Hotel Adler Zürich

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Restaurants und Bars direkt in Hotelnähe. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet, klimatisiert und mit Schallschutzfenstern ausgestattet. Wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen.

Completely misrepresented on Booking.com…. There was NO PARKING nearby, as advertised…. No place to drop off luggage…. Staff couldn’t care less… 15 min walk from city garage with luggage… I would never stay here again…

Perfect hotel for first night in Zurich. Love that they have a break room with complimentary soft drinks when you are waiting for your room. Room was quaint and air conditioned. Breakfast was perfect with several choices. Great location in city one block from River. Easy walk to Zurich train station.

Perfecte ligging in het centrum. Mooi statig hotel in oud pand met geschiedenis. Elke dag schone handdoeken. Goed ontbijt en gratis flesjes water en softdrinks in koelkast voor gasten in de lobby. Gewild restaurant waar voor hotelgasten altijd een plekje is.

Matras tweepersoonsbed viel tegen. Bed stond eenzijdig tegen de muur. Geen koffieapparaat en minibar (koelkastje) op kamer. Douchen in ligbad. Wel waterkoker met thee en oploskoffie.

Das Personal war super freundlich und eine Menge Zeug was man in anderen Hotels dazu buchen müsste war inklusive.

We were very pleased with our stay at Hotel Adler. Our premium twin room was spacious, comfortable and well organized. Location was an easy walk from the main train station and close to a tram stop. We stayed during very hot weather and were happy to have air conditioning that worked well by European standards. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the tapas restaurant right across the street.

Very nice and big room for family, straight in center with all restaurants , places around . Very close to tram stop. Atmosphere around is very nice .The rooms are clean , spacious , for family suite there is balcony as well. Nice value if booked early. It is worth the pay based on location , cleanliness, spacious family suite . Reception is very well spoken, nice and helping. Restaurant down is not so good though also service member sound little rude . So better to check other restaurants around there are so many options .

Charming classic boutique Art-themed hotel. Great location. Comfortable clean with everything you could possibly need. Quiet. Elevator. Good Swiss breakfast and famous restaurant on site —right in the heart of the Old town. Great professional staff. Great AC.

It was a very small room and some high steps to get to the lobby with luggage.

Location was wonderful and rooms were great.

We had to leave early and they said we could have coffee and croissant since we were leaving so early but morning person said no. We choose hotel because of location and booking.com said airport transport but it was actually a fee. Not hotel fault as on their website it said surcharge.

The room was lovely AND the room was cool during the heat wave. The best part is there is endless FREE DIET COKE in the refrigerator downstairs!!! The staff was amazing and they can help you with anything.

This Hotel never disappoints. It’s reliable on every level and I feel like I’m coming home when I come to visit. I will only stay there as a Solar traveller and as a couple

It’s a clean comfortable hotel with a nice old town location that ACTUALLY has air conditioning! You can’t control the temperature but it was set at 23 Celsius or 73 Fahrenheit. The bed was comfy, the room was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Thank you Maya for a smooth helpful check in, too. I’d definitely stay here again. Note: you should probably get a transfer or Uber to the hotel instead of trying to roll your luggage over the cobblestone like I did. It made way too much noise!

This hotel is a little gem perfectly located in Old Town. Loved the location! Restaurant downstairs was a treat. Room was compact but well appointed at the price point.

L'accueil est juste fantastique. L'hôtel trop bien situé, la restauration est tout à fait à la hauteur de ce que l'on attend, et enfin super petit déjeuner! Nous reviendrons!

Lovely hotel in great location. We walked from train station and then walked to all city attractions including the beautiful lake. Room was nicely decorated with comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning and good space. Good bathroom with great shower pressure. Shower was in bath. We had a standard double room which had a kettle with tea/coffee supplies but no fridge. However there is a large fridge near reception stocked with complimentary soft drinks and water. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory, a limited selection but still provided a good start to the day.

Hotel Adler is located in the Old Town, or Niederdorf, section of Zurich. It’s a fairly small, but full service hotel that is clean, well maintained and comfortable. For Zurich it’s a good value; I would recommend it.

他のホテルに比べると値段は良心的な方かなと思いました。朝ごはんもついててよかったです。施設は綺麗で、水・炭酸水・コーラゼロが無料なのは助かりました。

天井が薄く、夜寝たかった時間に上の階の人の足音がすごく聞こえて気になりました。あとは冷蔵庫がないところ。買ったジュースなどをしまえる冷蔵庫は必要でした。

Hôtel vraiment charmant, extrêmement bien placé, la chambre était confortable avec une bonne literie, une douche juste assez puissante, de très bonnes fenêtres qui coupaient bien le bruit de la rue (pourtant animée). Il n'y a pas de mini-bar dans la chambre mais l'hôtel laisse des boissons fraiches à disposition des clients à tout moment, ce qui est très appréciable. On peut aussi bien travailler dans la chambre, le bureau y est assez grand. Le check-out est à 12h00, autre point qui m'a plu. Bon petit-déjeuner également. Et l'hôtel a une âme. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

The staff was welcoming, professional and friendly. The location was perfect for me. Having air conditioning in the room was necessary during my visit so that was amazing, too. Much appreciate the cooler of water and Cokes offered to the guests.

Breakfast was passable but had it not been included, I would have eaten somewhere else.

The building was very old and historic but beautifully updated, with a splendid staircase and traditionally decorated breakfast room. Our ‘standard’ bedroom was small but very comfortable and had good air conditioning.

The street felt very much like tourist territory- full of bars and restaurants- but that meant a good choice of places to eat, so not really a problem!

Location is great. I didn't try the restaurant but apparently the restaurant is iconic. Room was clean and they made an effort to get it ready slightly ahead of check in time.

Everything was perfectly fine but value of what you get vs what you pay isn't very high. Seems like you are paying for the historic nature of the hotel and the convenient location. I'm usually ok with paying more for a historic hotel but much has been renovated and it looks pretty modern so I feel like much of the charm baked into the price of room isnt there. I would rather jhave a cheaper hotel or something even more expensive that had larger rooms and more amenities

Although we only spent one night here before our airport departure, we really enjoyed this hotel. The room was cozy and a bit unusually shaped, which gave it some character. Complimentary bottled water was provided in the room, and there was a kettle with instant coffee, which is always a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the extra pillows. We stayed on the fourth floor, and it was nice and quiet. The air conditioning worked great and was a welcome relief after spending a hot day walking around Bahnhofstrasse. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many shops and the river, making it a convenient location. One feature we especially liked was the guest lounge, which had a refrigerator stocked with complimentary still and sparkling water, Coke, and Diet Coke. With the hot weather during our stay, this was a huge bonus. We also received a free gift of chocolate for booking directly with the hotel.

Hotel in der Fußgängerzone der Altstadt, zu Fuß keine Viertelstunde vom Hauptbahnhof. Einzelzimmer nicht zu klein, Bad modern und gut ausgestattet, und es gibt einen Wasserkocher, hurra! Frühstück völlig okay. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Das beste war für mich die Schallisolierung: Obwohl das Zimmer zu einer recht belebten Fußgängerzone mit Bars und Restaurants ging, habe ich nachts kaum einen Ton gehört. Für Zürcher Verhältnisse wirklich preiswert, aber definitiv keine Absteige. Habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

The Hotel Adler is a beautiful, clean, well-run hotel in a great location. We went to two excellent restaurants right in the neighborhood and there are many more to choose from. It was easy to get around town with the tram stop right nearby. Highly recommended.

We were so happy we chose Hotel Adler for 4-nights. The staff was nice, the hotel was clean, daily housekeeping was great. The kettle/coffee maker in the room was a plus. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good size elevator. The view of the square from our balcony was beautiful. There was no noise, even though it is situated in the square. The location is perfect, one block away from Lake Zurich, the main street where everything is; more restaurants, shoppes, buses and beautiful scenery. The supermarket and the train station is a 6 minute walk. The restaurant downstairs was pricey and just ok. However, the breakfast buffet was excellent, a large variety of hot & cold foods, smoked salmon, pastries, cereals, fruits & yogurts. Our stay was just perfect! We will definitely come back to this hotel if we return to Zurich.
