It says early check in is 9am which was why we booked it but when we got there, they told us no rooms were available till 2pm, and they don’t have a big reception so we had nowhere to stay till then

Thank you again to the staff at the Beijing East Sacred Hotel for making my first visit to Beijing so enjoyable, especially LEE MARY. I received numerous recommendations about what to do, where to go, what to eat, where to shop ... which was very helpful. The close proximity of the metro station with two lines enabled me to get around without any difficulties and always so safely. As l had a late flight, it was so helpful to have a slightly later check-out time. This all made my stay in Beijing an unforgettable holiday!

Terrific staff, provided friendly yet professional assistance to juggle bookings and helped with downloading and use of necessary apps, booking of airport transport (and yes, they also speak English and some other languages). Room was very good, very clean and comfortable, had great kettle, in-room instant coffee and tea. Traffic noise was imperceptible, as was corridor noise. Good lighting options, huge TV, strong shower. Attached restaurant was convenient, and hotel is right next to Wangfujin shopping area, short distance from Wangfujin subway station, 15-20 minute walk to Forbidden City. Open mini-plaza in front of hotel has tables and chairs (and very quiet cats) for guests to hang-out. Reception has good quality Italian coffee, tea, water dispenser, all gratis! Also, there's a rack for receiving on-line purchases sent to the hotel's address

Wi-fi sits behind China's firewall so forget about getting through to Facebook, Google, YouTube etc without a VPN. That's not a hotel issue

The location of the hotel is perfect, most of the sights near or easy walking distance to the nearest metro station. the staff was helpful. The breakfast is really good with wide variety of foods.

This was our second stay at East Sacred Hotel, which we chose again because of our very positive experience last year. The location is excellent, the hotel is clean, and the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. Overall, we were happy to return and still consider it a very good choice for a stay in Beijing.

This year, however, there was one thing that could be improved: breakfast. The European selection would benefit from a few simple additions, such as fresh tomatoes or other vegetables. It may seem like a small detail, but it would make a noticeable difference.

Morgenmad: Havde desværre for travlt om morgenen til at give mig god tid. Men udvalget så fint ud og jeg følte at tingene virkede rene osv. Det var lidt back-packer-agtigt, men det er en smagssag. Jeg kunne godt lide det. Lobbyén: Var lidt rodet med papkasser osv. men personalet var rare og blev ikke vrantne trods mine mange spørgsmål. Guidede ture: De formidlede guidede ture. Det kan virke stressende at forstå hvornår man skal møde op hvor og det gjorde det også! Men alt klappede alligevel. Taxa til lufthavn: De sørgede for en taxa til PEK for 300 RMB. Det var nok dyrere end hvis man selv skulle gøre det. Men de fulgte med til pick-up og det fungerede.

Da jeg ankom med taxa smed chaufføren mig af ved et skilt med hotellets navn sent om aftenen. Og foran var en smal smøge. Det virkede lidt intimiderende. Men nede for enden lå hotellet og det var denne placering som gav en rolig oplevelse helt centralt i byen.

Очень маленькие номера, вдвоем в номере трудно разойтись, в номере нет ничего кроме чайника и воды. Холодильник пустой. Наборов для умывания нет, полотенец всего 3 на двоих, система управления климатом и светом непонятная, только на китайском. Во дворе отеля стоит качель, посидев на которой мой муж порвал себе брюки, так как подушек на ней нет, а железное основание сломано и смотано скотчем. Персонал даже не извинился. Единственное, что понравилось это кофемашина на ресепшене, но и она постоянно грязная и приходится просить персонал ее помыть

Хорошее расположение - пешком 5 минут до площади Тяньаньмэнь и Запретного города. Рядом большие торговые центры и достопримечательности. Сам отель закрыт от шумной улицы - очень тихий. Персонал помогал во всем: от заказа экскурсий (включая доступ на площадь), до выбора блюд в местном кафе при гостинице. У входа в отель живет большая семья кошек. Гости в восторге)

The rooms are small , no fridge ,not very sound proof , no good view . The shower is not separated, the water stayed on the floor .

The front desk ladies were lovely, and very helpful with everything we asked them, even tips and recommendations. The room was super tidy, comfortable and modern. The location was great, near the metro and in the city Center. Would definitely be back!!

Ottimo hotel vicinissimo a Wangfujing Street (pochi passi) e ben servito dalla metro (Linea 1, 8, 5). Camera pulitissima, spaziosa con letti comodi. Una particolare nota di merito alla signora che gestisce le colazioni, pronta ad aiutare e dare consigli, inoltre parla benissimo inglese.

La vista dalla camera (secondo piano) non propriamente bella. Gli ottimi servizi compensano ampiamente l'unica pecca.

Sobre todo la que parece la encargada que está por las mañanas. Desayuno variado y abundante. Café y agua disponibles en recepción. Habitaciones cómodas con nevera.

Para entrar, accedes por un callejón estrecho y algo oscuro... pero es totalmente seguro. Con una comisaría al lado.

Очень хороший отель. Отзывчивый персонал. Расположение отеля очень удобное. На территории отеля есть свое место со столиками, вечером можно покурить и выпить. Тут же стоит аппарат с пивом, напитками, снеками, лапшой. Все нужное рядом: супермаркет, метро, ТЦ, кафе и рестораны. До запретного города минут 20 пешком, можно на метро.

Position was great for reaching more important attractions

The room was not particularly big. It is enough just for two people.

The location is good. It is right there in the middle of a lot, with very good Metro access and plenty within walking distance - though the neighborhood tends to shut down early as it is mostly a shopping-tourist area.

My wife and I spent 8 nights at this hotel. One the first morning I told the front room staff that the shower leaked into the entire bathroom. They responded by providing an additional towel to sop up the floor. I complained no further, they took no further action, and the bathroom would get very wet on a daily basis. I should have known that there would be a bit of the "tour-guide" hustle when within five minutes of making the booking I was contacted through WhatsApp and email, twice each, to be asked if I we were interested in any tours. This continued through our arrival at the hotel and our first breakfast. Thankfully is desisted after that. The breakfast was fine, but not as robust as many similar places. Folks on the 8th floor could take the elevator to the 7th floor and walk to the 8th - so much for lucky number 8. They claim to have washing facilities, this is a stretch. There is one washer and one dryer - that was broken for the duration of our stay. This washer is in constant, constant use as it is a pretty decent sized hotel to have a single washer.

Địa điểm rất tuyệt vời. Chỉ cách phố đi bộ Vương Phủ Tỉnh và ga metro khoảng 200m. Nhân viên nói tiếng Anh rất tốt và nhiệt tình. Có nhà hàng ngay dướu khách sạn rất tiện lợi. Hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm.

Phòng hơi nhỏ 1 chút so với gia đình 4 người (nhưng không quá quan trọng vì tôi đã biết diện tích khi đặt phòng). Ngoài ra, khi nhờ khách sạn đặt xe ô tô ra ga Bắc Kinh thì lấy giá khá cao so với mức giá bình thường.

Hotel je moc příjemný. Obsluha na recepci hovoří částečně anglicky, takže nám dokázali s některými věcmi poradit. Doporučit místo na jídlo, zjistit podrobnosti k návštěvě Velké zdi apod. Všichni byli moc ochotní. Snídaně byli bohaté a výborné. Umístění v centru je skvělé.

Pokoj jsme měli rezervovaný pro 3 dospělé, čemuž odpovdal i počet postelí. Pokoj byl ale docela malý a zavazadla jsme měli rozložená úplně všude.

Owen the manager (Hole) was so friendly and accommodating. He made our stay in Beijing extra special and we are extremely grateful to him. The staff were very friendly and we loved the food..oh, and all the cats!! A wonderful hotel we will recommend to others!!

La ubicación es excelente. El hotel queda sobre un callejón que está a 60 metros de la vía principal y eso puede causar dificultad cuando recién se llega, pero después de ello se descubre que es muy cerca a todo. Fácil en DiDi la ciudad prohibida calles comerciales etc. El personal es excelente. El tiempo del Checkout fue hasta las dos.

El desayuno no está mal pero no es muy variado para varios días.

Hotel moderno y "occidental". Cercano a una de las principales calles comerciales, con acceso Metro. Habitación grande, con todas las comodidades que puedes esperar. Ducha separada del aseo (algo que no siempre encuentras en hoteles en China). Desayuno variado. El AC va perfecto. Esta en un callejón muy tranquilo, se descansa sin problema (aunque los coches no pueden acceder, tendras que llevar las maletas hasta el hotel). En la recepción se defienden en inglés. Hay servicio gratis de lavadora...

...pero no hay secadora; o cuelgas la ropa en tu habitación o en patio al aire libre (y aquí llueve bastante en agosto). Estábamos en la planta 8 y el ascensor solo llega hasta la 7. Al estar en una zona antigua, el sistema de desagües exige no tirar ningún papel al inodoro; estaría bien que la papelera que ponen tuviera tapa.

L’hôtel était très bien situé dans une ruelle très proche de la Cité interdite et du métro avec des centres commerciaux partout autour et des restaurants. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était très sympa et nous a été agréable quand nous revenions fatigués de nos journées. Lo hôtel organise des excursions et tout est bien réglé. L’accueil très sympa et une mention spéciale pour Fang Fang qui a été notre principale alliée dans toutes nos demandes et une hôte exceptionnelle.

Największym atutem hotelu jest świetna lokalizacja. Pokój był mały, ale wygodny i komfortowy, a także utrzymany w czystości. Mimo tych pozytywnych aspektów, pobyt nie spełnił w pełni moich oczekiwań i nie zdecydowałabym się na ponowny wybór tego hotelu.

Największym rozczarowaniem były śniadania. Hotel nie informuje wyraźnie, że nie posiada własnej restauracji i kieruje gości do sąsiedniego lokalu na podstawie wydawanych karteczek. Jakość serwowanych produktów była bardzo słaba. Aby mieć jakikolwiek wybór, należało pojawić się zaraz po otwarciu o 6:30. Owoce, takie jak jabłka, pomarańcze czy arbuz, znikały błyskawicznie i nie były później uzupełniane. Sałatka składała się dosłownie z kilku liści sałaty lodowej, kilku przekrojonych pomidorków koktajlowych i paru plasterków ogórka. Po godzinie 9:00 herbata była tak rozwodniona, że zaczęliśmy przynosić własną. Na szczęście dostępne były gotowane jajka, które stanowiły podstawę naszego śniadania. Szczególnie niezręczna była sytuacja, gdy personel, widząc pusty talerz i brak jedzenia, zaproponował „extra food”, po czym zaprowadził nas do pustej miski po arbuzie. Takie zachowanie sprawiało wrażenie lekceważenia gości. Dodatkowym minusem były problemy z płatnością - karty były odrzucane podczas rozliczenia przez eBooking. Jedynymi zaletami hotelu są bardzo dobra lokalizacja oraz czysty, wygodny pokój. Niestety poziom śniadań był na tyle słaby, że nie zdecydowałabym się na ponowny pobyt. Dobre śniadanie jest ważnym elementem pobytu i daje energię do całodziennego zwiedzania. Moim zdaniem hotel powinien zastanowić się nad zmianą podejścia do śniadań. Zamiast oferować większą liczbę produktów niskiej jakości, lepiej byłoby przygotować mniej potraw, ale świeżych, smacznych i regularnie uzupełnianych. Taka zmiana z pewnością zostałaby doceniona przez gości. Osobom, dla których śniadanie jest ważnym elementem hotelowej oferty, zdecydowanie polecam wybrać inny obiekt.

Umístění hotelu, blízko do centra, poblíž výborné lokální restaurace. Dokonalé knedlíčky a Pekingská kachna. Využil jsem nabídku hotelu dopravy k Velké Čínské Zdi. Řidič na nás namístě počkal. Byl to náš první den v Pekingu a neměli jsme možnost si tuto cestu naplánovat jinak. Za mne to byla dobrá volba, řidič byl příjemný a celkově tento fakt přispěl k lepšímu dojmu z tohoto výletu.

Pokoj by mohl mít více úložných nebo odkládacích ploch. Jinak bez výhrad.
