Absolutely incredible views (so recommend paying that little bit extra for a room with a lack view), functional rooms, wonderful staff and a great - and healthy breakfast. There's even a crazy second hand shop tucked away on the first floor.

Gefallen hat uns nucht der Hauptgang vom Abendessen. Gemüse: Brokkoli und Blumenkohl, Fleisch 1 stk. Für den Preis kann man etwas anders erwarten. Keine Deko. Zimmer war nicht so gut 140/200 Bett für zwei Kollegen, habe schlecht geschlafen. Matratze war viel zu weich. I'm Zimmer war es viel zu warm. Heizung war an habe es erst in der Nacht bemerkt.

Die Lage war perfekt. Parkplatz kostenlos direkt am Hotel. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Außenbereich des Restaurants sehr großzügig und direkt am See

Das Bett für 2 Personen sehr schmal. Nur eine Bettdecke, zwar für 2 Personen, aber auch sehr schmal. Gott sei Dank gab es noch Wolldecken im Schrank. Am Waschbecken im Zimmer nicht einmal ein Handtuchhalter, oder Haken.

Die Lage ist wunderschön, direkt am See.

Leider wurde mir bei der automatischen Buchung ein Zimmer zugeteilt, ohne dass ich darauf geachtet habe, dass dieses Zimmer über kein eigenes Badezimmer verfügt. ein Wechsel in ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad oder Stornierung war nicht möglich. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war zudem in einem sehr schlechten und unhygienischen Zustand. Dort lagen unter anderem zurückgelassene Gegenstände und Flaschen von vorherigen Gästen. Fotos füge ich bei. Leider kann ich das Hotel daher nicht empfehlen, wenn man ein Zimmer ohne eigenes Badezimmer bucht. Bei der Buchung sollte man unbedingt darauf achten, ob das Zimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt oder nicht.

Göl manzaralı odada konakladık ve manzara harikaydı. Odaların dekoru muhteşem. Çok tatlı nostaljik bir atmosfer oluşturulmuş. Güvende ve kaliteli bir ortamda olduğumu hissettim. Resepsiyondaki Nena ile tanıştığımıza memnunum. Neşeli ve yardımsever bir hanımefendi. İhtiyaç duyduğumuz ütü, priz adaptörü gibi birçok konuda bize yardımcı oldu.

Kahvaltıdaki çeşitliliği yetersiz bulduk. Odadaki tavanda iki üç tane örümcek vardı.

Relatively cheap and good location, breakfast was nice.

The parking places for the hotel are very limited so when we arrived there were no more places left and had to pay an extra 8CHF for overnight parking.

La chambre que j'ai choisie ne m'a pas été attribuée malgré la réservation bien à l'avance. Le mobilier était vétuste et abîmé, nous avons eut des trous de mites sur le drap house et la literie était délavé. Je n'avais pas de savon ni de shampooing dans la douche j'ai dû le demander. La vue sur le lac n'était pas suffisamment visible. Je ne pouvais pas ouvrir et fermer la fenêtre correctement la poignée était cassée. Le personnel n' était pas agréable.. Je me suis sentie trompée sur ma réservation et pas prise en considération. Je déconseille. 😱

The lake‑view room offers absolutely stunning scenery. Waking up to the lake view was such a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located, not far from the train station. The highlight of this stay is definitely the room and its incredible view.

I booked a room without an en-suite bathroom,and there is a shared bathroom situated between my room and the neighbouring room (the neighbour's room comes with this bathroom, and the door on my side was locked). I could hear sounds from next door, such as toilet flushing and coughing.

Great location, fast check in, the receptionist was nice and helped to park my bike in a safe place.

I did not realise it was with shared bathroom, but I had no issues with it during my stay, didn’t have to wait and it was relatively clean. Still expensive for a room with shared toilet. The staff at restaurant and breakfast doesn’t seem to care much.

Exceptionnel staff starting from Nina ( with beautiful red hair) in the reception who made feel like I’m home, she’s sooo careful she pick me with a car from train station and always helped me with a lot of love and care For the restaurant, I’m not sure about her name I think Roma her name in the breakfast a bit tall lady with ( short blond hair) her smile made my days joyful, she serve the breakfast like she’s serving you with passion she’s into detail a lot , for housekeeping the clean very well , thank you very much The hotel has Exceptionnel vue on thé lac, I was injured before travelling and the experience in this hotel was a peaceful place, it will be renovated soon but for me I was looking for connection with nature and that was perfect This hotel made the experience wow for thanks to their staff because at the end of the day people who made the experience I will definitely come back 🤍

Nice hotel directly in front of the lake. I could enjoy a nice lake view at a breakfast, which also had hot meals (scrumbled eggs, bacons and sausages)

I booked a "lake view" room, but in reality I could not see a lake in front because of a big tree. There was no guidance in the booklet in the room about shower and toilet outside the room.

The proximity to a grocery store.

There is a small non harmful spider on the ceiling. (Personally scared of spider)

Lake view room was nice and had comfortable beds. They had free parking also.

It was old and smelly. There was constant sound coming from the next room. We selected private bathroom but it was connected to another room on the other side which felt weird. We also saw big spider behind our bed. When we turned on the iron, the electricity fluctuated and everything turned off so they told us not to put on anything else when using the iron.

The staff was really friendly, the breakfast was rich and extensive. They even were happy to pack the breakfast on the days we need to start early. Location was perfect. They helped with pickup and drop at the station as well. The room was big enough ofcourse it needs replacement of furnitures but thats a trivial topic. I am not sure why people are giving such bad reviews.

Wir hatten ein Komfortables Zimmer, gute Betten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Service war kompetent und freundlich.

Die Lage und das Frühstücksbuffet waren gut.

Wir haben am Abend im Hotel gegessen. Leider war das Essen nicht unseren Wünschen entsprechend.

A very affordable and comfortable hotel with a good location, close to shops, restaurants, and the train station. I really liked the balcony. It was indescribable to sit in a comfortable chair after a long hike in the evening, looking at the blue water of the lake and the mountain walls.

Mi habitación no tenía baño propio pero los baños estaban muy limpios así que da igual caminar un poquito más para ir al baño. La verdad encantada volvería de nuevo ☺️

DAs Morgenessen war sehr gut. Die direkte Kage am See ist nicht zu übertreffen. Ausgezeichnet!

Die Matratzen der Betten (Zimmer Nr. 2) müssten dringend ersetzt werden. Ebenso die partiell defekten Vorgänge Das Mobiliar ist zusammengesucht und passt nicht zueinander.
