Atlantic way Apartment

Apartment is modern, clean, had a full kitchen and nicely presented. Bathroom was modern and clean - shower was very nice indeed. Parking onsite was available which was great. Attention to detail with nice touches (visitor information etc) was evident. Very nice and well designed apartments.

Communication from the host could have been better. Didn't receive any information about the accommodation until we asked for check in information on the day of arrival. We were provided an eircode for arrival so found their place easy but there was no sign to say Atlantic Way Apartment so we were uncertain if we had arrived at the right place. The accommodation is located at the back of their property so we felt weird driving into someone's driveway unsure if that was the place. Luckily it was! So for future guests, the eircode is right. However, a sign out the front would be helpful. Although the place was modern, clean and had great facilities, we were disappointed by the quality of the beds provided - they felt fragile, thin and squeaked when we got into them. The pillows were also flimsy and thin. Unfortunately we didn't have the best sleep at this place. We are tall and above average in weight so maybe it suits a thinner, smaller person better.

The apartment is very modern and has everything you could possibly need. It was a perfect base with which to travel to Rosses Point where we had booked several rounds of golf during our stay. Beds were very comfy, plenty of hot water. WiFi reception was great also. We only used the kitchen for breakfast each morning but we had everything we needed.

Only downside is the location if wanting to travel into Sligo town. It's about 15-20 minute drive and you will probably have to drive as getting a taxi is quite tricky. We left car in Sligo town overnight and there was no problem getting a taxi back to the apartment.

Private beautifully appointed self-cater apartment in a magical spot. Kind and responsive host. Well-stocking with cooking basics. Easy drive to Gleniff Horseshoe, Streedagh Beach and other spots in Sligo.

Wir waren total begeistert. Es war wie ein Zuhause. Daniella hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen,die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns im Grunde geärgert, hier nur zwei Nächte gebucht zu haben. Die Selbstverpflegung macht einen sehr flexibel,man muss eben nur dafür einkaufen, aber auch da ist nicht weit von der Unterkunft eine Möglichkeit vorhanden. Wäsche waschen ist auch möglich. Die Dusche ist ein Traum! Danke für die tolle Unterkunft.

Le logement était très bien avec tout ce qu'il fallait pour séjourner. Des lits confortables, une grande douche, juste un petit problème de débit d'eau dans les WC. Une grande pièce de vie très agréable avec un beau coin cuisine bien équipé.

Aucun accueil alors que le logement est dans la même propriété que les propriétaires. Nous avons échangé 2 messages avant notre arrivée et après plus rien .Même pas une visite pour savoir si nous étions bien installés. Nous avons trouvé cela curieux.

Daniella was a fantastic host. We stayed in the apt for the Christmas, the evening was made more enjoyable with the Christmas crackers and sweets Daniella left for us. She also accommodated our last minute request for an early check-in. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Sligo.

The apartment had everything we needed, it was amazingly equipped. The decoration was chosen with a lot of good taste and everything was really clean. The house was really warm and every single space was spacious. Really felt unreal since the first moment we walked through the door.

The owner has thought of everything. And it was really clean and modern. I had the window open and night and couldn’t heard anything- and I’m a very light sleeper.

The property location is a little tricky as there is no number - so just do a little research before you arrive. Don’t drive blindly there as you will probably get lost. The Eire code (otherwise known as as postcode or a zip code) is the easy way to find the property

It is out in the picturesque country. A little hard to find however the host was there to meet us and waved us down.

Great location, living area windows looking out west over the bay. Clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and quiet. The hosts had left basic provisions which was helpful, and the access instructions were excellent, including local contact details. Car park under apartments, secure and easy to use.

Water pressure was a bit odd, could be difficult to get flow started in taps and shower, but we developed a technique of briefly opening hot tap (kitchen) or flushing loo (bathrooms) which got flow started and solved problem.

Brilliant place. So comfortable and clean

The apartment is so great! We felt like home. Very neat, clean, positive place. Daniella was really thoughtful about what visitors actually need. Also, she greeted us at the entrance and gave us the keys (despite the heavy rain). The kitchen is fully equipped! When the weather is sunny, all around the place gets super colorful and beautiful! We will going to be back again as soon as possible! Thank you so much, Daniella!

Apartment was superior to most

The apartment was decorated to a very high standard. The amenities were superb and very clean.

Daniella’s apartment was amazing clean bright warm and had everything we needed for 2 days to recharge as our own home was affected with power outage from Storm Eowyn. We were 8 days without power and staying in Daniella’s was what we needed to feel warm and normal.

Beautifully modern, new and spacious apartment with all the amenities you'd need for a few days stay in Sligo! It had all the touches of home so it really felt like a home from home! We stayed over Christmas and Daniella had Christmas decorations and a tree up which made it feel very festive and Christmassy! We were able to relax and just enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside while doing things ar our own pace. The outdoor area would be a gem in the summer time and the shower was fantastic! The heating and fire in the lounge worked a bomb at keeping the entire apartment cozy and warm!

Nothing, maybe just an electric blanket on the beds for the chillier months but we brought our own hot water bottles so were fine and rooms and bedding are very warm!

The location was a bit remote, but really lovely and peaceful! The apartment was lovely - well appointed, comfortable and very clean. The bedrooms were exactly the same, the bathroom was spotless. Daniella was friendly and recommended a nice restaurant in town.

The apartment was extremely clean, fresh, beautiful, and cosy. We stayed for 2 nights and was like home.

Soft mattress and 2 spiders at first night (I suffer from arachnophobia)

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and communicative so there was no confusion with picking up keys etc., and the surrounding area was beautiful for walks or runs to the beach.

We had a car, but it would have been difficult to get to the accommodation without one.

Absolut spotless clean and cosy. These Hosts are going the extra way ! The Accomodation is also kinda newly build. Price-Value is better than we had anywhere on our 3500 km 17 day tour in Irland ! Bring your owndrinks and food, relax and feel better than home.
