Clean, good A/C, friendly vibe. The room and bathroom were very compact but functional.

No elevator. Hauling suitcases up the narrow stairs is a consideration.

El hotel es muy lindo y está muy bien puesto. El ambiente es acogedor y el personal muy amable. Lugares comunes muy cómodos y calefaccionados.

The rooms were quite small. They had problems with the sewer system at that moment so you could feel the smell in the room.

El hotel es muy acogedor y bien puesto. Tiene un comedor cómodo que se puede estar durante el día, donde te ofrecen café y galletas. Las piezas son lindas y las camas muy cómodas. El personal muy simpático y bien dispuestos, especialmente Mauricio, Francesca y las mucamas. ¡Te sientes como en tú casa!

Sugiero agregar para guardar la ropa en la piezas.

La ubicacion es muy buena y la vista. El personal es atento y amable.

Tiene muy mala aislacion de ruido, se escucha el baño de las habitaciones aledañas y lo que hacen los huéspedes. Las pieza es enana, tiene un espacio para la maleta bajo la cama pero nuestra mochila no cabía.

El desayuno muy rico y variado, además de que se sirve desde muy temprano (desde las 06:00), cosa que se agradece para quienes salimos al parque a primera hora. La cama muy rica y la habitación pequeña pero sumamente acogedora. El staff (Mauricio especialmente) súper amable y servicial, nos sentimos muy cómodos en todo momento. La ubicación es inmejorable, además, y no es difícil encontrar estacionamiento en las cercanías o incluso en la misma calle del hostal.

Solo por encontrar algo, es verdad que las habitaciones son algo pequeñas pero la verdad para quienes estamos de paso visitando el parque o los alrededores no es demasiado relevante. Había perchas y espacio bajo la cama para dejar cosas.

Os melhores funcionários. Muito prestativos e cordiais. Não costumo fazer reviews, mas eles mereceram. Recomendo o hotel como uma excelente opção em Porto Natales.

O quarto poderia ser um pouco maior, mas era muito bonito, confortável e com uma bela vista.

Cute, modern, artsy aesthetic. Wonderful breakfast room..comfortable beds and nice room with extras like individual bedside lamps and shelves. So cute! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location next to waterfront and coffee shops and restaurants. A small town so easy walk downhill from bus station.

Im Bad hat es sehr stark und unangenehm nach Abfluss gerochen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein (mit zwei Gepäckstücken hat man kaum noch Platz dich zu bewegen).

Instalaciones nuevas y que te guarden las valijas. Íbamos a hacer el circuito O y nos guardaron el equipaje sin cargo hasta nuestro regreso.

The location is fantastic and the staff is wonderful. I liked the design of the place, both the common spaces and the rooms (small in size but cozy). A free coffee machine was a nice touch.

The sound insulation is very poor. We wanted to go to bed around 22:30 because we had an early wake up, but had problems to sleep because we would constantly hear people taking showers, talking in the hallway etc.

Que en dos noches trabajaron (2-3 am) cosa muy rara aparte del ruido, habia un olor fuertisimo a pintura etc. claro debe ser algo puntual pero eso no dejo dormir bien.

Loved the location and modern aesthetics of the building, both from the exterior and interior of the property. The rooms were small but thoughtfully designed with the limited space they each offered. We had the largest room available with 4 bunk beds, and at the end-of-the-day, it worked. The upper bunks could probably use a guard rail so that no one rolls off the side of the upper beds and night and cracks their heads on the concrete floors far down below...lol, but other than that, we'd stay here again if in town. The remainder of our stay we migrated to the Singular, which was a little further out from the center of town, and the bathroom situation there was much more pleasant.

Shared bathrooms was a new concept for me and my family. It works for whatever it's worth, but some guests are animals in the way that they use the facilities (toilets, showers, sinks, etc...). The property did a great job of keeping-up with the cleanliness of the bathrooms, but it's just disappointing that people are so filthy instead of being clean when realizing that they're sharing these bathrooms with other guests/families. Also, the food and drinks at the restaurant on-site is, in short, not good. There are so many great places to eat in and around town, and I think in time, they can transform this restaurant into something special, but as it stands, everything is mediocre at best, and not appetizing or tasty, though the environment for dining is nice, again, because the aesthetics of the property are beautiful.

The rooms were incredibly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptional sweet and very helpful with recommendations regarding places to eat, pharmacies, and taxies. They even printed out a map for us so we could find our way to a cafe we wanted to visit. Breakfast - Limited but they let us make sandwiches to take on our tours with us. Our tours were in the park where no restaurant, food, or drinks were available for purchase, so this was a big help and made up for the limited options.

Rooms are SMALL! They look bigger in the pictures, but are in fact quite tiny. This is the first time we have stayed in a hostal, so this may be the norm. However, size aside, the room had everything we needed to be comfortable. Hot showers, clean rooms, comfy beds, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc. The bath soap is small, but they will give you more if you ask! Breakfast - Not a lot of variety. No warm food items.

Purtroppo i servizi segnalati online, non erano effettivamente presenti: ristorante (era chiuso per assenza chef), lunch box non disponibile, punto turistico per prenotare le escursioni faceva orari molto ridotti ed è stato impossibile intercettarlo, reception h24 non reale. I bagni comuni erano molto piccoli e poco comodi, così come le stanze. Trattandosi di un ostello, l'assenza della cucina (oltre che del ristorante) è stato un grave punto di svantaggio. Se l'avessero chiamato B&b, la recensione sarebbe stata diversa. Ma è una struttura che non rispecchia la descrizione online, quindi ha deluso le nostre aspettative. Rapporto qualità-prezzo basso

We booked a room and private bathroom for just 2. It was very clean and cozy. After arriving late, it was perfectly located to a few restaurants and bars. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would have loved to stay there for longer.

Verrukkelijk ontbijt van Roberto. Vriendelijk ontvangst door Mauriciz. Kamer met goed bed en goede dekens. Badkamer was alles aanwezig ( het was bij ons niet druk in het hotel)

The bed was the comfiest bed we have stayed in. The hotel is in a really great location, very close to the town centre with cafes and restaurants nearby. You have access to free coffee, tea and snacks through out the day.

El personal es super atento y amigable. Te dan tips de qué hacer en Natales e incluso para la ruta de trekking en el Parque Nacional de las Torres. De verdad te hacen sentir como si llegaras a casa de un buen conocido. La habitación es pequeña y acogedora. No llevabamos mucho equipaje por lo que no hubo problema con el tamaño de la habitación. La ubicación es excelente. El desayuno con buenas opciones. Muy recomendable esta opción de alojamiento.

Great location. Modern building.

I stayed at the beginning of the season, and it seemed they were still finding their bearings. Staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable about what to do in and around town. Even though I stayed 3 nights, they didn’t accommodate for gluten free options at breakfast.
