Le personnel est très professionnel et sympathique ! Très aidant et souriant. C'est vraiment le point positif de cet établissement. Nous avons été déçus à l'arrivée dans notre chambre, les photos sont clairement retouchées ou très anciennes... J'ai accusé le coup et ai envoyé un mail dans la soirée, dès le lendemain matin, ils nous ont proposé de changer de chambre. Nous avons pu regarder celle d'à côté qui était libre et avons décidé d'y déménager parce que, même si elle était quasi identique, elle avait au moins des poignées aux fenêtres... (Celles de la nôtre étaient cassées et donc les fenêtres ne fermaient pas). L'emplacement est idéal, à côté du marché et de la rue Chinoise animée.

La non conformité avec les photos ! Elles sont clairement retouchées ou alors anciennes quand l'hôtel était neuf. Les murs sont abîmés, pas de poignées aux fenêtres et rideaux de douche plein de moisissures. De la poussière partout (tête de lit, sur les tasses...) C'est assez bruyant. C'est plus une guesthouse qu'un boutique hôtel... Literie moyenne. Pour 50€ / nuit ce n'est pas rentable ! Le Petit déjeuner est très simple... Même s'ils essaient de bien faire, les jeunes mériteraient d'être un peu plus formés. On nous demande de commander la veille, mais quand on arrive l'assiette est déjà faite (depuis combien de temps ??) donc l'omelette est froide, les saucisses aussi ... La salade est passée, bref très moyen.

Good location, there's a convenient store next door, short walk to Pasar Payang and the waterfront. There are 3 free parking lots right at the front of the hotel, available on a first-come first-served basis

A lot to improve on the cleanliness. Shower screen is moldy, floor is not clean (good point : there are disposable slippers provided). There is ants on the cement counter top. Not value for money.

Helpful staff - we asked about places to eat and got a very good recommendation! We left something in our room in error and again the staff were very helpful in helping us retrieve it. It's a simple, no frills place to stay for the night.

The little cafe didn't have much to offer in the morning for breakfast and many items listed weren't available. Some they appeared to go out to buy them before preparing them so there was quite a wait.

My room has nice river view.

The dorm is on the top floor - three flights of stairs and no lift. Wet floor toilet and shower.

The location is great, right in the middle of the small China Town, and near the river and markets. The beds are comfortable pods, with light, plugs, etc in the bed. The WiFi was fast and stable. Staff were kind.

The only available lockers were outside the room, and the showers had no dry area to securely keep my stuff...

Great location for eating out and shorefront , really welcome and helpful staff - nice cafe at back. We had room facing away from street which was very quiet. They helped us to get a long distance taxi for the following day which was very helpful

One of the best hotel dorm I’ve stayed in! The bathroom is well maintained and the capsule bed is very comfortable. What makes this place the stands out is that there’s a hidden cafe inside - serving great coffees btw. You can a get a discount if you inform that you’re a hotel guest.

The bathroom seems nice and clean but the bathroom curtain is too short and i can still see people’s leg which i find it uncomfortable. Another thing is that having power card is annoying.Like, if the person leaves the dorm early and takes the power card out, the room goes black out and the air conditioner goes off and i have to use my card to turn on the air conditioner again which is annoying.

It is clean and the staffs are really helpful. Toilet is clean with great shower pressure.

Soundproofing is bad. Think twice for light sleeper

Very comfortable even the room is small. But sufficient for a single traveler like me. I stay in the room with a private bathroom and tv. At hall have cool water dispenser.

No complaints. Just for other info; 1. there no fridge for private single bed and private bathroom. 2. I stayed at fourth floor and there no lift, carry luggages slightly challenging when moving in and out. But manageable because every floor have cool water dispenser.

This hotel is possibly the best place for western travellers to stay in town. Hidden in the backyard is a cozy cafe and restaurant, with a garden sitting area and an indoor AC area, which is perfect for work too, with electric sockets. There's also a separate DSA garden sitting area. The food here was so good, especially the western breakfast. I stayed in the dorm, which was basic and quite tight, but there were privacy curtains, lockers and a nice duvet. The rest of the facilities easily made up for the small dorms. The common bathrooms were spacious and spotlessly clean with hot showers. Toilet paper, soap and towel provided. It was a small balcony between the dorms. Free hot and cold water dispensers on each floor. Every single member of staff was always so friendly and welcoming. Excellent WiFi. Excellent location right in Chinatown, within walking distance from the bus station.

It was nothing I didn't like, but if they want to attract more foreigners, they should change the WORDINGS on the payment information! It turned out to be so easy. Booking.com took security in my card and you can pay by card or with cash upon arrival. BUT....many foreigners avoid booking when it says something like this: 'Property will handle the payment. Payment must be made in full in advance. Property will let you know'. We simply avoid booking those places because many then demand a bank transfer, which for some must be booked with their bank, takes 3-5 days and is costing an arm and a leg, often more than the cost of the room!

Positioning of aircond in the room 205 level 3 river view will make you feel warm. The aircond is not facing the room but facing the window will make guest warm. U have to lower the temperature to make the room cold.

the room is clean and has all the basic function needed, plus got atari game that my son loves to play, and water refill. good location and can walk to nearby places.

no lift (but its ok for us). only 3 parking spot infront of the hotel, the rest park at the back / at tanah lapang nearby (make sure you pay the parking fees 60cent/hour from 8-6pm sat-thursday).
