Leider gab es nur an der Vorderseite Fenster, so das es keinen Durchzug gab. Abends und in der Früh zogen dadurch Zigarettenqualm und Haschdüfte in unser Zimmer was wir überhaupt nicht toll fanden.

Les lits sont très bon, nous avons super bien dormis, il y a une grande télé et 2 lampe de chevet. La salle de bain est un peu spartiate, mais ça va. Le personnel est au petit soin et très gentil, et le restaurant est vraiment excellent. Petit déjeuner au top. Franchement excellent rapport qualité prix, on a passé un très bon moment. Merci à l'hotel.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße, ist gut erreichbar und es gibt genug bequeme Parkplätze. Die Zimmer liegen aber ebenerdig auf der Rückseite und sind sehr ruhig. Alles ist sehr sauber, die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Der Preis ist für Schweizer Verhältnisse günstig. Das Restaurant verfügt auch über einen Garten und ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die in Rezensionen erwähnte laute Turmuhr einer Kirche ist nicht wirklich störend, weil zwischen 22:00 und 7:00 ausgeschaltet.
Das Frühstück für 15 CHF ist ausreichend, aber etwas überteuert.

La posizione anche se non centrale è comodissima in quanto a 10 metri dall'albergo c'è la fermata dell'autobus per andare in centro e per tornare la fermata è proprio davanti all'albergo, quindi ottimo. La colazione abbondantissima e di buona qualità. Unica pecca la stanza e il bagno di dimensioni parecchio ridotte ma ci si accontenta, anche perchè fuori dalla stanza c'è un bel giardino con comode sdraio e la stanza è comunque pulita. Staff gentile, una persona mi ha accompagnato alla fermata e mi ha spiegato come funzionava la macchinetta dei biglietti. Consiglio questo albergo per chi vuole fare un week end a Lucerna e non vuole utilizzare l'auto per andare in centro.

L'hôtel n'était pas adapté à nos attentes !! La chambre n'était pas climatisée donc les fenêtres restaient ouvertes la nuit.malheureusement le carillon très proche de l'hôtel sonnait à partir de 7h puis Toutes les 15 mn . De plus l'hôtel ne fournissait pas le pass bus gratuit très utile pour luzerne car les parkings sont très chers.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026We enjoyed the privacy of this accommodation, especially our own door which opened out on to a private grassy area. The area is a short distance from Lucerne making it very convenient. The bells rang every 15 minutes but they shut off at 10pm and didn't resume until 7am.
The bells are a bit obstrusive but they stop during sleeping hours.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Ho prenotato in questo hotel attratta dal prezzo in quanto gli altri alloggi erano troppo cari. Essendo un 2 stelle le aspettative erano basse e invece mi sono ricreduta. Staff gentilissimo, struttura pulitissima con soffione della doccia nuovissimo, smart tv enorme con accesso a Netflix, acqua di benvenuto (considerando che alcune volte nemmeno i 4 stelle la danno è stato un gesto molto apprezzato).Per finire non poteva mancare il servizio ristorante. Sono arrivata tardi e mi ha salvato. Pizza ottima e bassa come piace a me. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026No air conditioning; it was very hot. I got a very bad electric shock from the shower head. This needs to be fixed. That is very dangerous. They charged us 30 CHF for breakfast option for two but they did not ask about our dietary requirements. Because it was not buffet system and they serve the breakfast as per the guest. Once they got the information we are vegetarians, we had almost nothing to eat. They should have been prepared to that.

조용하고 예쁜 뒷뜰이 있어서 좋았는데 옆방의 투숙자들이 방앞을 지닐때는 신경이 좀 쓰였음

La propriétaire était très occupée par son restaurant et n'avait pas beaucoup de temps à consacrer à notre accueil. Le clocher de l'église toute proche carillonnait tous les 1/4 d'heure, excepté de 22 à 7h, heureusement !

Reviewed Oct 25, 2025Wonderful welcome in the restaurant which is also the hotel's lobby. Although the room & bathroom were outdated it was clean and well kept. Dinner at their restaurant was very good with good service. Many locals came to eat or pick up take-out pizza. A good breakfast. Upon checkout a nice chat with the owner who I've seen at check-in, dinner and breakfast. A bus stop is close by which brings you to the city center of Luzern.
Nothing negative to say, other than the fact the room is out dated.

God frukost, som fick beställas separat, som dukades fram till respektive gäst, men i lite dyraste laget (15 CHF). Bodde i längan, där också restaurangköket ligger, i anslutningen till huvudbyggnaden. Ganska lyhört från köket till det rummet jag hade (no 1).

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025Da ich erst eine Stunde vor Anreise gebucht hatte, konnte man meine Buchung nicht finden. Dies wurde aber schnell und unkompliziert von der Mitarbeiterin mit Booking geklärt. Personal sehr freundlich, ich hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht, konnte aber einen Kaffee am Morgen kaufen. Zimmer sauber und ausreichend für eine Nacht und den Preis.
Die Kirchenglocke ist in direkter Nähe und relativ laut.

Bad sehr alt mit kleiner engen Dusche. Auf der Wiese vor den Zimmern keinerlei Blumen - nichts! Könnte sehr viel schöner gestaltet werden.

Ao lado hotel, tem uma igreja com um sino, que toca de quinze em quinze minutos, à partir das sete da manhã até 22;00 h.
