Staff/ value for money/ Noisy

We had a double room suite for 8 days, very spacious, 1 king and 2 twins, had a dining table and reception area, 2 bathrooms and 2 big balconies. The hotels had a lot of amenities that made our stay convenient and comfortable, the hotel is well know for weddings and parties. The staff were excellent.

They don’t clean well They give access keys to other people without verifying their names. Someone came and opened my room when I was inside

I like the cleanness and kind hospitality of the hotel crew and I highly recommend for a visitor of Cairo to stay in this very beautiful hotel.

No elevator, breakfast quality and variety were both below expectations. Noisy AC made the place feel unsafe

Fantastic location, facilities, cleanliness. Also rooms are super quiet from traffic noise.

The hotel needs a general renovation, they also don't have good manners, some at the reception and the infrastructure, we had no electricity for two or three hours in one day. I was also annoyed by the loud music all day long, even at noon until late at night. And when I complained because I was sick from the dentist, nothing was done!!

الطاقم كله على بعضه عسل .. الافطار بسيط .. بس حبيت عندهم الفول والاومليت الفندق مزود بمسابح - يوجد تدريب للي حاب برسوم كذلك يوجد منطقة العاب للاطفال برسوم يوميه يوجد في الغرفه غلايه ، ثلاجة صغيرة ، شاي نسكافيه ، كانت الغرفة مُطلة على ساحة الفندق الخارجيه (الساحه جلسات والعاب وكافي ) حاجة تحفه والويكند كان فيه حياااااة واعراس ومباريات كان جميل جدا انبسطت والله 😍 موقع الفندق جميل جدا قريب منك كل شي نسبة الأمان مو عالية (العالية 🩵جدا) بعد الله .. كل الحب والشكر وربنا يوفقهم ويسعدهم جميعا 🤍 من عمار لعمار يارب

لايوجد غرفة غسيل بالنزلاء مجانية لايوجد كيتنشت (مطبخ مصغر) يعني اوقات احتاج للملاعق سكين شوكه او اطبخ لطفلي شي بسيط مافي أبد تمنيت لو مزود بهذا الركن كان حيكون عالمي اخيرا تمنيت لو اعطونا ساعه ساعتين اضافيه عند الخروج يعني لو طولوا بالهم علينا شويه 😭 كانت الرحله في الليل واضطرينا للخروج الساعه ١٢ سياسة الفندق نعم ، بس لو طولتوا بالكم حبتين 🙈🏃🏻‍♀️

Clean place, friendly housekeeper and nice cafe/restaurant

No business center, uncomfortable mattresses, Outdated room, staff are courteous but you loose their attention if another staff member come and talk to them (need better training), loud wedding music.

Hotel pratique proche de l'aéroport, avec un bon confort. Déco et standing de bon niveau.

Hotel placé au centre d'un complexe de jeux et de détente, d'ou un bruit important jusqu'à 23h pour les chambres qui donnent sur la place devant l'hôtel. Personnel compétent, mais peut-être pas toujours très souriant, un peu rigide. Lits deux personnes un peu petits. Attention: les horaires de la piscine- qui semble appartenir au complexe et pas à l'hôtel lui même- sont restreints entre 11h et 15h.

ازعاج منذ الصباح حتى الساعة 12:00 بعد منتصف الليل أصوات موسيقى عالية جداً وصخب الإفطار ضعيف جداً بدون خيارات كثيرة الخروج المبكر الساعة 11:00 صباحاً عندما طلبنا خروج بعد ساعتين دفعنا 10 دولار القيمة عالية جداً مقارنة بفنادق اخرى تقدم خيارات افطار متنوعة ووسائل ترفيهه اكثر الموكيت داخل الغرف قديم يحتاج تغيير او على اقل تقدير نظافة جيدة

Really-Really Loud noises all day and night Will not come back again

Location is good, near city star. Gym is good, but sometimes too crowded because it opens for non hotel guests. The front desk is friendly(however not as helpful as i expected). serivce is quick.

The neighboring club. Loud music on two consecutive nights! It didn't stop until midnight. If you are a business traveller who always have to wake up early, AVOID, AVOID! Upon checkin, i specifically asked for a quiet room, i ended up in the most affected room because it is nearest to the club! Uncomfortable pillow. The cotton inside is clotted. I had to wake up at night because of the uncomfortness and switch to my travel pillow intermittently! Bed sheet has stains.

The service, food, localization and ambience around were fantastic. Clean swimming pool, towels and deckchairs

In general hotel was clean, but the shower in the bathroom was clean only on the level of eyes, dusty furniture and inside the wardrobes, seats and chair outside - very dirty, making impossible to use. Everything else fantastic, every single person (even the cleaning ladies) were taking great care of us. If I will be back in Cairo, I will definitely be back in this hotel, even this little dusty problem

the room and the toilet were clean .

breakfast was poor , tables were dirty, there was no cutlery on the table and I had to help myself to some, I had to wait fir the chef to attend to egg station to make me an omlette which was so oily and bland. To reach the restaurant , you have to walk for a good bit in the weather and go down some stairs. The breakfast starts late at 8 . Check out is too early , at 11 a.m, they wanted to charge me if I would check out at 1 pm , they we agreed to check out at 12 with no extra charge. staff had to prompted many times to accommodate any request with no positive outcome. there was no toilet paper in my room , ai requested them 3 times to get some and I did not get any. Staff is not qualified and do not even know how to adress guest in a proper way. I won't stay here again.

Staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful They are very polite and facilitate everything Location is accessible for banks, malls, airport and everything is almost around walking distance Room was clean

Breakfast was not nice at all

مكان الاقامة طيب وموضفين محترمين لكن للامانة السعر لا يساوي القيمة كانت يعرة 65 دولار وكانت شبه مقبولة الان وصلت 100 دولار وهذا كثير وبالامكان يلاقي مكان افضل بكثير

عامل المغسلة تعامله غير مقبول اتصلت بيه الساعة 10 صباحاً قلت له اريد مكوى انا عندي رحله الساعة 3:40 ولازم اطلع من الفندق الساعة 12 الثوب مغسل فقط مكوى يمكن ما يستغرق دقيقة قال لازم 3 ساعات حاولت به ورفض الا بعد 3 ساعات قلت وضع استثنائي ورفض لبست ثوبي معطف كان جو الحقيقة

The location was handy for what we needed. It was open late which allowed our check-in.

They didn't find the towel in the room & until they found the towel they stopped me at the counter. Finally their staff found the towel in the room & then they allow me to go.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel isn’t modern, but it’s very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, which we appreciated. One serious issue is a low step near the main entrance—it’s difficult to see because it blends in with the tiles. I witnessed several people trip on it. The hotel really needs to put a sign or marking there to prevent accidents. Unfortunately, the front desk staff weren’t very friendly—no smiles, greetings, or warmth during our stay. It made the welcome feel a bit cold. Breakfast was quite basic with not much variety, though it was decent enough. Also, the location is very quiet with no shops or attractions nearby, so you’ll need to arrange transport if you want to explore Cairo or do any shopping.

the swimming pool was great and close to the airport

the swimming pool was only opened until 5pm, which means if you are doing a tour in cairo and come back around 6pm, you cannot enjoy the pool anymore and they open at 8am.
