Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile ed accogliente, disponibile e flessibile negli orari. Il posto è modesto ma carino e vicino al centro di Puerto Natales. Nelle stanze c'è l'occorrente e sono anche pulite.
L'unica cosa sarebbe di dotarsi di un kit di pronto soccorso in caso di necessità e verificare che i medicinali non siano scaduti.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Location was right next to downtown for EC Access to restaurants. Some parking on the streets. Staff is all the owner family so that's always fun. Breakfast can start at 6:00 so that makes it possible to have an early start of the day for the drive or transport up to Torres del Paine. Quiet side street.
Standard breakfast but I would have loved to have had fresh cooked eggs instead of a hard boiled egg.

Tubs are too deep to comfortably enter and exit. When reception is away from the desk, there is no notice about when they will be back. This is uncomfortable when there is a problem that needs to be resolved. I did have an issue to be resolved and had difficulty finding staff. I am pleased to say, however, that the owner refunded the cost of the room that night and I’m very pleased with that.

It was a 20 minute walk to the main bus station for buses to Torres del Paine. There were no English speaking staff, or local information, although they were willing to help when Google translate was used.

Overpriced for the quality. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was extremely cramped. Didn’t ask for our passports and consequently charged us for the additional tax. One staff member was reluctant to refund it when we raised the issue and we had to get a more senior person involved. Breakfast was mediocre.

The rooms had no fans and got very hot. There’s no way to get good air circulation. Additionally, this appears to be a family house and there was noise and commotion until well after midnight that radiated throughout the property. I don’t know if I’ve ever experienced such disregard for guests at a property. This needs to be factored into your decision to book this property as it’s rated way too high currently.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2024Very friendly owner, took care of bags that were not taken on the trek, one day laundry service for less than 4 USD/kg. You get a key to the front door as well, which means you can come and go at any time. I stayed here 3x 2 days and used this hostal as my base. The 3 beds were great to sort out my gear and decide what was goin/staying on the next adventure. Good advice on where to eat and buy missing gear equipment.

Lower floor rooms you can hear people walking upstairs- not a big deal though.

I heard no street noise, no music, no other guests making a racket...and not a single barking dog! There was plenty of hot water for a nice relaxing soak in the 3/4 tub; the proprietors were friendly; and the decor was cheerful and relaxing. It proved an ideal oasis after finishing the Torres del Paine circuit; plus the price is a steal for the amenities and location!

Reviewed Feb 19, 2023Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stored out luggage while doing the W trek for a small charge. Nice to have a simple breakfast included. Toiletries were also included which was nice. The staff let us use some plates and cutlery when we made sandwiches for our hike.
The only thing that would be nice is if there was a kitchen, although we were able to use the kettle, panini press and microwave in the dining area, and there were fridges in the hallway that could be used to store food.
