Sehr freundliche Betreiber, die mir geholfen haben meinen doch recht schweren Koffer vom Taxi bis zu ihrem Hotel zu bringen. 🙏🏻nettes Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man gerne wenn auf Reisen hat. Es liegt in einer sehr belebten modernen Fußgängerzone, die jedoch tagsüber bis circa zehn 11:00 Uhr abends sehr laut sein kann, so dass der Balkon des Zimmers, der auf die beliebte Straße geht eigentlich nicht entspannt benutzbar ist. Gleichzeitig ist man jedoch mitten im Geschehen. Außerdem ist es circa zehn Gehminuten von der historischen Altstadt entfernt.

Mild Spring Boutique is truly a hidden gem on the local side of Huangshan, in Tunxi. From the moment we arrived, Jason was incredibly attentive and genuinely made sure that everything was taken care of. He even gave us a free room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise. Our room was very cozy, comfortable, and really well taken care of. It had air conditioning and even a projector, which made our stay feel extra special and relaxing. He was extremely helpful with organising our trip to Yellow Mountain - from helping us get the tickets to making sure we had the right transportation, and even allowing us to leave our suitcases at the hotel while we were away. It made the whole experience so much easier and stress-free. The hotel itself has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere, with a very good buffet breakfast and, of course, Jason’s three absolutely adorable cats! 🐱🐱🐱 You can really tell that he cares about his guests and goes out of his way to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. If you’re staying in Huangshan, we would definitely recommend Mild Spring Boutique. It’s a wonderful place to experience the more local side of Tunxi, with a host who truly goes the extra mile. A real hidden gem!

Petit hôtel très bien situé à Huangshan. Très propres, les chambres sont confortables. Nous avions une chambre familiale avec un lit double et un autre lit en mezzanine. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Les propriétaires sont adorables, parlent bien anglais et font tout pour nous aider.

Самый лучший отель вообще за время всех путешествий! Что понравилось: 1) Владельцы - очень приятные и благожелательные люди. Готовы помочь в любой ситуации. Хозяин отеля сидел целый час с нами, чтобы объяснить и показать идеальный маршрут. А потом еще и за небольшую оплату довез сам нам к подножью горы, за что мы очень ему благодарны! 2) Сам отель очень камерный и милый. Номера очень уютно обставлены и есть ощущение дома :) Видно, что за отеле ухаживают и правда стараются, чтобы всем пришлось тут по душе. 3) Вкусные завтраки по вашим предпочтениям) Нас даже спросили, какие блюда мы хоти на завтрак. 4) Вкусный местный чай. Нас им угостили после возвращения в отель с гор. Советую купить у хозяина зеленый чай, также в продаже есть красивая китайская посуда прямо в отеле. 5) Просторные тихие номера с большой кроватью, в номере ежедневно убирались. 6) Отель находится на очень людной торговой улице, где точно никому не будет скучно и можно будет перекусить и погулять по городу :) Там же много ресторанчиков и кафе

Die Inhaber der Unterkunft waren unglaublich nett. Sie haben uns einen Transfer vom Bahnhof zum Hotel organisiert und uns direkt alles erklärt was wir für die yellow mountains wissen mussten. Von der ersten Sekunde an haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man erkennt, dass sehr viel Herz im Hotel steckt. Auch die drei Katzen sind unglaublich niedlich und sehr zutraulich.

The Mild Spring Boutique Hotel is an exquisite example of hospitality where the hosts provide you a comfortable stay and the personal touch. From the moment we arrived, the warm reception made us feel welcome and well cared for in the hotel and in coordinating activities during our stay. After a busy schedule, enjoying cups of their local tea was the perfect way to relax before exploring the night time activities in the nearby Liyang district and Tunxi Ancient Street. The rooms were cozy and well appointed. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The location was also convenient to Huangshan and Xidi or Hongcun.

The hotel was very comfortable, with a good room, a good bed and a good shower. The owners were especially helpful: they explained how to visit the mountain, helped me with the bus information and made the stay much easier. The location was also convenient for walking around the old street area.

There was some noise from the commercial street, although it stopped before midnight and did not become a serious problem. Apart from that, there was very little to complain about.

What a beautiful hotel! Refurbished to a high standard, but has a lovely traditional, characterful feel. Helpful information to get the best from our trip was readily available. Beds are super comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a mix of Chinese and some western foods. All thoughtfully prepared. A really lovely stay in Tunxi district of Huangshan.

Just a small point, really. We booked the 2 bedroom house because we were 2 couples. We liked the communal lounge space for playing cards etc. The upstairs bedroom is actually a mezzanine type floor over the main bedroom, meaning 2 couples are effectively sharing the bedroom space. This would not be a problem for a family group. And, since we are good friends, it actually made us laugh to be in such close confines. But just a heads up for friends who are making a booking.

Welcoming, homely, intimate, clean, relaxing, and well maintained. Excellent position. Lovely, well thought out design and lighting and bedroom was beautiful and romantic. Exceptional delicious breakfast which changed daily. Loved the fresh bread.

The whole place, the common spaces, our room were absolutely beautiful while being comfortable. The staff, Wang and her husband Jason went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Wang even helped me do a much needed load of washing.

I booked a three-night stay in May for a family vacation. The husband-and-wife owners are incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. They helped arrange a pickup from the high-speed rail station for our late check-in. Breakfast was fresh and healthy—they even handmade steamed dumpling buns in the morning. Our room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of a historic district, close to restaurants and many boutique shops.

Sehr hübsches Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, sie sprechen alle Englisch. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber sehr schön und hatte alles, was man braucht. Der Hotelbesitzer spricht ausgezeichnet Englisch und war sehr hilfsbereit. Aufgrund der Wetterlage wollte wir unseren Ausflug mit Übernachtung in den Gelben Bergen verschieben , und es hat auch geklappt. Der Hotelbesitzer hat es für uns erledigt. Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet.

The hotel is cute, clean, and in a great location. The staff is very nice. It was a little difficult to find on navigation, so be prepared for that. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is set in the central street of Huangshan, walking distance to all amenities, with transport available to and from the station or airport. The town itself has a modern vibe but maintains cultural elements of times gone by and has a very serene feel to it. Jaysen, the owner of the hotel, was unbelievably attentive to our every need or request and helped way beyond any of our expectations to ensure our visit went smoothly. I have stayed in hotels around the world and never before found such an accommodating, helpful and diligent host.

There truly wasn’t anything to dislike about this property or the service we received.

Un hôtel exceptionnel à tous points de vue. 曹杰勋 (Jaysen Cao) sa femme 王琛 (Wangchen) ont créé une atmosphère chaleureuse où l'on se sent bien, des chambres cosy et très bien équipées, un petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Jason a facilité notre randonnée au mont Huangshan en nous fournissant un plan personnalisé qu'il a pris le temps de nous expliquer en détail. Il nous a aidé pour les réservations, entrée du parc, navettes et téléphériques et nous a aussi trouvé un chauffeur de taxi sympathique pour y aller.

Everything was great from the moment we checked in to when we left. Our room was exceptional with very comfortable bed and a serene interior design. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful: from helping us navigate in the city to buying tickets to the Yellow mountains. The breakfast area is a gentle and calm start to the morning with local delicacy served. The location is very central and within the historical center. I would love to stay here again soon!

Het enige minpunt is dat we 2 x ‘s nachts mensen heel luid ruzie hoorden maken. Dat duurde tot 1-2 in de nacht.

Tolle Unterkunft in der Fußgängerzone, dem Hotspot der Stadt. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren extrem bemüht und haben uns einen detaillierten Besichtigungsplan der Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt gegeben. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück wurde für jeden Gast frisch zubereitet mit einem wahlmenü, der Kaffee war ebenfalls sehr gut

Soggiorno assolutamente perfetto! La camera era bellissima, arredata con gusto e molto confortevole. La posizione è ottima per esplorare la zona e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero imbattibile. Ciò che rende questo posto davvero speciale, però, è lo staff. Sono stati tutti gentilissimi, ma il proprietario ha superato ogni aspettativa: ha dedicato ben 20 minuti a spiegarci nei minimi dettagli l’itinerario per le Yellow Mountains, dandoci consigli preziosi che hanno fatto la differenza. Ci hanno anche aiutato a prenotare tutti i vari autobus, rendendo i nostri spostamenti semplicissimi. Menzioni speciali per la colazione perfetta e per la chicca finale: ci hanno offerto del tè verde delizioso, portato direttamente in camera. Se cercate un luogo dove sentirvi coccolati e seguiti con professionalità, questo è l'hotel giusto.

Un hôtel très bien situé et confortable dans un style typique. Le personnel de l’établissement est extrêmement accueillant et vous donne de précieux conseils pour visiter les montagnes jaunes et les environs. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées avec tout l’équipement nécessaire.

Accueil exceptionnel, le propriétaire parle anglais et vous accompagne dans l’organisation du séjour, il propose également de la mise en contact avec un taxi, ce qui simplifie la vie grandement. Grand soin dans la décoration des espaces communs. La chambre est confortable et très bien équipée. Petit déjeuner excellent également, à l’assiette, produits traditionnels chinois (pas de buffet hors saison). Le gros plus en hiver: une cheminée dans le hall d’accueil. Trois chats s’y promènent mais ils sont très discrets. Enfin l’emplacement est parfait à l’entrée de la vieille ville, nombreux restaurants à proximité y compris des options occidentales (italien, japonais, …).

Ce n’est pas très important car nous ne sommes pas là pour ça mais n’espérez pas utiliser le projecteur présent dans la chambre avec Netflix ou Canal +, impossible.

The hotel is in excellent location. There are shops and restaurant around. Breakfast, there are not various choices. They have will 2 options to choose between Veg fried rice and wonton, fruit, Chinese dessert, tea, coffee, and milk. The staff and the owner are very nice and helpful.

If you’re looking for a true home away from home, Mild Spring is it. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the serene, Chinese-inspired ambience and the genuine warmth of the team. Jayden, his wife, and everyone there were exceptionally helpful, personable service, treating us like friends and offering great tips for exploring Huangshan and nearby attractions. The hearty Chinese breakfast was delicious, everything was spotless, and the space felt calm and welcoming. Great location, laundry facilities available—and we can’t wait to come back.

My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights and they could not have been more helpful. Jayson was so kind and eager to help us out everyday. We really enjoyed our stay and its quite a nice village as well.

The boss, lady boss, and staff are very helpful and polite in every way. They had guided us in places to visit and were very sincere in ensuring that our stay was a very pleasant one. A lot of eateries and places to walk around in the vicinity.

The Hotel ist located in a lively, beautiful old part of Tunxi. The building is very beautiful too, lots of wood, tranquil and pleasant! Rooms/bathrooms perfectly clean. But the best were our hosts: Welcoming, caring and attentive. Without their detailed explanations about the visit to the Huangshan Mountains we would have been lost at the entrance. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our stay!

We really loved this hotel and wish we'd have been able to stay for more than one night. The reception area and our room were both really nicely decorated. Our room was very comfortable. But most of all, our host Jason was incredibly helpful re what to do in Huangshan City and how to go walking on the Yellow Mountain (which is about an hour north of the hotel). Jason also organised an excellent tour of some of the ancient villages

We stay 2 nights, but not consecutive, the owner Mr Cao recommend us to keep our bulky luggage at the property while we head for Huang Shan hike and hong cun. He help us with our hike planning with practical suggestions with his years of experience in the travel industry, and also help us with transport arrangements. The property is warm and cosy and ooze a sense of traditional charm and at the same time modern and clean. The breakfast is nice, coffee is very good. We received prompt attention to our queries before our trip. The location in LiYang Old Street is suberb, as it caters to the younger crowd and at the same time also walking distance to tunxi old street and the local patronised facilities. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel! Both the building and the room were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and the owner helped us a lot in organizing the visits to the touristic places of the area (Xidi, Hongcun and Huangshan mountains). The breakfast was Chinese and everything was excellent. I really enjoyed the stay.

Très agréable séjour grâce à la disponibilité des propriétaires, Jason et son épouse, pour organiser les excursions aux montagnes jaunes, aux trois villages classés Unesco à proximité et à Jingdezehn, à des prix très raisonnables. La chambre lits jumeaux est assez spatieuse mais bruyante, bruit de la rue et du couloir le soir. L'hotel est très bien placé dans la partie piétonne de la ville.

Les oreillers sont particulièrement inconfortables...mettre des oreillers en plume!

Het was er schoon. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heeft meerdere dingen geregeld zoals toegangskaarten voor theater en natuurgebied.

Uitstekend locatie in het centrum. Dicht bij restaurants en bars. Goede bedden en prima douche. De eigenaar heeft ons uitstekend geholpen met het boeken van excursies.

Het is een charmant houten gebouw waardoor je soms wat geluid van de buren hoort.

Le staff est vraiment très très sympathiques, ils font de leur mieux pour rendre le séjour incroyable et ils tentent de parler anglais. La localisation est parfaite, c'est un établissement qui nous plonge dans quelque chose d'authentique, ce n'est pas un hôtel comme vous pouvez vous attendre. Il faut que vous soyez ouvert d'esprit et aimez découvrir une culture différente. Le petit déjeuner ne propose presque rien de "continental"/"western" donc ne soyez pas surpris. Leur petit déjeuner était vraiment délicieux. La chambre spacieuse avec une climatisation, des bouteilles d'eau... parfait.

Ça ne concerne pas l'établissement mais plutôt les autres voyageurs qui malheureusement ne respectent pas le calme dans les couloirs. Donc si vous tombez sur des voyageurs bruyants et que vous voulez dormir le matin ça risque d'être un problème.

This is a wonderful hotel. Jaysen was so helpful in advance in every aspect, starting with advice on how to get from the train station. We had a warm welcome on arrival from him and his wife who both speak English, and cups of delicious green tea farmed by Jaysen's family. They arranged a great guide for us to visit Hongcun and Xidi villages and gave good advice ahead of our mountain visit. We were also well looked after by driver Wang, even with an unexpected lift back to the station when we left. The home cooked breakfast every day was delicious. The hotel is on a busy commercial street with modern restaurants but it still has charm and is near Tunxi Old Street. I rarely give 5 star reviews but this place was worth it, it felt like a treat to be so well looked after. Thank you Mild Spring Hotel.

I've marked down slightly on facilities because it would be nice to have a door on the loo rather than just a curtain but it does add to the traditional feel. And that feels like I'm being very picky.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in China. It is spotless, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with excellent coffee. Our host was incredibly helpful with lots of information about Huangshan mountain, and he arranged our onward travel by bus. I highly recommend this hotel.
