Grand Hyatt Beijing

We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt Beijing, with a special thank you to Hanna, who went above and beyond to make our visit so enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful with activity recommendations, bookings, vegetarian dining options, and navigating the language barrier, which made exploring Beijing so much easier. The Forbidden City was also conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning spa and pool, plenty of great restaurant options, and delicious cocktails, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and Hanna’s kindness and exceptional service truly stood out. Thank you, Hanna, for making our stay so memorable!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole al Grand Hyatt Beijing. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati fin dal nostro arrivo e tutto lo staff è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Anna, che ci ha trattati benissimo ed è sempre stata a nostra disposizione per qualsiasi necessità. Anche tutti i suoi colleghi della reception sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno dato tante informazioni utili durante il soggiorno. La colazione è davvero ottima e molto fornita, con tantissima scelta. Le camere sono sempre state pulite e curate molto bene ogni giorno. Abbiamo inoltre ricevuto un upgrade gratuito della camera, una sorpresa davvero molto gradita! Nel complesso siamo stati davvero molto bene e ci siamo sentiti accolti e seguiti durante tutto il soggiorno. Grazie ad Anna e a tutto lo staff del Grand Hyatt Beijing!

Està cèntric, l’habitació és àmplia, les vistes són boniques (a la ciutat), està molt net. El llit és molt còmode.

Està molt enfocat a turisme xinès o asiàtic. L’esmorzar és molt bo i variadíssim, però poc occidental.

Breakfast was great and so was the hotel location and our room overlooked the fountain which was lovely.

Room slightly tired but great overall but maybe in need of a refurbishment.

The location is very central for all the local sites

We booked an apartment which is quite big 90 square Mears, but it was very old and not renovated. It was also fairly complicated to get there and the whole thing didn’t feel like a grand Hyatt five star experience Hyatt say they will be renovating soon and I would only book it again after renovation.

Die Herzlichkeit des Personals, die ausgezeichnete Lage und die außergewöhnliche Pool- und Spa-Landschaft (täglich von 6:00 bis 23:00 geöffnet) sowie das reichhaltige und hochwertige Frühstück machen dieses Hotel zu einem absoluten Highlight. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist absolut familienfreundlich, aber sehr ruhig - es gibt keinen Lärm in Spa oder auf den Gängen. Die Betten sind sehr gut und die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich Sauber.

In China ist das Rauchen in der Öffentlichkeit noch sehr weit verbreitet und akzeptiert. Teils wird auch in den allgemeinen Toiletten des Restaurants geraucht und auch in manchen Zimmern. Dies sollte seitens der Hotelleitung rigoros unterbunden werden.

В отеле понравилось абсолютно все, начиная с расположения- в центре, очень удобно добираться куда бы то ни было, до Запретного города 15 минут пешком, его видно из окна номера. Номер удобный, прекрасная уборка, в номере гладильные принадлежности, косметика Balman. Отдельное спасибо Анне на рецепции, помогла при заселении, рассказала о том куда можно сходить пообедать, забронировала ужин в ресторане отеля, была на связи по любым вопросам. В нашу категорию номера кроме завтраков входил еще ланч и ужин в клубном лаунж- побывали на ужине- разнообразное меню, все вкусно, внимательный персонал. В следующий визит будем останавливаться только здесь.

в номере не было посуды пока настойчиво не выпросили, нет стирального порошка, стиралка работала через раз. отель совсем не тянет на 5 звезд, мебель ушатанная, подушки воняют, жесткие, ремонт старый, кондиционер включался сам по себе посреди ночи. больше 3 звезд не дали бы, еда на завтраке так себе, слишком много свинины

Wir waren das erste Mal in China und haben in Peking unsere Reise im Grand Hyatt Beijing gestartet. Das Hotel war absolut top - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut für die diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Auch die Restaurants sind top. Speziell bedanken möchten wir uns bei Cecilia vom Concierge Desk - da die Airline meinen Koffer verloren hat, hat sich extrem nett darum gekümmert- auf den Flughafen angerufen, etc. Bei der Abreise hat sie uns ein Taxi organisiert und sogar geholfen, das Gepäck im Taxi zu verstauen. Auch Hanna von Guest Relations hat uns sehr nett begrüsst und auch nachgefragt, ob wir zufrieden sind mit dem Hotel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es - speziell auch für europäische Gäste - unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Hotel molto bello, grande con un’ottima spa ed una incredibile colazione! Nota importante sulla colazione, varia, asiatica ed occidentale, cucina e chef a vista. La colazione e la spa meritano davvero.

Meno la camera, nel complesso buona ma comunque abbastanza piccola, poco spazio per le valigie, a mio avviso andrebbe rimodernata.

The pool was amazing, the room was large, staff were friendly, breakfast was great.

Chunks of grout on the bathroom floor kept coming away which hurt when you stood on it. Check in was smooth but explanation of payment was rushed, didn’t expect such a large initial deposit.

The location of the hotel was in great location every thing near by the Quality of servies , rooms , its a great option for a family . The Breakfast it was a delightful experience in terms of organization, restaurant presentation, food variety, and the quality of service. What I liked most about the hotel was the location of the indoor pool; it was truly exceptional. We spent wonderful days with our family.

Quartos que precisam de urgente renovação e coerência (havia uma geladeira duplex no meio do quarto e um microondas sobre um móvel). Os acabamentos de madeira do quarto estavam todos velhos.

It was a beautiful hotel very close to a shopping complex and within walking distance to the forbidden city. The buffet breakfast was the best we had ever seen . The reception and staff were very helpful with everything, they let us stay and use the pool area until we had to go for our very late flight. The pool and hot pools also was amazing Like an island resort . The room and bed was very comfortable and clean with everything you needed

룸의 에어컨 작동 소음이 너무 커서 거실만 켜고, 방은 끄고 지냄. 작동기기가 노후되었음 체트인시 방이 제시간에 준비되지 않았어요. 조식 식당의 서버가 접시를 재때 치워주지 않는 경우가 있었음 TV 채널이 한정적, wifi 사용은 가능하나, 외국인이 사용하기에 채널 제한이 있음 한국과 일본 TV채널 없음 CCTV 위주.

Room service was amazing, as well as the location being very close to the shopping malls and overall just a very comfortable room.

The only critique I’d give was that the lobby was a little loud at times but it was still amazing.

This is an outstanding hotel. The personnel are extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble! The hotel offers excellent facilities and is extremely clean and very well maintained. The cuisine caters for all tastes, and the breakfast choices are extensive. The location is excellent, and the main attractions are within easy reach.

The hotel is of exceptional quality. The rooms are very spacious and very well appointed. Cleanliness is obviously of paramount importance, and the rooms are very well maintained. The suite apartment was extraordinary — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The breakfast was excellent, above excellent, and the pool with its beautiful scenery was a highlight. A special thank you to Mr Scott for his incredible support in arranging our Great Wall of China excursion. His care and attention made the experience even more memorable. A truly memorable stay with exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

O hotel é irretocavel. Ambientes amplos, hall confortável e lindíssimo. Atendimento de primeira classe, ajuda no que for necessário, limpeza espetacular. Quarto confortável e amenities excelentes. Banho muito bom, toalhas e ambientes em perfeito estado. O happy hour e delicious e o cafe da manhã completo. A localizacao não poderia ser melhor, os arredores são seguros e bonitos.

A porta que separa o quarto da sala e muito pesada. A iluminacao do corredor atrapalha um pouco o sono.

Loved the swimming pool, plentiful breakfast options and the fact that it’s located next to a shopping mall. Because that allowed for a lot of great dining options! Also the family apartment with washing machine was really helpful and gave us a lot of space.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location with incredibly helpful staff. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities. The hotel is walking distance to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and Wangfujing Walking Street. Concierge Scott, in particular, went above and beyond for us.

The bathroom sink is too small.

It was a good place to start our adventure and transition into visiting China. The king bed apartment was very comfortable. The nearby ancient city to the west and the pedestrian street running north provide both history and modern experience. Although it’s a decent walk through the mall to the metro, the forbidden city and the pedestrian street are not too far to walk.

Our rate didn’t include breakfast so we didn’t try it. The hotel was a bit isolated from neighborhood life.

The room was spacious and comfortable; however, it lacked drawers and shelving for clothes and personal belongings. As a result, we had to live out of our suitcases throughout our stay.

The location is excellent, close to Wangfujing Ave., and the Oriental Plaza is just downstairs. The room is very big and spacious with power and charging points around the room. The king size bed is super comfortable, providing a good night sleep. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. For our last night, they even upgraded us to a suite. How good! Only thing we didn't have much time to enjoy it! The buffet breakfast has a very good spread and also caters to our diet need. Very sumptuous breakfast. The hotel staff are excellent. From reception to concierge and housekeeping, the are really efficient, very helpful and very friendly. They provided a small cake for my wife's birthday on the 3rd day of our stay. How Nice!

La colazione è ottima e molto abbondante. L’hotel si trova all’interno dell’Oriental Plaza un imponente centro commerciale in stile moderno con fontane e grattacieli con accesso ad un Grande Magazzino sotterraneo con negozi di moda, oreficerie e ristorantini. Si trova a due passi dalla moderna via commerciale Wangfujing, ad una fermata della metropolitana dalla più cinese via commerciale di Qianmen e a uan fermata della metropolitana per raggiunge piazza Tiennamen e la Città Proibita.

Alcune stanze sono da ristrutturare come quella capitata a noi che era impregnata di fumo; il personale sollecitamente ha provveduto a cambiarcela il giorno dopo.

Чистый номер, приветливый персонал (помогали во всем в любое время), русскоязычный сотрудник Анна (спасибо большое за решение вопросов). Завтраки хорошие, есть европейская кухня, но в основном китайская. Под отелем есть большой торговый центр. Рядом пешеходная улица вайфуцзын, исторический центр Пекина, запретный город, площадь Тяньаньмэнь. С другой стороны от отеля обычные улочки с уличной едой и магазинчики со всякой всячиной.

Есть русскоговорящий сотрудник. Можно пополнить алипей у консьержа за наличные.

The location is just perfect. It’s adjacent to the mall and such a close proximity to the wangfujing street. It’s also so close to famous eat streets and east gate of the palace museum. Food is amazing, facilities are amazing. Especially the pool and spa! But what stood out the most is the staff. Each and every one of them are such lovely attentive and genuinely caring. I want to give a mention to anna she went above and beyond from assisting us in bookings and the get go around beijing. She made put trip so much easier. I also want to mention the front desk gentlemen who assisted me in my deliveries and the very nice trainee who assisted us until we get to our didi to airport. Definitely will suggest to friends and family to stay in hyatt and this is not our last time to go back and stay here.

Its so massive we wish we stayed longer.

Location was good and concierge very patient and helpful.

We stayed in a family suite which took two separate elevators and quite a walk between the two. The room smelled of smoke when we walked in and the TV had poor reception.
