The hotel is in a great location, offers a wonderful variety of activities, and has exceptionally attentive staff.

While the property is nestled between lush forests and rice fields, our villa and private pool unfortunately also overlooked the road. Seeing and hearing passing traffic took away from the secluded atmosphere we had hoped for.

Beautiful scenery. Helpful staff. Breakfast is served to your porch.

It's an uphill walk along the side of the road to get to the local restaurants.

The spacious villa was perfect for 2 people. Super king bed was comfy! Location is good but you either have a driver or scooter to get to places. We used a driver for the 7 days.

Only alcohol on menu was bintang.

The place was really nice and quiet. The room and pool were beautiful and clean. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Wunderschöne Lage! Mit dem Roller sind viele schöne Cafés und Restaurants ca 5min entfernt. Insbesondere das "Tapa" ist hier sehr zu empfehlen!

Tranquil villas set against the hillside below a minor road, overlooking rice paddies and coconut trees. We used the shared infinity pool and had it all to ourselves- it was refreshing, clean and deep. Our room was comfortable, clean and private. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A lovely place to spend a few days in the beautiful Sebatu district.

Other reviewers have mentioned the road noise. While the odd scooter did sometimes roar up the hill, after our 5 weeks’ travelling in Indonesia, we found this place quiet and peaceful. There was complete silence during the night and we slept so deeply here. Some road noise & an occasional rooster call happens almost every in Bali :)

Beautiful villa with private pool, staff very helpful and accommodating. We could order food directly with them and get delivered to our room. Nice to be able to rent a scooter directly with them as well. Perfect location close to many attractions and lots of options for quality dinner.

Unfortunately the room was too close to the main road which can get quite noisy early morning. The pool wasn't getting enough sun so the water was always a bit cold for a swim. I'd suggest a full length mirror in the room.

The staff was very kind and always helpful. The location of the villa is very nice.

During our stay there were repeating problems with the hot water, we informed the staff they were always able to fix it, but the next day the problems appeared again. The shower itself was kinda dirty and maybe even moldy. The lock on the door was a joke. Even a little child could break into the room. Furthermore the safe was not screwed to the wall or even to the wardrobe so if someone would break into the room they could take the whole safe with them. Overall the room was not quite clean. The private pool was really cold so it was very uncomfortable for swim. The room was near the road so it was noisy by scooters and at nights by frog's orchester. Our stay here was disappointing for us.

Wspaniałe miejsce! Prawdziwy klimat Bali, można poczuć ukojenie , spokój, zainspirować się. Miejsce stworzone z pasją, miłością, szacunkiem do natury. Bardzo inspirujące miejsce.

Чудесное место! Выбирали, где остановиться в районе Убуда для знакомства с этой частью острова, в итоге продлевали эту виллу на подольше. Живности в номере не было, чистая постель и полотенца, вкуснейшие завтраки и большие порции, персонал замечательные люди. Есть два пруда с рыбками, купили им на ближайшем водопаде корм для рыбок и по утрам ходили кормить, они перестали бояться за несколько дней и ели с рук, так что подкармливайте их там)) Байк арендовали также через персонал, нам его привезли. Также, были рады, что не стали останавливаться в самом Убуде, так как там пробки и много шума, локация этой виллы оказалась очень удобной для поездок в разных направлениях и вечернего единения с природой после насыщенного дня.

Не понимаю почему это называется Вилла, я бы сказал это шале или шалаш, маленький деревянный домик, бассейн был с осадком на дне, температура воды 24 градуса, холодно, домик рядом с дорогой, в стенах щели, постоянно шум от проезжающих мопедов. Если вы ищите тихое место, этот вариант точно не подходит, с 5 утра вас разбудят кукарекающие петухи и мопеды. Была проблема с горячей водой, с третьей попытки все удалось ее решить, заменой котла.

Very good value. Excellent service. We arrived late and were able to order food to be delivered. Beautiful setting. Room was lovely. Gree on site parking. Excellent breakfast.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Locatie met leuk uitzicht. Ideale uitvalsbasis en uit de drukte.

Huisje is gehorig (redelijk drukke weg dus je hoort goed het verkeer rijden/toeteren). Helaas geen eigen restaurant maar met scooter zijn er voldoende warungs te bereiken en sommige warungs bezorgen.

Bon petit-déjeuner complet. Calme, accueil chaleureux, proximité de la nature. Réparateur. Apaisant. 🧘‍♀️

L’établissement est un peu loin du centre d’Ubud . Il est à 40 mn du centre et non à 20 mn .

El personla era un poco borde. El desayuno pobre y el personlas tampoco tenia muchas ganas de servir.

Tetszett hogy közel voltak az éttermek és a látnivalók. Tetszett a kilátás.

Nem voltak jól zárhatók az ajtók, a falon mindenféle bogar bejött, hangyák voltak mindenhol a szobában is és a fürdőben is. Nagyon zajos a környék, nem lehet jól aludni. A reggeli mindig pontosan érkezett és teljesen korrekt volt. Az ott dolgozok segítőkészek voltak mindenben.

Un lugar asombroso. Pequeñito y acogedor. Reservamos la villa privada y quedamos enamorados. Las instalaciones estan limpias, la villa es maravillosa y el personal super acogedor. Volvería más veces.

Lovely traditional villa set in lush green scenery. There is a temple and waterfalls only a short walk away. There are nice restaurants in the vicinity. Not far from the rice paddy fields. Safe and rural location.

Note that it is a 4 hour drive from Denpasar airport. The hotel arranged my transfer which made it very easy.

Loved the room and private plunge pool.

Location is a little remote, but close to a local waterfall which was worth seeing.

The rooms could use some refurbishing. Because of the rainy season, the bed sheets were constantly damp.

Voor diegenen die graag een paar dagen rust zoeken van de drukte zijn hier aan het juiste adres. Zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam personeel. De accomodatie biedt alle voorzieningen en je hebt er een prachtig uitzicht over de jungle. We hadden een privézwembad, maar er is ook een groter gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Ons ontbijt was inbegrepen en er was voldoende keuze. Op beloopbare afstand vind je enkele restaurants en Warungs. De Ulu Petanu waterval is op 15 min. loopafstand te bereiken. Dit was het 2e jaar op rij dat wij er verbleven en we zullen zeker nog een keer terugkomen.

Die Privatsphäre vorallem!

Soukromá vila s nádherným výhledem na rýžové pole a krásným bazénem. Klidné místo. Skvělý personál a donáška bohaté snídaně až do vily. Byli jsme nadšeni.

No hot water, fridge never really got cold and there's no market nearby to buy ice or cold beverages from but im nitpicking would definitely stay again.

• Calm. • Clean and well maintained. • The breakfast was OK. • Private pool with a nice view on the forest. • The staff are very friendly and helpful.

•Most of the time the water is cold. When taking a shower it starts hot and suddenly becomes very cold i believe this is due to the brand of the water hitter. • Sometimes the room is noisy due to the road next to the villa. Sometimes noisy motorbikes are passing by the road. • The villa is isolated from the city so don’t expect any market near by however there are restaurants near by (10 min walking distance). So i advice you to do a grocery before heading to the villa.

No staff at night. Guests sleep on their own. No proper fencing or security and safety monitoring. At night, I was in the threat of a neighbour's dog that tried to enter into my room by hitting on the door.

Super lokalizacja w buszu z daleka od miasta . Mega natura , koi oczy i umysł . Niesamowite wyciszenie . Nie daleko knajpki z pysznym jedzeniem.

Mogli by bardzie posprzątać basen i wejście do domków. Obiekt jest na zboczu góry co daje piękne widoki ale od 4.30 rano zryw motorów jadących pod górę nie pozwala pospać. Proszę mieć to na uwadze ponieważ z 3 nocy które tam spędziliśmy tylko jedna udało nam się przespać do rana ale to chyba już ze zmęczenia. Basen główny nie zadbany. Chcąc zrobić zdjęcie poślizgnęłam się na kafelkach pokrytych zielenizną. Lezaki również pokryte mchem a panowie w lobby z nudów by to wyczyścili a nie obijali się cały dzień.

Piękne miejsce z widokiem na pola ryżowe. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Świetna i spokojna okolica.

Widoki i okolica w której jest położony, oraz sama aranżacja domków i dookoła hotelu :) mega miłe było też bardzo smaczne śniadanie przyniesione do nas, obsługa była fantastyczna <3 piękne miejsce

The room was very nice with an outdoor bathroom, but the best feature was the view of the trees and rice field below--watching an old man harvest grass, the birds, a boy fishing.... AC was great and bed was ok.

The breakfast was ok but the fruit was not ripe. Wasn't too bad but the motorcycle on the road were loud at times. Didn't disturb our sleep. Not a fan of the "on demand" water heater. Shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold.

Traumhaft schön, toller Ausblick, sehr nettes Personal und super Frühstück. Wenn unsere Reisepläne es zulassen, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Villa bola úžasná, krásna kúpeľňa, raňajky boli veľmi chutné, určite si dajte plávajúce raňajky je to zážitok. Personál bol veľmi milí a ochotní. Na ubytovaní nie je problém požičať si skúter.

Jediné čo, že kohútik bol v kúpeľni na vani pokazený, ale napriek tomu sa dala zapnúť voda. A v noci som sa najprv zľakla lebo po streche čosi behalo ale sme v prírode takže dá sa to očakávať, ráno som zistila že to boli len veveričky.

O hotel de forma geral era perfeito. A localização, o ambiente o staff. Para quem quer sossego e a verdadeira experiência de ubud/Bali é aqui. Uma cabana com piscina privada é perfeito para um casal.

Para um hotel com quase tudo perfeito, tenho apenas a apontar que havia algum bolor na casa de banho, principalmente nas cortinas.
