Yo creo que la regadera hecha va muy poca agua 🥺, pero todo lo demás muy bien.

Es un hotel pequeño y no tiene elevador, para personas de la tercera edad está complicado

Le propriétaire est très sympathique. L'endroit est bien situé, à quelques rues de la lagune. Pratique pour une ou deux nuits, on peut se faire du café, thé et eau et il y a un patio.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious and well air conditioned which is needed in Bacalar given the heat. We also really appreciated having a big TV with streaming services and a fridge in the room. The shower was super powerful with hot water. Huge comfortable bed. About a 15 minute walk to the main square and a 7 minute walk from the free swimming spot. The staff were really friendly and gave us recommendations for our stay. We hugely appreciated being able to use the facilities (showers/toilets) later in the evening after we checked out ahead of catching a night bus. Would recommend if you’re visiting Bacalar!

Habitaciones limpias. Camas muy cómodas. Si bien el hotel no está frente a la laguna, es muy tranquilo, algo que buscaba, pues viajé con una adulta mayor, mi mamá. Cuenta con una pequeña cocina, como lleve una poco de comida ahí la calentamos e hicimos uso del refrigerador. Muy recomendable, para descansar.

Muy higiénico, el personal bastante amable, el estacionamiento se encuentra fuera del hotel, bastante cómodo.

Deon is an excellent host. The a/с and wifi were also very good and the accommodation is quite secure. Hot and cold water and coffee are always available through the day. We enjoyed the common sitting area but can't comment on the kitchen as did not use it. Lots of daytime/breakfast places nearby. At night may have to walk 10 minutes closer to the town center, though there is an excellent taco restaurant a few minutes away. Would stay again

Ubytování bylo prezentováno s plně vybavenou společnou kuchyní, která však k dispozici nebyla (pouze rychlovarná konvice). Jelikož jsme ubytování rezervovali kvůli kuchyni, zrušili jsme ho při prohlídce na místě.

There was so much mould - particularly in the bathroom. It didn't look like there had been any attempt to clean it, which really needs to be done

Petit hôtel situé à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre de Bacalar. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, la salle de bain (dans la chambre), très bien aussi. Un petit frigo est mis à disposition dans la chambre. Au rez-de-chaussée, distributeur d'eau froide et chaude mis à disposition + des sachets de thé et du café.

Un peu éloigné du centre et route peu éclairée pour rentrer le soir à pied. La cuisine ne dispose pas d'élément pour faire cuire des aliments.

Нормальные 3*, большой номер, всё есть. Из плюсов: маленький холодильник в номере (! редкость в отелях Мексики!), а у ресепшен есть бесплатный растворимый кофе/чай. Милые девушки на ресепшен, стараются говорить по-английски.

Местоположение не центральное, но мы были на авто, так что всё равно.

La amabilidad de su personal y la disposición para apoyarnos en la medida de lo posible.

Que el cuarto olía a húmedad, cosa que se puede comprender que se batalla mucho en el lugar,puesto que es húmedo. También que la coladera de la regadera empezó a oler demasiado el penúltimo dia de nuestra estancia y,algo quee podria mejorarse seria poner alguna mesa o algo similar para poder dejar las maletas.

Ein schönes kleines Gästehaus mit sauberen, angenehmen Zimmern. Lage ist super, nur wenige Minuten bis zu Restaurants und Bars. Personal ist auch freundlich und aufgeschlossen.

Esta muy cerca del centro, esta limpio, la cama es extragrande hace que descanses mejor si son 2 personas en la misma.

La atención de la señorita desde que llegamos fue excelente nos explicó, nos enseñó el lugar y nos llevó a nuestra habitación.

Lo unico que puedo decir que no me gustó, es que no habia acondicionador, ni jabon en el recipiente del baño. Solamente shampoo. Tendrían que estar mas al pendiente de eso. Menos mal que yo si llevaba.

Dziewczyna na recepcji nie mówi po angielsku. Pleśń w łazience. W pokoju unosi sie zapach stęchlizny. Mały i ciemny pokój blisko recepcji, gdzie od rana bardzo głośno słychać telewizor. Stare zdjęcia. Lokalizacja dość daleko od centrum. Na mapie blisko laguny, ale w rzeczywistości trzeba dość daleko isc, zeby dotrzeć so wody.

Personnel très sympa et chambre avec tout ce qui faut.(Clim, tv, frigo, coffret de sûreté...) L'emplacement est parfait. Sur une rue tranquille et a 5 minutes à pied de l'accès municipal gratuit a la lagune) Le centre avec tout les resto, bar est près aussi à pied ou en voiture le stationnement est facile à trouver.

Le matelas était un peu enfoncé et la pomme de douche était plus que médiocre.

Personnel très professionnel, très serviable, de bons conseils.

Il manquait juste un équipement d une cuisine

Nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju, stare dziurawe ręczniki, okna były oba wychodzące na korytarz gdzie chudzą inni goście więc okna cały czas były zasłonięte - bardzo ciemno w pokoju cały czas trzeba było mieć włączone światło. Cześć wspólna, brudne pojemnik na sztućce, szmatki do mycia naczyń dawno nie wymieniane, kuchnia wymaga zrobienia porządku. Łazienka - słabe ciśnienie wody, uszkodzone drzwi.

Ce logement est vraiment exceptionnel ! Le gérant est vraiment professionnel,accueillant et serviable. Il nous a indiqué des points vraiment intéressants (et pas cher) pour aller voir la lagune. Nous recommandons à 100%, rien à redire.

Exceptionel service og hyggelige omgivelser. Deon, værten, var så opmærksom og imødekommende og hjalp med mange gode lokale tips. Der blev taget god tid til os. Vi følte os meget velkomne og vi har værdsat opholdet meget.

Clean, comfortable beds, excellent WiFi. We have a hard time finding 2 king size beds so this was a huge plus for us! Good location. Not too far from center of town. Owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

L’acqua della doccia non sempre veniva calda e il getto era un po’ irregolare

Très bon accueil. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le distributeur de shampoing et gel douche dans la salle de bain et savon lave main prévu aussi. L’hôtel ne paye pas mine de l’extérieur mais très bien pour un court séjour. A 7 min à pied de Balneario municipal El Asseradera pour faire un plouf dans la lagune (entrée gratuite) et l’hôtel prête des serviettes.

Les autres clients sont bruyants losqu’ils passent dans les couloirs. On entend bien le bruit. Ça reste un petit hôtel convenable rapport / qualité / prix.

El alojamiento cuenta con las instalaciones necesarias para pasar un día o dos en la zona. Su propietario es encantador y nos ayudó mucho, además de arreglar la ducha rápidamente cuando le dijimos que no funcionaba bien. La relación calidad/precio es buena.

Creo que el lugar puede tener una pequeña remodelación que haría que ganara en muchos aspectos, ya que algunas cosas se veían muy desgastadas, especialmente en la zona del aseo.

El agua de la regadera sale muy poquita y el aire acondicionado requiere mantenimiento porque casi no enfriaba

El tamaño de la habitación y la ubicacion

Habitación muy confortables, con buena iluminación y espaciosas, silencioso y limpio, excelente relación calidad / precio. Me gustó que tengan en las habitaciones su frigorífico. Todos muy amables y atentos.

La habitación de 2 camas es tan grande que el aire acondicionado no es suficiente ya que es de baja capacidad y requiere un aire acondicionado mas grande. Y como consejo que pongan un mueble adicional frente a las camas, ya que no hay donde dejar las cosas si no es el closet.

Spacious, clean, comfy and quiet room, aircon and fridge. I like that the spacious sink is outside of the bathroom, easy to access. 8 min walk to the free public pier to swim or relax. They provide separate towels to go bathing in the lake. Safe parking on the street in front. Nice small common kitchen and place to sit.

I was there at 2:30pm after a long drive but wasn't allowed to check in until 3pm, which was not flexible. At the end of town, so 20 mins to walk to the center for food/entertainment, but with car it is no problem.

Nicest hotel of our trip to Mexico, literally the only one that had both hot water and good water pressure, and also the only one with clean, renovated bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable, fridge in the room, nice cosmetics provided. The distance to town is the only minor inconveniece but it is perfectly walkable. Also drinking water available for guests! The shared kitchen could be a little bit cleaner.

Amazing hotel and very confortable. We slept so well there everything was very neat and good quality. Also the receptionist lady that welcomed up was the sweatest..

the hotel illegally charged me the Portal's commission for renting the room which should be normally paid directly by the hotel to the Portal. The hotel illegally transferred the payment of the portal's commission to me . This additional commision never appeared in my confirmed booking conditions. This is an unfair practice because it is not the client's duty to pay the portal.'s fee for services. The hotel's employee could not explain me why they charged me a higher amount for renting a room than the amount confirmed in the booking conditions. I paid 25USD extra for 2 nights than the confirmed price in the confirmation. Be careful and don't agree with this unfair practice.

The owner was very kind and spoke good English. He explained everything and gave me some useful tips about public accesses to the lagoon and recommended a good place to rent a bicycle. There was hot water in the shower with good water pressure. The room was quite clean although there was a thin spider living with me. There was a fridge and a fan in my room. Drinkable water was available next to the reception.

The shared kitchen wasn't equipped well and the water pressure in the kitchen was very low at the time I was there.

Good room host available and good services

Clean and spacious rooms that surpass Mexican standards, providing a comfortable stay. While it may not be located directly on the shores of Bacalar Lagoon like some of the fancier and pricier hotels, it still holds its own charm. And as fancy and touristy hotels are not our gig, Hotel Balché was the perfect choice The lagoon is just a couple of minutes away by car (10 min walking), and we highly recommend visiting the Balneario Ecológico for a refreshing dip. The rooms at Hotel Balché come equipped with a fridge and there is a common kitchen, though not extensively stocked for cooking. However, it's sufficient for preparing your own breakfast, which you can enjoy in the hotel's internal courtyard. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience of our stay.

Our room was located on the ground floor, which made it a bit dark, but it was still comfortable. As mentioned, the kitchen facilities are limited, so don't expect to cook elaborate meals. Additionally, being slightly removed from the lagoon means you miss out on the immediate waterfront experience, but this could be a pro or a con depending on your preferences.

The property is in a quiet part of town but easy walking distance from the centre and the lake. The staff, especially the proprietor (Dion) were welcoming and informative and our room was very comfortable with a huge bed and modern bathroom facilities. It was also very reasonably priced considering all of the above. It was so lovely that we returned for two more nights later in our trip. Can’t say more than that!

The room itself was very modern, clean and comfortable. It's a short walk from the centre but close to the docks overlooking the water.

I booked this place specifically for the kitchen however when we arrived at 8pm, we were told it was closed. I subsequently found out that there aren't any hobs or cooker, only a kettle. This was slightly disappointing as I'd brought pasta to cook.

Nice, cheap, clean hotel with friendly staff. 10mins walking distance from the very small centre of Bacalar. Right near the free public pier, which I would recommend walking down to for sunrise. One of the most beautiful I've ever seen.

Doors & windows seemed a little flimsy, but I can't imagine there is much crime in Bacalar, so its of little relevance.

Nice rooms with good large beds. Quiet. Good common space and kitchenette. Run by female, which shows in the details. Great value for money.

Would be great to have a small stove in the kitchenette to heat up porridge for breakfast or boil an egg.

What is the problem with the hotels in Yucatàn, they are all dirty, old and with strange smells, dirty sheets….

The staff was amazing, helpful, and with great tips about where to eat and go around the lagoon. The rooms were very spacious, with good king-size beds (something rare in Mexico), with mini-fridge, AC and clean.

The shower in one of our rooms was not the best, in terms of water pressure.

Location. There is good breakfast restaurant around the corner, good buritos close by. Reasonable to walk to the Bacalar center. Best place to go to a laguna is cenote Esmeralda which is 5min drive. Family owned hotel. We had issue with a smell in the room, but owner gaved us another room. Super flexible checkout! Thanks. We left early morning to go for Calakmul (count 4,5h to get there). Well secured hotel with cameras, reasonable locks and tresor. Hot water works. Comfortable matrases 6/10 toughnes, ideal.

Free parking on the streets. I would prefer secured one. However it was fine in the end. I think cleaning lady could recognize if there is something smelly in the room and resolve it by herself :-)
