Reviewed Sep 15, 2026L’accueil a été très sympathique. On sent qu’il n’y a pas de protocole excessif ni de complexité inutile, ce qui est vraiment agréable. La chambre dispose d’un superbe balcon avec une vue splendide sur le lac. Une place de parking m’a également été offerte, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Le check-out a été tout aussi simple et agréable : la dame m’a simplement dit de déposer la clé. On sent que tout repose sur la confiance, et c’est une façon de faire que j’ai particulièrement apprécié.
Absence de climatisation. Toilettes extrêmement petites Absence de bouteille d’eau offerte dans la chambre, on a dû acheter 2 bouteilles d’eau a la réception pour 10CHF

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Tesis brienz gölü kenarında ulaşım kolay. Otelin karşısında ancak binaların arkadında kendilerine özel 3 araçlık otoparkı var. 10 chf ücret alıyorlar günlük. Otopark konusunda resepsiyon yardımcı oluyor. Resepsiyon ise restoranın içerisinde. Odada balkon var ancak öyle oturmak için değil sadece iki kişi ayakta durabiliyorsunuz. Arka çaprazında göl manzarası, ön tarafında yukarıda dağ manzarası var.
Vantilatör vardı ancak klima olmaması. Bizim kaldığımız oda ana yola baktığından gece geçen araçların sabaha karşı kamyonların sesi biraz rahatsız edici olabiliyordu ancak bizi çok rahatsız etmedi.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war schön. Auch das Frühstück war gut, allerdings (da nicht im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen) eher teuer.
Ich wollte ein ruhiges Zimmer. Bei der Beschreibung des Zimmers stand "Seeblick". Da das Hotel direkt am See liegt ging ich davon aus, dass das Zimmer zum See hinaus geht und nicht auf die direkt hinter dem Hotel liegende, stark befahrene Strasse.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein für den Preis und die Treppe nach oben sehr steil und gefährlich, speziell für ältere Menschen, welche nicht mehr so trittsicher sind. 0 Kompfort! Einmal haben wir im Hotel gegessen das Essen hat uns auch überhaupt nicht überzogen.

We are glad we chose Brienz over Interlaken since it provided a much calmer, less tourist-packed atmosphere. The hotel had a great restaurant and in a great location not too far from the Brienz train station and ferry stop. Proximity to the lake provided great views and a nice area to take a walk or a quick swim. I would absolutely recommend this property to anybody looking for a stay near Interlaken.
This is not so much a complaint about the hotel, but rather the area. In the middle of summer, there were many black flies and hornets bothering us while we tried to eat. Also, no elevator to the top floor, but the host helped us upstairs with the bags. Regardless, nothing that would turn us away from this hotel. We loved it!

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The only good sides are the lake view and the manager is friendly, but it's far to be enough to forget the high price.
We have paid 173 CHF per night. Breakfast not included, parking lot not included (no free parking in town), no air conditioning (hot summer...). You can hear the street from your room and it's noisy. The furniture is old. Actually too expensive for what it is. For this standard of hotel, you pay about 75 CHF per night in France. Our advice : Avoid this place!

ただ朝食代が高過ぎる！コンチネンタルがCHF15、それに目玉焼き、ベーコン、ハッシュドポテトでCHF22。 さらに皆さんも驚くと思いますが、朝食のコーヒーがCHF5がプラスですよ。朝食のコーヒー代を払ったったのは、30年以上の海外旅行歴で初めて。朝食代に5,400円も払ったのも人生初。目玉焼きは自分で作った方がうまく作れる。 トマトのスープ（CHF15）は、日本から持ってきたインスタントのミネソタローゼ（100円）の方が美味しかった。 スープに3,000円はノルウェー以来。ノルウェーのスープはその価値があった。

The restaurant downstairs was great, you can buy swiss wine and there was access to the water so you could pip down for a swim in the early morning when tempted by looking out your window. On our checked in the nice gentleman helped taking our 2 luggages (carry on sized ) to our upstair room that was a big plus. The hotel was on the main street that was easy to walk around Brienz. We stayed during the heat wave but the hotel provided a fan that help and also we got the cool wind from the lake that so refreshing already.
None. No elevator but no big deal to walk up and down.

Het was 30 graden buiten en dan zou een airco op de kamer wel lekker zijn. Die miste. Daardoor konden we pas laat slapen omdat het gewoon te warm was, maar dat was dan ook echt het enige kleine minpuntje

Nem volt lift, se kávéfőző, sem vízforraló. A parkolás nem közvetlenül a szállás elött van, függetlenül attól, hogy fizetni kell érte. Vékonyak a falak, a szomszéd, mintha a mi szobánkban járkált volna.

The first floor is the restaurant, and the second floor is for accommodation. It's very quiet, and the boss is warm and friendly.It was really an unforgettable experience in Brienz.
However , it is not equipped with air conditioner.I felt hot sometimes. They offer an electric fan .No elevator.
