything we needed – from arranging transport and giving great sightseeing tips to helping with small everyday matters. It was clear that she genuinely cared about her guests and wanted us to have the best possible experience. The atmosphere in this place is very warm and welcoming, almost like staying with family. Whenever we had a question or needed help, she was always there and everything was taken care of quickly. What impressed us the most was the moment we were leaving. The host came out to the street with us and waited together with us for the bus to make sure everything was fine and that we got on without any problems. It was a very thoughtful and touching gesture. We wholeheartedly recommend Love House Homestay. It is a place run with great kindness and genuine hospitality. If you are looking for a friendly atmosphere and hosts who truly care about their guests, this is the perfect choice.

En premier lieu, la qualité de l’accueil et l’extrême gentillesse de Yne qui nous a tellement facilité notre séjour. Les chambres sont confortables et les espaces partagés très agréables. La piscine est magnifique. L’emplacement, un peu à l’écart de la ville est calme, en pleine nature.

L'emplacement avec un scooter est bien si vous restez quelques jours, nous avons juste fait la croisière à la journée donc juste deux nuits. Un resto sur place .

Hôtel un peu délaissé a cette saison , pas de piscine, les photos sont pas la réalité donc attention c'est dommage

Le cadre, la tranquillité, un beau jardin dans lequel piocher tomates, herbes pour le repas. La famille est extrêmement gentille et aux petits soins surtout pour ma maman de 85 ans Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous et faisant parti de la famille, somme aller chercher la petite fille à la sortie de l'ecole. Des propositions différentes pour chaque repas et pas que du vietnamien, très arrangeants pour nos différentes pathologies (diabète, hylertension) mais aussi nos goûts ( sans oignons, sans herbes aromatiques..) et du crabe que la propriétaire était allée chercher exprès dans l'après-midi en ville pour le cuisiner pour le soir : y a pas plus frais. Toute activité peut etre organisée par le homestay ( pour nous une croisière d'une journée dans la.Baie de Lan Ha, service de taxi pour aller se balader en ville et à la plage) Une belle terrasse de restaurant avec un billard A part l'excursion dans la baie, nous aurions pu ne pas quitter ce petit coin de paradis.

The cabins are really comfortable and you really feel like you’re out in nature here! Perfect if you’ve just come from bustling city life in somewhere like Hanoi. Great value for money and the lady owner was really lovely, helped us with sorting taxi’s and giving recommendations for trips etc. would absolutely recommend you stay here for a unique experience that’s great value for money!

Ein Paradies. Ich habe es dort sehr geliebt. Die wunderbaren Gastgeber, die Ruhe die Natur. Ich habe mich dort sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Betten sind perfekt. Es gibt Roller zu mieten. Ich würde immer wieder kommen.

The owners were so so lovely, the space was warm & welcoming, the food was so yummy, i got so many kitty cuddles, and the location was so peaceful and relaxing - definitely one of our favourite stays in Vietnam so far! OH, and the bed was SO comfy cosy, whats not to love!!!!

El alojamiento está lejos de todo el bullicio de Cat Ba y puedes alquilar motos allí mismo a buen precio. El personal es super atento y agradable. Y para el desayuno tienen muchas opciones.

The area outside is big and green and a nice place to relax. The family is friendly and she did 2 big bags full of washing for us. We arrived very early and we could check in early in our room which was great. Also easy to rent a scooter. It a bit far from the city center, about 15 minutes by scooter. Unlit roads during the night, but it was fine for us. The vegetarian pho for breakfast was the best we had so far in Vietnam! If you prefer some peace and quiet I would recommend staying here, in the town there’s a lot of construction going on.

The room was a bit small, there was not much space to leave our backpacks and personal items, with just one night stand and no other tables. The bathroom felt not completely clean (the showerhead could use a wipe). Also the bed was not very comfortable, and had a ramp, one side of the bed was harder and higher than the other side.

Staying here was an amazing feeling. People were so kind, we were provided with motorbikes and the lady organized a grill for the night with fresh fish and meat, I loved her act of kindness. The place is also very beautiful, with a big hall and nice rooms. I loved how the people welcomed us and I felt like being home with friends. Thank you for your hospitality, I truly hope to come back next year. I will not forget your hospitaly and good mood.

Nothing to complain about

Immersa nella natura con giardino grande e piscina, fanno colazione e tutti i tipi di cucina. Ci hanno noleggiato i motorini al prezzo più basso dell’isola e anche il trasporto per Hanoi Comodo e a basso costo rispetto a tutti gli altri. Le stanze erano pulite compreso il bagno. Molto meglio rispetto agli hotel dell’isola. La titolare è gentilissima e disponibile e parla bene inglese.

Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte eine Erkältung und mir wurde ein vietnamesisches Hausmittel dagegen geschenkt. Unterkunft nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber genau das wollten wir. Anlage ist sehr schön. Man kann sich problemlos Roller leihen, wenn man in die Stadt möchte.

Ησυχο, μέσα στη φύση, και το προσωπικό μας βοήθησε με ότι χρειαστηκαμε, απ το να νοικιάσουμε μηχανάκι, πληροφορίες για το τι να δούμε και να κάνουμε, μέχρι να κλείσουμε κρουαζιέρα. Δοκιμάσαμε φρουτα και μια μέρα μας κέρασαν πρωινό. Περάσαμε υπέροχα

Λίγη φασαρία αλλά τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας όλα ήταν τέλεια.

La dame qui s’occupe de l’hôtel est gentille mais sinon c’est la catastrophe

Tout est en très mauvais état. C’est la décrépitude généralisée. La piscine est vide, les meubles sont d’un autre temps, les cabanes et terrasses sont en très mauvais état. La nourriture est vraiment pas terrible et les employés de l’hôtel ne parlent pas un mot d’anglais et ne sont pas souriants pour un sous. On a mangé sans sel parce qu’il n’y avait plus que des grains de riz dans les salières et personne au restaurant pour nous aider. Nous sommes arrivés le matin avons déjeuner et sommes partis dans un autre hôtel parce que c’était pas possible. On a dû quand même payer nos deux nuits réservées d’avance…

Si te gusta la naturaleza es un lugar genial para quedarse. Las instalaciones están genial, tiene piscina, zona común con meses en el césped y un billar para echar un rato de diversión. Para ir a cualquier lado necesitas moto, pero tiene muchas para alquilar a buen precio. Teníamos reservadas dos noches y al final dos días antes por cambio de planes tuvimos que cancelar una, y nos permitió hacer el cambio sin problema sin ningún coste.

Hien et sa famille sont exceptionnels !!!! De bonnes personnes qui veulent rendre notre séjour mémorable. Elle offre aussi tout plein de plans … baie de lan Ha 1 journée ou 2-3 hres , service de taxi , etc

Apartado y muy tranquilo, perfecto descanso (camas, ruido...) A la vez está cerquita, alquilando una moto estas al lado de todo. Bonito, comida muy buena... y personal muy atento y agradable. Todo bien la verdad.

Das Hotel hat vom Busfahrt, über Bootstour bis Motorroller alles für uns organisiert. Alle sind super freundlich und der Garten ist sehr schön. Außerdem super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

Es war alles perfekt! Wir suchten eine ruhige Unterkunft zum entspannen. Die Familie ist super lieb und sorgt für alles. Wunderschöner Garten - sauberes Zimmer - Faire Preise - Bei unserer Organisation der Ausflüge geholfen - Transfer organisiert - Frühstück wirklich sehr gut! -> Sehr zu empfehlen :)

La tranquilidad y la excelente ubicación en medio de montañas verdes con una piscina súper relajante !! Ademas el personal super amable y está muy cerca de la ciudad - 15 minutos con la moto y puedes coger la moto directamente en el hotel . Además puedes hacer todos los tours directamente aquí y te llevan y recogen todo incluido . La verdad el precio fue insuperable por este eco lounge - lo recomiendo a ciegas .

J’ai adoré le lieu, c’est reculé et en même temps proche de tout en scooter, en plein milieu de la nature. Le lieu est très ressourçant et simple. Le petit déjeuner est comme partout. Et les personnes sont très serviables

Очень тихо как в джунглях ,много бабочек и горы по которым ходят козы .Хозяйка Хиен и муж с дочкой очень дружелюбны,по всем вопросам помогали,добраться с Ханоя до их отеля .Спасибо большое .Аренда байка была очень удобна с отеля прямо .Помогли взять круиз по бухте Халонг

Beautiful little house in a quiet location. With the scooter rental it's easy to access everything on the island.

Die liebe Gastgeberin! Das auch sonst sehr freundliche Personal . Es herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphäre.. Gut zum entspannen außerhalb der großen Stadt. Großen Garten, aus dem der Wasser Spinat frisch gepflückt auf den Tisch kommt - zumindest in der Liebe Season ist es mir so ergangen . Ein Billardtisch lädt zum Spielen ein. Hier treffen sich dann auch Traveller zum Spielen. Man kann Motorbikes ausleihen und die Insel selbst erkunden.

Die Unterkunft liegt richtig schön und ruhig! Sie ist total schön im Grünen und hat einen gemütlichen Garten, Pool und Aufenthaltsraum/bereich. Es gibt sogar einen Billardtisch🎱 Außerdem führt die Familie dort auch ein Restaurant, bei welchem man aus einer großen Karte jederzeit etwas auswählen und bestellen kann. Das Essen ist sehr lecker! Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, Wasser kostenlos aufzufüllen. Die Besitzer und alle, die dort arbeiten, sind total nett und hilfsbereit! Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich! Man kann vom Homestay aus einen Roller mieten, Touren buchen oder die Weiterreise buchen lassen. Mit dem Roller braucht man ca 10-15min, um an schöne Strände oder die Stadt zu kommen. Wir kamen früh am Morgen an und durften schon viel früher einchecken (wir waren wirklich sehr kaputt), das war so nett! Wir können dieses Homestay zu 100% empfehlen, es war richtig toll und wir haben selber dort um 2 Tage verlängert, weil es so toll war!

המקום מבודד בין ההרים, הכל מסביב יקוק ויש גינה מקסימה. המשפחה המארחת דאגה לנו להכל מעל ומעבר. יש להם מכונית שבה מסיעים לכל מקום לעיר או לטיול במחיר הוגן. יש בריכה מפנקת והחדרים נעימים. למי שרוצה להיות בטבע ולא בין המלונות, ממליצה מאוד

Tôi thường xuyên đến Cát Bà vào mùa Thu. Thời điểm đẹp nhất của đảo, và đây là một trong những nơi tốt nhất trên đảo chính để ở, từ đây bạn có thể tới mọi nơi trên đảo bằng xe máy.
