Pour le prix, ne pas avoir de clim est problématique. Avec notre bébé impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres car trop de lumières à l’extérieur ainsi que des moustiques. Il faisait presque 28° dans la chambre. Nous avions une chambre sans balcon et qui donnait sur le parking.. ce n’est pas précisé et au moment de la réservation il ya uniquement des photos de chambres avec une belle vue sur un balcon donnant sur les montagnes et le lac…

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.. es gab vor dem Hotel einen gratis Bus nach Luzern centrum.. dies war sehr angenehm..
Leider wurden wir um 6:00 Uhr morgens da waren wir noch in Italien angerufen und es wurde uns mit zugeteilt das wir unser gebuchtes Zimmer nicht beziehen können da es überbucht ist.. das war halt nicht okay und nervig.. die Dame an der Rezeption war aber sehr nett und hat uns ein Zimmer für eine Nacht in einem anderen Hotel besorgt.. dieses war halt etwas weiter entfernt aber letztendlich okay.. die zweite Nacht konnten wir dann im Hotel de balm einchecken..

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Hotel amb molt d’encant, una mica allunyat de la ciutat, però si vas en cotxe, cap problema son 10’ fins al centre i en tot cas t’ofereixen tarjeta per transport gratuit amb la parada del bus davant mateix. Les instal.lacions estàn molt ben cuidades i la atenció de tot el personal es molt atent i professional. Les habitacions son àmplies i còmodes i els jardins que té l’hotel son magnifics per relaxar-se. L’esmorzar es molt bo, complert i de qualitat. Hotel molt recomanable, amb parking gratuit !

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The location is beautiful, with views of the mountains and close to shops, amenities and bus stop. Easy to find with your satnav! The hotel is next to a petting zoo, with goats, bunnies, and Shetland ponies. The food is exceptional, both evening meal and breakfast. We loved the place so much we booked a room for our return journey. Final comment, my wife loved the water that you can drink from the tap!

I not even stayed,not even unpacked, the pictures have nothing to do with the reality, there is no lift and no person dedicated to help with the luggages, we were 3 girls so the receptionist handled part of the luggages. Was unbelievable to see older people carrying their own luggage on the stairs. I don’t want to blame all the staff as I only interacted with 2, but the lady from reception was just ignoring us and told us to wait as she was busy when I wanted to speak with her, in the conditions that there was no one else around waiting for her services….was not even interested what was about. And last thing, the room allocation for a booking done months in advance without having the possibility to pay on choosing your room I don’t know how they allocate it… I simply don’t understand how is possible this high rate on the platform.

Dinner at the Pistache was really quite exceptional..if you stay and can afford it please go!! Not in Lucerne but just outside but they offer guests free bus travel if you want to go and visit.
Fairly high price for room and food but In context of being in Switzerland not so much....( everything there seems to be)

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Great hotel in perfect location to visit Luzern or as stopover whilst traveling further south or north. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and it was very nice to be able to have it out on the terrace with a view of the lake and mountains. People at reception were really very nice, giving all the necessary tips and hints for our first visit of Luzern. There is a busstop in front of the hotel that brings you to the city center in 15 min, bus passes every 10 min and it's free with the guestcard. Way better to stay here a bit outside of the city with free parking, rather than being in the chaos of the city and have to pay for expensive parking. We will for sure book here again when visiting the area or on our way to Italy.

Har ikke noget med hotellet at gøre, men et dyrt land at holde ferie i. 1200,- per person for at komme op på Pilatus. Dagligvare er op til 50% dyrere end i DK., men et fantastisk flot land med en venlig befolkning.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The room was comfortable and we had a great view of the mountains. While there was no AC, fans were provided. The breakfast was very good and staff was really friendly. The bus stop was right outside the hotel, so it was very convenient to get to the city center.
Thinner blankets would have been good given that it was summer and there was no air conditioning.

Dans la chambre familiale nous avons eu chaud malgré le ventilateur, nous avons donc ouvert les fenêtres mais nous avons été dérangé par le bruit de la route.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026My family of four (two adults, two teens) stayed here and it was the perfect spot for our trip to Lucerne. The hotel is just outside the main part of town but is an easy bus ride to all sightseeing, shopping, and restaurants. Breakfast out on the terrace every morning was lovely and relaxing. The room was spacious and well appointed. The hotel staff were so kind and helpful with any questions we had. There is a complimentary coffee and tea station in the lobby and it was wonderful to come in from a full day of sightseeing and grab an espresso to take to the room. The pool area is lovely and includes a spectacular view of the mountainside. We would gladly stay here again when visiting Lucerne.

Keine Klimatisierung, keine Lüftung, dadurch sehr stickig in den Zimmer und in den Zimmer zum Eingang führt eine stark befahrene Straße. Dadurch in der Nacht bei offenem Fenster sehr laut. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist ebenfalls noch ein großer Makel!
