Reviewed Sep 12, 2026الإقامة سيئة الفندق غير نظيف بالمرة الغرف مش نظيفة و اكتشفت ان في لم تنظف بعد النزيل اللي قبلي بالصدفة النزيل السابق نسي ساعة و هم منصفون و المخدة مش نضيفة و الأكل في الفطار سيئ و مفيش خيارات كتير و الإستاف مش بروفيشنال لا انصح نهائي بالفندق الفندق بهذه النظافة قد يتسبب في نقل الأمراض

Overall, the hotel is good, but cleanliness fell short of expectations—the pillowcases were not clean. Accessing the elevator was difficult, requiring a long wait, and the breakfast was disappointing; however, the price is very reasonable given the services provided.

المسبح التابع للفندق مشترك بين فندقين لكن مش بيتنظف بشكل جيد و فرش الأسرة مستهلك ويحتاج تغيير مش غسيل ابواب الغرف تحتاج صيانة .

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Nothing, the A/C is bad and shut down at midnight. The electricity keeps getting cut off, which is annoying. I was literally unhappy.
The receptions especially Mayam and Menna they are untrained and not cooperative at all They didn't know what they were doing and kept delaying things by randomly answering and they were not focused Wifi was bad as well

Персонал желает лучшего. Были проездом по работе. Охранник не пустил наш транспорт на территорию. Пришлось выгружаться прямо на дороге. Попросили тележку для чемоданов, но так ее и не дождались, пришлось тащить на себе. Девушки на ресепшене вообще не торопятся. Заселяли нас минут 40. Постельное в номере грязное.

بوفية الإفطار لم يكن متنوع ومسؤول الكافي في الفترة المسائيه يفتقد احترام المقيم بالفندق ولا يوجد اولويه للمقيمين بالفندق حيث طلبت مشاهدة المباره وذكر لي بأنه لابد من حجز ولم يتم إيضاح ذلك وابلغته بانه لأمنع لدي من دفع رسوم المكوث بالكافي رغم كان الكافي لزوار وليسى للمقيمين بالفندق نرجو إيضاح ذلك للمقيمين بالفندق ونرجو اختيار المسؤلين عن ذلك بعنايه كي لا يفقد الفندق مستواه

Everything right from check-in staff especially on the arrival date, the two ladies at the reception have zero customer service skills. It took way over 2hours to get checked in, and that was after the intervention of some two senior managers who saw our stay and frustration through the CCTV and decided to come down to the reception. I was charged double the amount that was showing on booking.com. it took a long time to get that resolved, and even then am still awaiting a refund. The room is not cleaned unless you demand, and even done is so poor that the room was so dirty and walls stained and moldy. This is not a good hotel to recommend.

Jeden Tag mussten wir mehrmals die Zimmerkarten neu aktivieren, Checkin und Checkout dauert viel zu lange. Hotel ist ok aber nicht sauber... eher schmudelig... Frühstück ist langweilig und nicht schön prasentiert. Restaurant ist ungemütlich..

1- في اليوم الاول لم يأتي احد لحمل الحقائب الخاصة بي وفور وصولي تواصلت مع الاستقبال لصيانه الخزانه الخاصة بدولاب الغرفة لاستخدامها لحفظ ممتلكاتي لم يأتي احد 2- في اليوم التالي الفطار غير مطابق للصور المعروضة علي بوكينج تماما و صغير و يحتوي علي فطار تقليدي جدا 3- في اليوم التالي من اقامتي يوم السبت توجهت لحمام السباحة برفقة أسرتي و طلبت من موظفي حمام السباحة مناشف لاكتر من مرة يكون الرد مفيش اصل في المغسلة ربع ساعه و اجيبلك و فات حوالي اكتر من ساعتين و مماطلات من الموظفين المسئولين عن مناشف حمام السباحة مما ادي الي حدووووث إغماء لطفلي الرضيع بسبب البرد الشديد حيث كان طفلي مبتل ف كنا بحاجة للفوط الخاصة بحمّام السباحه لتدفئة الطفل. كنت عايز اغادر المكان فور حدوث هذا الموقف و لكن اعلم أنني لم استرد المبلغ للإقامة به في مكان آخر

Reviewed May 9, 2026The staff was amazingly friendly and respectful, especially Yousef Diab on the reception. He speaks fluent English and helped me a lot with directions and general assistance. The hotel serves amazing food and the location is perfect - easy to get to from airport and fast to reach central Cairo from. At the same time the poolside room offered a quiet environment to sleep and rest in. The neighborhood offers a lot and there is a huge mall 10 minutes away by foot.
The shower's hot water has a mind of it's own and the wifi did not work. I recommend you get an esim before coming so you can coordinate your trip and move around because everything in Cairo is done by car.

The room (floor) was not clean at all, it was dusty and it had a lot of hair on the carpet and around. Also it was not mopped and we could see the stains from the shoes on the floor. Our room was on the side of the street so it was nonstop noisy.
