Very nice room.. it was comfortable.. this room at town city, nearby all bank, all shop, restaurant.. easy check in, good value for money..

i like all about the room it was great beyond my expectation i got 150 for two nights super cheap for that kind of room. the room was clean, great design the water heater functioning very well the room itself was cozy. this place also offer pantry where u can keep your food and they have coway too. iron also provided in every level. please consider this place if u visit kuala terengganu. the self check in process also easy! a great place for traveller

i think they should put more choice of movie in the tv. put movies that up to date. thats all i guess

Location is good - at the core of the city. Stay was decently comfortable and place is generally clean.

Better to add a microwave at the pantry to allow customers to heat their good whenever necessary A lot of mosquitoes - try to paint the place in a lighter colour The bedsheets and duvet need more thorough washing - saw some stains which were quite unpleasant.

Our bus arrived way earlier and they let us check in in the morning. Responsive hosts. Convenient location

No windows, absolutely claustrophobic (I double checked, this is not stated in the room description - please update this). Ventilation is not proper and you can hear everything... For what it cost, definitely not worth the money

Great location - walking distance to bus station and Chinatown. Clean and affordable. Easy access instructions sent via WhatsApp the day before.

Near to multiple eateries and city centres. Short driving distance to Pasar Payang. Very comfortable and cold contrast to the outside weather. The check in and out process is easy.

We have prob with the key. When i come, pintu tak boleh kunci but its okay the staff settle by hari keesokan harinya

The room is clean and adequate for 2 persons. The checkin is simple and fast. The response from the admin is fast. There is no staff in the property though. The parking is ok, that we can park 4 cars in front of hotel and another 3 more a few tenths of meters away.

Although the toilet is clean, there was some sewage smell exit from the bathroom sewage hole. The smell can be quiet unpleasant and the suction fan did not manage to clear this smell. Hope the management can do something about this for more pleasant stay.

Location is a bit difficult to find even though it’s located quite centrally. I have to make few rounds before I can actually reach the accommodation, even with Waze. Parking can be limited.

I love their room so much! Minimalist and everything are functional.

Everything! The location is strategic, near to familymart, near to bank, near to restaurants. I bought some snacks and maggie there when hungry at night, very thoughtful thank you.

Hopefully, there’s a microwave next time 😌

The smell when you enter the room,the smell from floor trap toilet.a lot of mosquito inspite the facilities very clean.

Great central location, in a quiet side rd. Minutes from a good coffee shop (Old Town), 7-11, Family Mart, mall and numerous restaurants. Very peaceful and private; hardly saw any other guests. Easy self check-in and the public areas were very clean. Very happy with my room: super clean, large, really comfortable bed, great bathroom (powerful shower), aircon and TV excellent, wifi perfect. I spent a week here and was very comfortable. So peaceful and quiet—rarely heard any noise from my room. There's a really useful and convenient dining area (with hot water dispenser, snacks and cold drinks for sale; at very cheap prices!). Overall, superb value and a brilliant central location!

Only, small, complaint is, as a smoker, it would have been nice if there was a chair and table in the outside area.

The check-in and check-out process was very smooth as it is done virtually. The owner contacted us via WhatsApp and provided clear instructions, which made everything easy and hassle-free. In terms of location, the hotel is centrally located in the city. There are many shops and interesting places within a 10km radius. However, the hotel itself is slightly tucked into a residential area, which makes it quieter and more peaceful. Cleanliness was generally good, though there is still room for improvement. Comfort-wise, it was very comfortable, and the room condition was excellent, especially considering the affordable price. Definitely good value for money. The facilities are very good: - Parking is provided (if it gets full, parking may be slightly further away, but still within a reasonable distance) - Towels are provided, though toiletries are not - A mini pantry is available with a refrigerator and light snacks and drinks for purchase - There is a seating area in the pantry for hanging out - An iron is also provided at the pantry One downside is that the hotel may not be suitable for elderly guests or persons with disabilities, as there is no elevator available.
