The house is exactly how it is mentioned with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is also present but it seems it lacks some basic utensils for a large family. I must say that the owner was very accommodating and did solve most of our issues during the stay. The supermarket is nearby to the appartment and most of things can be found.

There are few basic things lacking that should be improved. The water is clogging from both the bathrooms and only one bathroom has a water heater. The drawing room does have an AC and thus forcing to stay in rooms. Most important, the whole house is filled with red ants (maybe due to monsoon season) which makes it difficult with a new born. There was a dishwasher mentioned in the description but it was not present. The kitchen was missing a lot of basic utensils which is forcing to wash the utensils after every meal.

Bathrooms were mostly having damaged door handles, locks, no shower gel or any such items.

Tissue, toilet paper, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo are not provided. All these are basic requirement, is very troublesome if not provided. Located in a kampung, no shop nearby, is very inconvenient.

Nice homestay to stay, with a calm view in the morning.. provide tools to cook,and others.. also the house and room is good and comfortable to stay..

Paling suka, semua kelengkapan cukup untuk keluarga besar makan angin. Coway, mesin basuh 10kg, microwave, peti ais besar, iron + iron board. 3 bilik 9 katil, 2 bili air. TV complete netflix, youtube. Wifi pun diswdiakan. Memang best!

Lokasi agak sukar, laluan sempit. Tapi ok ja.. kali pertama je terlepas simpang. Kali kedua dan seterusnya dah cam simpang dia

Kemas & bersih. Tuan rumah pun friendly and the details on location, how to access & sangat membantu. Suka dgn suasana & arrangement dlm rumah. In sha Allah, will repeat again.

Location wise. It’s really convenient and close to cenang. Lots of amenities around, food is easily come by. House is so cute and well design with a noce morning view. Overseeing the paddy feel with a hint of mountain.

To dusty. Dust is everywhere.

We had a pleasant stay at Safiyya Homestay. The place is simple and moderately comfortable, just nice for a short family trip. The host was very warm and helpful, even guiding us on places to visit around Langkawi. Only thing to highlight — driving in at night was a bit creepy because the signage is quite small and easy to miss in the dark. It would really help if there were more lights along the Kedawang side road so guests can find the homestay more easily. Overall, a decent stay with a kind host. Thank you for the hospitality!

The property was exceptional with a great location. Restaurants and supermarkets were nearby. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. It had three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious hall, and a well-equipped kitchen. There was hot water in the bathrooms, and plenty of plates and kitchen supplies for cooking. Essentials like salt, sugar, and tea powder were also provided.

Every room has good AC and it's a very quiet place.

The toilet and shower are just broken, very small bathroom and not very good supply of hot shower water. A bit difficult/confusing location that Grab is not easy to pin point (also a bit further so less Grab available)

It was very close to all the tourists spots.

In the description, it stated that one bathroom has a heater and the other one doesn’t. But actually both had no heaters. We had to wash our hair in cold water for 3 days huhu.. other than that the house is very comfortable

This is very good home stay, we stayed 5 person with my family members, very good location, super market is also very near, you can get all items there like EON & Lotus ... Cenang beach 2km..fresh fish market 7km...we stayed like home, It's has fully kitchen facility Gas stove, Gas cylinder, rice cooker, mixer grinder, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine, drinking water filter, frying pan, plates, cups, TV, wifi... Happy to stay here... will come again. Thanks for all your facilities.
