L'endroit est très calme et apaisant. On a l'air frais et des vrai duvets. Et le soir on peut apprécier le soleil au balcon.

Les serviettes était un peu usées. Tout va bien mais, on sent qu'il faut bientôt rénover un tout petit peu.

Traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf die Berge. Sehr freundliche Bewirtung beim Frühstück. Guter Parkplatz. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Großes Zimmer.

Frühstücksbuffet eher spärlich. Kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasserkocher, kein Tresor im Zimmer. Kein Getränkeautomat im Haus. Zimmereinrichtung spartanisch und alt.

Excellent location and view. Very clean hotel. Large room. Dog friendly. Plenty of parking right outside of hotel. I would recommend this hotel

I wish the room would have had a fan and a mini fridge. Breakfast could be improved.

The aspect and the view from our room absolutely magnificent

Towels that were very thin and small and didn’t dry properly. Having to pay for tap water at meal times. Inattention to our needs towards the end of the meal, the owner talking other guests at the table next to us and then being told off the next morning for not paying. We were there for 4 nights so that attitude was not necessary

The location was great.

The staff simply is not friendly. They act like you are bothering them anytime you ask a question or need something. You have to leave a deposit to get a hairdryer. The beds are way past needing replacement.

Fantastic view of the Eiger from our balcony, wihch was a good size with table and chairs. Room was nice but basic - no air conditoning, no fridge, no water other than tap water (which is safe to drink), no tea/coffee making Breakfast was also fairly basic - continental, nice bread and average choice of cereals. Room was on 3rd floor and ok for size with nice bathroom and as said lovely balcony (NB no lift). You are a long way from the centre of Grindelwald but hotel provides a free pass for the local bus which is every 30 minutes.

As said no air conditoning, no fridge,, no tea/coffee making. Disappointing breakfast. Pillows are ridiculous; soft and flabby - might as well not be there!

The room was comfortable and clean, and the view from the property was beautiful. The accuracy of the listing photos and information on Booking.com was also great.

Public bus service stops after 6:00 PM, leaving a 1-hour uphill walk to get back to the hotel, which is extremely inconvenient for travelers. When we called the hotel for assistance, they simply told us to call an Uber, but there are no Uber drivers operating in the area. Additionally, the balcony offers very little privacy as it is located right next to the adjacent room's balcony.

Staff were extremely polite and friendly. Breakfast was amazing - all of the food was fresh and delicious. Location is a bit far from town if you’re walking however the hotel gives you a free bus pass which takes you right out front the hotel!

Das Zimmer war gemütlich. Die Lage ist super.

Das Frühstück war recht einfach, nichts Besonderes. Wir wurden sehr unfreundlich empfangen. Hatten Probleme mit der Chefin, was unseren Hund betraf, was unsere Ankunft sehr unangenehm machte.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Blümlisalp in Grindelwald. Das gesamte Team an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, und die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Besonders begeistert hat uns das unglaublich leckere Frühstück! 🥐☕️ Die Chefin war ebenfalls sehr nett und herzlich, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich, und die wunderschöne Landschaft und Natur rund um Grindelwald machen den Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️🇨🇭

Quiet and away from the busy and crowded town. Gorgeous view from our balcony.

You had to catch the last bus from town around 6:30. Taxi ride from hotel to town was $45 CHF if there is no early bus.

Hotelik ma znakomitą lokalizację, na uboczu miasteczka, z balkonu roztacza się piękny widok na Alpy. Pokój jest mały, znacznie mniejszy niż w opisie. Łóżka bardzo niewygodne, miękkie i dość "wysłużone" materace. Śniadania bardzo "skromne", personel....personel bardzo specyficzny, można czuć się w tym pięknym miejscu jak intruz, który zakłóca Szwajcarom ich górski spokój:).. Widok na góry rekompensuje jednak te niedogodności:)

The room was clean and roomy- loved the balcony.

The breakfast was ok but lacked variety for a hot breakfast. Maybe there was not a lot put out at a time so as not to waste food that wasn’t eaten? For what we paid, I would have expected more. A kettle and hair dryer in the room would have been appreciated.

Personeel niet echt vriendelijk

Morgenmaden var rigtig god med et fint udvalg. Personalet var meget venlige, hjælpsomme og imødekommende under hele opholdet. Værelserne var pæne og rene, og hotellet havde en hyggelig og autentisk atmosfære.

Værelset blev lidt varmt om natten, hvilket dog er forståeligt i juli. En ventilator og et lille køleskab på værelset ville have gjort opholdet endnu bedre.

Dommage le restaurant était fermé pendant notre séjour (mais un autre restaurant très bien est à proximité à pied).

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything was well taken care of. We didn’t experience a single inconvenience during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was also excellent. The highlight, however, was the terrace. We stayed in Room 101, and the view from the terrace was simply breathtaking. From Eiger all the way to Mättenberg, there was nothing blocking the view. We could clearly see the glacier and the mountain peaks, and the scenery was absolutely spectacular. It was one of the most stunning views we’ve ever had from a hotel room. If we ever come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Der Ausblick ist einfach grandios! Das Restaurant ist auch super lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hundelieb.

Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber absolut sauber.

Location was incredible... it is the 2nd to last hotel before the road dead-end. There were cows feeding on pasture across the street. Very pastoral feel, quiet without the hustle and bustle of main street grindelwald. Rooms are small, but clean. Kinda like staying at grandma's house. The breakfast is simple (fresh bread, jam, butter, cold cereal, yogurt, 2 or 3 cold meats and some cheese. The owner is the main person you meet. She is nice, but very straight forward. She was basically telling us what to do, kinda funny. 3 or 4 great hiking trails right outside the door. The village is about 1 mile away. Would definitely go again. Views were amazing. The peace and quite does come at a cost. The last bus from the village is 6:47pm, so you need to eat a little early in order to catch that bus. We didnt eat at the restaurant at the hotel, but one guy we talked to that did didnt like it. Didn't have AC, but even the high end hotels dont.

Es war sauber und ordentlich, hier und da würde „ein bisschen Farbe“ den Eindruck noch verbessern.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, hvis man ønsker ro. Sødt værtspar og morgenmadsdame. Stort rum med plads. Fantastisk udsigt. God morgenmad med hjemmelavet syltetøj. Rigtig god schnitzel i restauranten

Der manglede noget te/kaffe på værelset, selvom der var rigelig plads til det. Der var myrer på værelset. Den første aften vi overnattede spiste vi i restauranten og blev mødt af en sur servitrice (hun virkede i hvert fald rigtig sur), hvilket var en dårlig oplevelse.

The location was just wonderful - outside of the Grindelwald centre full of tourists. We got a free bus card for local Grindelwald bus, which runs app every 30 min. The bathroom looked older, but everything was very clean. We especially appreciated a balcony with Eiger view. The breakfast had usual selection - cereals, ham, cheese, but also Eiger butter and homemade jams... We appreciated the free parking. There is also hotel restaurant that we did not try, but looked quite popular in the evenings.

No water kettle or fridge in the room.

Location. The view from the hotel is amazing. The local bus stop right next to the hotel and it takes you everywhere.

The staff. In particular a waitress that were very unfriendly. Just the moment I check in, one waitress was giving the finger to another right in front of me. This is not a friendly welcome. They argued all the time. This made our staying very unpleasant.

Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich. Keine Eier kein Gemüse Gurken oder Tomaten. Wurst wenig Auswahl. Das Frühstücks Büfett hat man wohl in 10 Minuten eingestellt. Das Hotel hat so ein Jugendherberge Charakter. Möblierung und Bad hat wohl die besten Jahre hinter sich. Kaputter dusch Vorhang . Kaputte Griffe am Schrank. Heizkörper mit bereits vorhandenen Rostflecken. W-lan schlechter empfang

Persönliche Athmosphäre.

Mooi uitzicht

Alleen ontbijt. Daarna restaurant bar en terras gesloten. Dit is elke maandag en dinsdag maar dit vermelden ze niet bij het boeken. 1 dag voor aankomst doen ze of het uitzonderlijk is, maar toen ik er over klaagde bleek dat het altijd zo is. Bij het ontbijt moet hezelf uitdrukkelijk vragen om bv. Een gekookt ei. Kortom uit alles blijkt dat ze er geen zin meer in hebben.

De locatie met zicht op de Eiger is fantastisch. Buiten de toeristendrukte kun je er tot rust komen. Het eten is prima, de bedden heerlijk.

Weinig stopcontacten in de kamer, geen waterkoker. En de voornaamste reden voor een 7 is de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

We are from USA so we are used to eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, etc for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is lunch meat, cheese, yogurt, and bread. We never found one egg the whole trip.

It is not their fault, but there is no AC. In the middle of the record breaking heat wave, we were dying.

Petit hôtel familial très bien tenu et propre. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins. A l'écart de la cohue touristique du centre du village mais avec la possibilité d'utiliser gratuitement les bus locaux. Très bon petit déjeuner de qualité avec vue sur l'Eiger. Parking. Départs de belles randonnées à proximité. A recommander.

Rien à signaler à part le prix un peu élevé mais c'est la Suisse.

Loved the location, out of the busy village but right on the easy guest bus route, and with the most amazing views. Also loved our first floor room, with a huge balcony.

It would have been great to have a kettle and wee fridge in our room, but the staff were happy to give us pots of boiled water for cuppas.

Shower was a little small but the water pressure was excellent :) no big deal in grand scheme of things.

This is a lovely place. The bus stop was located directly in front of the building, which made it very convenient. The room was comfortable and a friendly staff. Member helped me with my bag up to the third floor. I spent the evening looking out at the beautiful mountains from the balcony. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. And the staff member there was also very helpful and friendly.

Lovely traditional Swiss accommodation. Great views and wonderful views. It’s a mile or so out of Grindelwald, which for us was a positive as the centre of town is just too crowded and touristy. This hotel actually feels like it’s in Switzerland! Food was fantastic - great examples of traditional Swiss dishes, served by really lovely helpful staff.

O banheiro era pequeno, não tinha secador de cabelos, tampouco tomada, e tinha uma cortina de plástico no box que deixou o banho desconfortável. O custo benefício é baixo.
