Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Ku's Roomstay was quiet, very comfortable and we were left alone to enjoy our time in Langkawi. You would need transport to get into Pantai Cenang,, but it's quite affordable. I recommend Ku's Roomstay for anyone, we loved it staying there.

Très simple à trouver pour les Grab et petit parking devant les portes pour les scooters/voitures. La clim fonctionne parfaitement bien! Le frigo dans la chambre, l’étendoir à linge sur le balcon et la fontaine à eau à l’extérieur sont vraiment des plus très appréciables!
Rien, super rapport qualité/prix. (Prévoir boules quies en cas de voisins bruyants, pour une nuit sans perturbation)

Nous avions sous-estimé la distance du centre et on est à un petit quart d’heure en scooter du centre-ville. Une fois qu’on le sait ce n’est pas bien grave, il faut juste le prendre en compte !

The location of the property is in remote area. Since there is no kitchen or restaurant you either have to eat outside or order food which takes quite some time to get delivered. Also for vegetarians, infants and children of 2-3 years the options are very limited since it is located in a remote area. Also, they have only queen beds so if you're with a child its not very comfortable.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026wir waren schon zwei mal dort, es ist so sauber, dass man sich direkt wohl fühlt! Ku kümmert such sehr gut und hilft bei allem, auch Rollerverleih. Bequemes Bett, gute Klimaanlage, leise und mit Roller perfekt auf der Insel gelegen, um überall gut hinzukommen.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Wir fanden den Bungalow super! Die Lage war mit Roller auch gut und Roller gab es zu fairem Preis direkt in der Unterkunft zu mieten. Optimal also. Die Dame, die uns begrüßte war sehr lieb und hat täglich den Müll geleert. Wasser gab es kostenlos an einem Spender zur freien Entnahme. Wir würden wiederkommen!

La chambre familiale est bien grande et très très bien équipée.Vous avez la possibilité de faire à manger. La chambre est très propre. La literie est impeccable. Vous pouvez garer facilement votre voiture ou votre scooter. Mais le plus remarquable est la gentillesse du propriétaire. C'est une femme très gentille et fait tout pour rendre votre séjour bien agréable.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026I really liked the quietness of the property and appreciated the complimentary bottles of water provided on arrival and upon request. The early check-in on my arrival day was also much appreciated, even though it wasn’t confirmed at the time of my request.
It would have been very easy for me to give the property a 10 out of 10 if the staff had been a bit more attentive or approachable. Unlike some other reviews, I didn’t personally find the staff very friendly. When I asked about room servicing, I was told that guests staying for over a week receive one room cleaning, and those staying 5–6 consecutive nights can request servicing. Perhaps a towel change could also be offered for guests staying 3+ nights (I stayed for three nights).

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war super sauber, ruhig gelegen und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt ca. 2,5 km. Die Ausstattung war wirklich top: Besteck, Schüsseln, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, hochwertige Handtücher, ein Schrank für Kleidung und sogar ein Bügeleisen – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Bett war sehr bequem, zusätzlich gab es Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator. Roller kann man direkt vor Ort mieten. In der Nähe befinden sich ein großer Supermarkt sowie viele günstige, lokale Restaurants. Die Gastgeberin hat auf Anfragen immer sofort geantwortet. Auch ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt – wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

The owner Ku was very kind and went out of her way to help me by taking me to the health clinic and picking me up again at 10pm in the evening

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025The homestay was very comfortable - one of the best we have stayed in across the world. It had all the facilities and the host was very helpful and responsive. The washing machine in the room was a good thing. All utensils required to cook comfortably were available in the room. They have a machine for drinking water from where we could fill up our bottles when ever required. The host has a scooter too which can be booking in advance at a suitable rate. The homestay is easily accessible by Uber taxis. Wifi is good and it is safe to come back at night here. Very close to the main road yet quiet enough. The host even kept our luggage when we moved out to Phillipines for a few days and came back to stay at Ku homestay.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025The host Atika was were warm hearted and helpful. She provided and catered to our needs. The family room was spacious and clean. It had all cooking utensils which we wanted. The location is very accessible to the Chenang beach and other visiting places. The host even provided is a scooter on rent and permitted is late check out when our flight got delayed. Unlimited Free drinking water was provided . I strongly recommend this place for other tourists too. We will surely come back and stay for longer next time.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025Atika, l'hôte, est au petit soin avec ses clients. Elle entretient parfaitement ce lieu et les chambres. Rendre service est dans sa nature. Son papa est aussi serviable puisque c'est lui qui a construit et géré le lieu avant. Les chambres sont impeccables. Frigo, bouilloire, climatisation et ventilateur, placard et nombreux cintres, table et chaises, et douche chaude. Machine à laver 3 rg. Petit jardin à l'arrière des chambres, terasse devant et grand espace pour se garer. Location de scooter en très bon état sur place. Avoir un moyen de locomotion ici peut être indispensable. Calme assuré. On y vient pour quelques nuits et on y reste davantage tellement le lieu est rare et reposant. L'île est grande et regorge de lieux et de plages à visiter. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable 👍. Un immense MERCI Atika.

Location is great too — really easy to get to Chenang Beach. Highly recommend renting a motorbike, makes the whole trip feel even better!

il bagno era piccolo e quando si faceva la doccia si allagava tutto, ma questo è un problema di quasi tutte le strutture in asia.

This is a very quiet and pleasant location, which you will appreciate especially at night. I must definitely mention the extremely nice owner Atika, who, with her friendly behavior and willingness to help with anything, only enhances the homely atmosphere of this place. I must also mention the very comfortable beds and perfectly functioning air conditioning, which you will appreciate here. If I ever return to Langkawi, I will definitely stay here.
