Un des 2 concierges de nuit et propriétaires sont malheureusement antipathiques. Aucune isolation phonique entre les chambres.

The only reason I gave 9 was the pillows was to soft for me That's just me.other guests may prefer it that way..The location of the hotel is ideal, close to all amenities..a very pleasant, comfortable and a peaceful place to be in. Would I stay there again, wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you all at the St. Sebastian hotel, Lourdes France.,for making my pilgrimage to Lourdes stay a very Happy One. God Bless all of you ❤️ 🙏

Reviewed May 31, 2026The hotel, I believe, is family-owned. I was welcomed by Max, who is really nice and accommodating. Thank you Max. :) I was unable to fully taste the cuisine the hotel restaurant served because of my allergies. I only had one meal— and it was delicious! I think Max is also the head chef? The location is perfect. Just 5 minutes away from the grotto. Would love to stay here again.
The bathroom door is dated. It does NOT fully close.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Central location no fuss hotel everything on hand and available.Also impressed by hotel’s Eco friendly approach and initiatives.It was a home away from home due to exceptional attention to cleanliness which encourages sound sleep.
Walls are thin and noisy patrons coming into their bedrooms have disturbed my sleep.Brighter colours in room might have made my experience better such as lighter coloured bed linen rather than shades of black and white motifs.Breakfast could be improved.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Das Team war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr gut mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Leider sind die Wände sehr dünn und man hat denn Lärm der Nachbarzimmer unausweichlich annehmen müssen. Die Lage war perfekt, sehr zentral und nur zu empfehlen.
Das Bett war mir persönlich leider etwas zu hart und das Frühstück hätte etwas mehr sein können, aber schlecht war gar nichts!!!

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Accueil très agréable, avec un personnel souriant, la praticité de pouvoir laisser les clés sur un tableau à l'accueil pour ne pas s'en embrasser. La chambre était propre, accès escaliers et ascenseur et j'avais la chance de voir le sanctuaire et le moulin de Boly depuis ma fenêtre (n'est pas le cas de toutes les chambres, attention), ce qui a ajouté un plus à mon séjour. Idéal pour être proche du sanctuaire, aller aux messes tôt le matin (7h) et faire des allers-retours entre la chambre et le sanctuaire. Sanitaires personnels et chambre propres au global. À côté des deux moulins de la famille Soubirous.

Limited breakfast options and coffee made in a automatic machine (not using real milk for the cappuccino/cafe au lait). Not what I expected from a hotel in France (where you usually get excellent coffee everywhere).

Desayuno 6 € pero MUY escaso. Me alojé solo. Habitación correcta pero pequeña: por ejemplo, había una mesita con silla y la silla no se podía ni sacar de debajo de la mesa, porque tropezaba con la cama. Para una persona, bien. Para dos, muy justa.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The bathroom was modern. The bedroom was a good size. The location is a about 7 minutes' walk to the entrance through the St. Michael's gate (at front). It is located near a restaurant (2 minutes' walk) - Le Navarre - for lunch and dinner options. There are also a few souvenir shops on the street. Most of the guests were French or Italian. The employees at the Front Desk were friendly. They also spoke English which was very helpful. Thank you for all that you do and did.
For the 3rd and 4th nights, the wifi stopped working from the bedroom. It worked well downstairs. I had a worrying incident on the 2nd day with a housekeeper. The housekeeper unlocked my door while I was standing next to it, so I quickly locked it back and said 'no.' She continued to unlock it, while I continued to lock it (yes, we were both locking and unlocking at the same time). She insisted she wanted to explain that my sign on the door was green. I repeated no and eventually opened the door slightly to explain no housekeeping (Red). It turned out that the sign was twisted (broken cardboard), so it turned to red after hanging on the door overnight. The next day, I got tape from the Front desk to strengthen the cardboard, so it stayed on red. It is unusual for a housekeeper to keep unlocking a door, while a guest continues to lock the door. It should have been evident that the guest did not want housekeeping. This incident occurred very early (about 8:30am) and I was barely awake, so it startled me as a security challenge.

Non ha parcheggio, però nelle vicinanze ci sono molti spazi per poter parcheggiare gratuitamente. Semplice, però pulito. Colazione basilare a pagamento. Per chi soggiorna qualche notte va bene. Parlano anche in Italiano!
La mia camera non aveva il condizionatore, ed in Agosto durante il giorno faceva caldo, mentre alla sera si stava benissimo. Magari prima di prenotare assicuratevi di tutto ciò!
