Stort sett bra, fin beliggenhet, bra frokost.

Aircondition på rommet var ikke brukbar, masse kald luft/trekk rett i trynet i senga. Burde vært mulig å regulere lufthastigheten. Lufta gjennom vindu i stedet som ikke var optimalt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und mit Mieträdern oder sogar zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell im Zentrum. Restaurants, Bars und Cafés sind unmittelbar in der Nähe, das ist klasse. Das Zimmer war sauber und es gab einen Wasserkocher.

Wie hatten das Zimmer 114 unmittelbar neben der Küche, in der spätabends noch Geschirr verräumt und morgens ab kurz vor 6Uhr das Frühstück vorbereitet und geräuschvoll mit Geschirr geklappert wurde. Nach der Küche kommt der Frühstücksraum und ums Eck Lobby und Rezeption, auch diese waren deutlich vernehmbar. Zusätzlich war in unserem Bad die Lüftung defekt, sodass es morgens nicht nur unangenehm nach Küchenabluft roch: es ist auch wenig schön, wenn man das große Geschäft zweier Personen unvermeidbar in den Innenraum entlüftet. Als wir das Problem freundlich geschildert und um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten haben, ist uns die Dame an der Rezeption wenig freundlich mehrfach ins Wort gefallen und hat deutlich zu verstehen gegeben, dass das eben so sei, wenn man Economy bucht. Ein anderes Zimmer gäbe es nur als Upgrade in eine höhere Kategorie für einem Aufpreis von 300DKK pro Nacht. Auch ein Preisnachlass wurde abgelehnt. So ein Service mag in einem billigen Hotel oder Hostel noch angehen, aber nicht in einem normalen Hotel, auch nicht für ein Economy-Zimmer. Zum Glück kennen wir die Dänen als freundlich und hilfsbereit, und es gibt andere Hotels in Kopenhagen. Kein Grund, nochmal ins Hotel Nora zu kommen.

Great location to a lot of shops & restaurants

Unable to connect with reception after hours. You literally cannot leave the property before 6 am. The restroom smelled like used facilites. The restroom is also a walking bacteria pool.

Lovely boutique hotel located in the heart of Nørrebro, not far from the Nørreport metro station and in walking distance to tonnes of great restaurants and shops. It was a quiet and pleasant stay with a comfortable room. It was nice having the coffee in the room, as was the assortment of Pukka teas as well!

PERFECT LOCATION AND GOOD HOSPITALITY

Staff at check in and check out were wonderful. Clearly explained everything. Room was large and clean. Bathroom especially so. Loved the openable window to enjoy the fresh air and view.

Very nice staff, we were travelling as a group and everything went smoothly. In the room there is everything you need. Very good breakfast and great location - close to the city centre but not right in it so it is more authentic.

Zimmer war tip top sauber, die Lage perfekt (Bus Station gleich vor dem Haus), Betten sehr bequem. Allerdings wäre zu empfehlen, Ohrenstöpsel mitzunehmen - könnte in der Nacht lauter sein, wenn das Zimmer zur Hauptstraße ist. Aber alles kein Problem. Service war klasse, alles sehr durchdacht und das Personal äußerst freundlich und umsorgt.

Je moet vooraf doorgeven wat je voor ontbijt wilt. Dat is op zich prima maar ‘s ochtends kunnen kiezen waar je trek in hebt, is toch leuker

The flexibiity regarding the checking Time and the bed which was really nice and cosy. It was also quiet which is perfect !

There nothing that I did not like, maybe the Windows are a bit thin for winter time but this is being picky

Værelset var rent og pænt og havde hvad jeg skulle bruge.

Det er lidt mærkeligt at skulle bestille morgenmaden aftenen før og også beslutte hvornår man vil spise. Det er svært at vide hvor sulten man er og man vil være nødt til at sætte vækkeur for at kunne være til morgenmad til tiden. Så hellere en enkel buffet end at skulle bestille på en seddel. Afløbet på badeværelset var stoppet, så hele gulvet blev oversvømmet da jeg gik i bad.

Location was perfect, walkable to many sights of interest, room was very nicely furnished, lovely rooftop terrace, nice hospitalty touches with candy and fruit and a glass of wine, staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beliggenheden - tæt på Ravnsborggade, Dronning Louises Bro og søerne. Lækker morgenmad og dejligt værelse.

Vil overveje at booke et værelse mod gården, der var meget varmt på værelset.

Altså, hovedpuden kunne have været bedre. Mest fordi der kom fjer ud af den. Men det er en lille ting.

Bra bemötande av personal. Vi åt inte frukost, kan inte uttala mig om det men det fanns vattenkokare och snabbkaffe på rummet, bra!!! Läget var bra. Rummet var lagom stort för två och balkongen uppskattades. Allt var rent och prydligt. Hissen var snabb.

Det var lite dammigt under sängen vilket tyder på att städningen kunde varit bättre, men annars var allt rent och fint. Bordet var onödigt stort.

Great location. Very easy to get the 5C bus from Norreport station. Room was basic but large, clean and very comfortable bed. Good shower etc. We were at the back of the hotel, and were able to have the window open overnight without it being too noisy.

Nothing, it was fine. Hotels in Copenhagen are very expensive so this seemed pretty good value for money.

The staff were super welcoming and friendly and let me check in half an hour earlier for no additional cost. The room was lovely: spacious, spotlessly clean with a high ceiling and huge window letting in loads of light. The neighborhood was really cool - lots of vintage clothing shops, cafes, restaurants and bars with a slightly alternative style. And just 15 mins walking or 5 mins on a bike to the historic centre.

Location. THis was a quick stay for one night between flights.

Mycket bra läge. Otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Älskade att de tänkte på matsvinnet - den personliga frukosten var utmärkt.

Die Straße ist sehr laut, bedingt durch die Gute Lage. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, mussten wir bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Für mich nur mit Gehörschutz möglich, für meinen Mann kein Problem. Parkplatz kostet 300 Kronen pro Tag

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es wurde auf Wunsch zusammengestellt. Die Aussicht vom Rooftop ist super. Man kann sich dort sehr gut aufhalten, es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Bei gutem Wetter kann man dort auch frühstücken. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Es gab leider keine überdachte Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit.

Reception staff very helpful in providing information. Room, clean and had all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Great location. Easy access to Trains and cafes etc..

Entrance to the hotel from the road ,doesn't justify the standard of the hotel, once we enter the reception.....

Location, for personal reasons. Also easy to walk across lakes and into city, historic centre, harbourside etc or get metro from Norreport.

Maybe just the noise from the street on weekend nights, but with the windows shut, it wasn’t too bad. (Double or triple glazed windows). We were on 2nd floor facing the street so in other rooms, noise might not be noticeable. It wasn’t so bad it affected our sleep, however.

The staff were great. We had a late check in because of delayed busses they were very accommodating. The room size was good.

Awesome location just on the other side of the lakes from the main downtown, in a more residential and hip/cool location. Also you can walk/run along the lakes which is nice! Room was enormous.

Bathroom was small, but that's typical for Denmark.

Very clean and modern room - we were on a renovated floor. Rooftop area wonderful - for lounging and reading a book between touring, also to enjoy complimentary glass of wine before dinner. Hotel’s excellent location - could walk everywhere or take local bus if preferred. Lots of multicultural restaurants in the area. Great front office staff.

Only (minor) complaint was that there was only one key for the room even though two of us. A little inconvenient at times.
