El desayuno delicioso y nos brindaban la opción de "breakfast to go" delicioso y super completo. María José quien nos atendió durante la instancia nos hizo sentirnos muy bien.

Las habitaciones tienen muy pero muy mala aislación acústica., el piso cruje al caminar, se escuchan las conversaciones de las habitaciones cercanas, el piso en general cruje entero y es muy molesto. Hasta se escucha cuando se duchan en las habitaciones de arriba y de al lado.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026La verdad poco me gustó el Alojamiento en cuanto a Instalaciones. Podría decir la Ubicación céntrica, aunque todo queda cerca porque es una ciudad muy pequeña.
No lo recomiendo. La habitación matrimonial que me dieron fue de muy bajo estándar, feo el baño, la ducha y la habitación en general, no tiene vista y ruidoso a más no poder con las pisadas en los pasillos y segundo piso. Las fotos en Booking no son reales de la habitación que me dieron.

Our room was full of cracks in the wall, and someone repeatedly tried to enter our bedroom, even when the door was locked. There was a massive leak in the ceiling dripping down into the common area. Breakfast was underwhelming.

The rooms were a little dated - but the value was very good..

No tiene parquink pero se puede estacionar facilmente en la calle. El desayuno esta correcto pero tiene poca variedas , sibre todo de cosas frescas como frutas.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Wonderful, super pleasant staff- an all women crew it seemed. Hot and filtered water available all day in the Breakfast room. Good bread at breakfast with cheese, meat, fruit, cereal and yoghurt, fruit juice and cake. Very good housekeeping. Comfy bed. Great location.
As with many hostals in Chile, the structure itself was very old and tired. The bathroom was small; the open door wedged midway on the washbasin. This was not a super cheap place to stay so expected a bit more but I realise I paid for location.

Our room was so small, our window opened to an enclosed atrium so it was SO HOT and stuffy. We had to open the hallway door to get ventilation. Terrible light curtains for a place that doesn’t get dark until 10pm. Also the other rooms definitely could see into our room as we could see across the atrium. We could not wait to leave.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026We LOVED Hotel Milodon. It's a cozy, family-run hotel that feels more like an airbnb or bed and breakfast. You're getting a great deal for the price that you're paying. The rooms are small but clean, and the bathroom was fine as well. Breakfast was simple (yogurt, cereal, bread, cheese, cold cuts, tea/coffee) but it worked great. The staff was incredibly kind and fun to talk to (although, we don't speak Spanish so had to use Google Translate a bit, but some of the staff members speak English!).

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026The location was great, very central and close to all the shops and restaurants. The staff, especially Hugo, were helpful, though some of them were new and pretty confused. Breakfast snacks were wiating for us early in the morning when we had early-morning tours.
The hotel could really use some renovations. Soundproofing was non-existent and we could hear people talking in the room next door. The floors creak really loudly so you can hear everyone walking past your room. Breakfast was repetitive every morning. Some eggs would be a nice change at least once a week. Towels and linens weren't changed for the 5 nights we were there. It took about 5mins for the hot water in the shower to come.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026I feel very lucky to have found Hotel Milodón to stay at while in Puerto Natales. Located at the center of everything, shops, restaurants, and only a short walk to scenic waterfront. I traveled solo, I felt completely relax and safe during my stayed at this hotel. Friendly owner and staff are most helpful in everyway. Breakfast is great!! Beautiful buffet style, you'll get everything you need to start your day. Since I had early tours and couldn’t have breakfast at the hotel, takeaway snack packs were prepared for me on those days. My room was very comfortable, clean, spacious, bright, with adjustable heating kept me warm in couple cold nights in Patagonia. My bathroom was also spacious and heated as well. Everyday, my room was cleaned and bed was made. For the price I really can’t ask for anything more. It has to be the most reasonably priced accommodation in P. Natales! I’d recommend Hotel Milodón to any traveler.

Estaba muy muy sucio, incluso con manchas “íntimas” en la cama. Lo cierto es que después de comentárselo lo corrigieron pero al día siguiente…. Además es verdaderamente ruidoso y anticuado. El desayuno también malo en general. Decepcionante.

Los recepcionistas se mostraron atentos con cada pasajero; sin embargo, notamos que hubo cierta falta de comunicación entre ellos, ya que en cada cambio de turno nos consultaban nuevamente, por ejemplo, la hora en que tomaríamos el desayuno o los panoramas familiares programados. Aun así, en términos generales, nuestra experiencia fue muy satisfactoria.
Hubo algunos aspectos que no resultaron del todo satisfactorios. En primer lugar, la calefacción no funcionaba correctamente al encenderse y apagarse. Informamos esta situación en recepción y, aunque se logró mejorar en un momento, posteriormente la habitación volvió a enfriarse. Además, las cortinas eran bastante claras, por lo que la luz ingresaba muy temprano por la ventana. Por último, las paredes de la habitación resultaron ser delgadas, y desde alrededor de las 06:00 de la mañana se escuchaban con claridad las pisadas de otros huéspedes, lo que dificultaba el descanso. Entendemos que se trata de un hotel con historia, pero en este caso el ruido afectó la calidad del sueño.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025Well, it was a roof over my head and the staff were pleasant and cheerful. The bed was ok. But that was about as far as I can go. The saving grace is its next to El Bote which is a great restaurant in Puerto Natales and not too far away from Holaste coffee shop which is the best coffee I could find in Chile.
It's not the hotel's fault but directly opposite is a noisy night club which offers free of charge moronic music played by a moronic DJ until 3:30 am in the morning by which stage I was thinking homocidal thoughts about the DJ and I wanted to rip the bass speakers to splinters. The shower and toilet in room 10 work but you wouldn't want to be of a claustrophobic disposition. The breakfast is exceptional but not in a good way.

Надо быть готовым к сложностью понимания в связи с тем, что многие менеджеры не владеют английским и основной контакт через электронный переводчик
