Reviewed Apr 1, 2026This was an exceptional stay in every possible way. From the Sunday night welcome reception and personal greeting from the hotel's owners to the incredibly attentive staff and delicious breakfast and dinner, I don't remember a better hotel stay ever. The proprietors were so friendly and helpful, while the staff anticipated every need. One afternoon, after skiing all day, the women at the front desk noticed that I was walking with a slight limp due to a strained muscle. She asked if there was anything they could do to help. She mentioned that the massage therapist was available to assist. That therapist turned out to be incredibly helpful in relieving the pain - enabling me to ski again the next day! The fact that she noticed my limp as I walked through the lobby probably saved the rest of my trip!
Everything was absolutely perfect.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Vynikající snídaně - obzvláště přítomnost kuchaře a tím pádem i možnost opravdu čerstvého "ham and eggs".

Reviewed Aug 26, 2024The hotel is totally not family-friendly, they didn't want to prepare anything for the baby, and the biggest problem is that the bakery is next to the hotel and its ventilation goes directly into the hotel rooms and it stinks so much that you can't sit on the terrace and not even open the windows, so I literally threw away 7,000 euros for clean air, for which I came to the mountain.
