Room was incredibly small but had everything we needed for a few nights in London - most importantly, it was comfortable.

Complimentary wine and cheese was a lovely surprise.

No limpian las habitaciones sino estás más de 3 noches, no es acogedor, el personal muy poco amable y hasta para hacer el check out entre 11 y 12 horas te exigen un pago extra. Inaudito!

Positiva la posizione, l'ingresso e la hall con la possibilità di avere un ristorante/caffè dove mangiare.

Le dimensioni delle camere sono claustrofobiche, sono stata in altri hotel "capsula" simili ma con un livello di design, luminosità e dettagli tale da renderli comunque confortevoli sebbene le camere fossero di piccole dimensioni. Allo Z hotel i colori scuri degli arredi in più datati, la finestra (quando c'è) molto in alto, la porta che sembra quella di una vecchia nave...rendono tutto poco accogliente a prescindere dalle dimensioni.

Good location and easy to find. Very efficient check in and the room (below ground and without windows) was small but nicely equipped. Shower room was good and included body wash and shampoo. Good value for money and will stay again.

Breakfast was poor and very over-priced. Even pre-paying the night before to secure a discount, it was still poor value for money.

All was good.

I don’t believe that we got what we paid for. Queen room was supposed to be with the window, and we got it with some 20cm wide glass. We did not have time to complain and wait for a change so we stayed.

We didn't like the bathroom being in frosted glass, a walled off bathroom would have felt more private.

Aardig personeel. Schone kamers. Dichtbij ov stations. Toen de airco niet werkte in de hittegolf kregen we een ventilator die heel goed werkte. Daarna werden we de volgende dag overgeplaatst naar een andere kamer.

De kamer is echt wel klein. Eigenlijk is er geen plek om de koffer neer te leggen. Ook kon je elkaar vrij goed zien staan in de badkamer.

This chain is a bit like the Point A chain except worse. So you get a very small room, bed on one side, shower, toilet and sink at the other. A little desk in the middle. No wardrobe, but to be fair the hangers provided worked just as well. Decor in the room drab and dark - not uplifting at all. A sort of window. It cast some light but you couldn't look out of it.

Location was perfect for the Theatre and Chinatown. Staff were lovely. Room spotlessly clean. OK small and no window. But was perfect for a one night stay for us.

I really liked the area, room as well, clean, help when needed, staffs were lovely but I wish I had little light reduction option in restroom and I felt the space to walk was too small for two of us, congested to open the suitcases. Apart from that all went well. Thank you.

It’s a long review but take your time out to read. We booked a family room and they gave us bunk beds like a hostel. We ignored that thinking it was a one night stay and we can manage. What was surprising was that this was supposed to be a family room and they gave us a transparent bathroom. There was no closet space just hooks on the wall for us to hang our stuff. The plug points were no where near the beds which was highly inconvenient. We ignored everything because we were using the room just to sleep but when we did want to sleep the club/pub next door were blasting their music right next to our room. On talking to the staff they told us they can’t help us change the room despite our several inconveniences and gave us flimsy earplugs that didn’t help. They also said we should have “mentioned” that we don’t want transparent bathrooms which was the stupidest sentence considering we were traveling with family. We have lived in several hotels and we have never had such a bad room or experience.

Gute Lage, U-Bahn in der Nähe, nettes Personal. Zimmer klein, aber für 1-2 Nächte völlig ausreichend.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster zur Innenseite. Das war uns auch bewusst. Aber es hat keine Lüftung oder Klimaanlage funktioniert, dadurch war es nach einiger Zeit extrem stickig. Ich habe nachts die Zimmertür offen gehalten, damit etwa Luft reinkommt. Würde ich jetzt nicht nochmal ohne Fenster buchen.

You are not prepared for how small the rooms are when we first opened the door my jaw was on the floor for 5 minutes. The beds feel like sleeping on a sheet of wood.

great value for money. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms are compact but everything in there that was needed for a one night stay. Holborn tube station approx. a 5 minute walk away. Area felt very safe. Staff really friendly.

For what I paid I was very happy with the hotel.

The location is great, bus stops near by and everything in central London near by too. The reception area is pretty cool and nice place to chill / relax. Rooms were cleans and modern

The staff had an issue with giving me a wine glass to take to my room as they only had 4 clean ones left for the night (this was midnight) but I only needed one so wasn’t sure what the problem was. Also an incident happened between a very drunk couple from 22.30pm on wards and were allowed to carry on drinking even though I’d reported it to the staff (verbal abuse, shouting and swearing) think the hotel needs security

I love the location but most importantly I love the staff! They were really welcoming and friendly especially Mourika and Khaleel. I came early so my room wasn't ready but when I came back later that afternoon, they already left my luggage and backpack in the room. The location is amazing, literally a few steps from the Holborn Tube and 10mins to Euston. Walkable to everything including all the West Ends shows!

Fabulous location and very clean and modern room and facilities included Toiletries as well as tea and coffee etc Staff were very helpful! It was perfect for a quick overnight stay., not sure if you were staying longer it would suit

This wasn't a problem for me but the bed was very hard, which I prefer but not everyone would hence me dropping it down one score just for that

The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, the facilities were all great, check in/out was really easy. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Great shower even with only one spray setting on it. Really enjoyable stay, would definitely use a Z Hotel again.

Floor wasn't that clean going by the bottom of my socks but didn't particularly impact me. Couldn't open the window and view was just of the back of a building but the Aircon meant it wasn't desperately required.

Un hotel pratico, pulito, organizzato, personale giovane, solare e gentilissimo. Ottima posizione, a 2 passi dalla metro Holborn (linea rossa) che collega gran parte dei luoghi da visitare. Volendo si può anche arrivare in centro a piedi in circa 15/20 minuti.

The location was excellent — right in the heart of Holborn, close to everything and easy to get around. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the central setting made exploring London so convenient.

I liked the shower, but the room was very small and I feel like a spent my night in a box. There was no place to conduct any computer business. I'm 6' 3" so a larger room would have been more satisfying.

Fantastic location for exploring and going to the theatre and straight off the tube. Staff are fantastic, we had a wobble to begin with. Beds are super comfy, pillowed and duvets were lush, very clean

The only issue we have was I booked a family room, however the shower and toilet doors were see through, my girls are teenagers and with little room In the rooms it's wasn't suitable to get showered, we raised our concerns with the manager, having known we wouldn't have booked. However the manager moved us to another room where there was a separate level for the girls providing privacy for showering etc which was great, I will post. Out also I did contact the hotel prior to our visit as asked if there were any bigger rooms , and was told no, if the room we were moved to was an option to begin with. I would have booked that, however our original room Probably would be ok with younger children

It’s just important to consider that the rooms are tiny, but the service is fabulous, the location is great and the bed is super comfortable…. In my opinion is just lacking space to put things or to hang.

Great location for London tourism. Easy check in. Minimal staff interaction. Nice little lounge if you need to sit somewhere for a bit.

Very small room, which we expected, but the photos don’t really do justice to how tiny it actually is. Think Harry Potter’s bedroom, make it fun and you won’t be disappointed.

The hotel has an excellent location. In just a few minutes you can reach multiple sights and the tube station Holborn is super close. There are a lot of very nice places to stay for food or drink all around.

Staff is not very attentive. Also cleanliness is lacking. We had silverfish in the bathroom, i doubt the mechanical aircirculation for the windowless rooms is working correctly.

Room a bit small but waa suffixient. Can hear a bit noise through wall and also our sleep got interrupted by an alarm! Not sure if it was a fire alarm or smoke detector!

Just right for a short break in London centred on seeing a show. Amazing location, reasonable price for it, friendly staff, clean, quiet and comfortable room. But really small with only the bed to sit on. We expected that and didn’t spend any time at the hotel except to sleep anyway.

My sister and I had a queen room with a window each. We loved it. Excellent location; only a couple of minutes walk from the tube and ten minutes walk to Covent Garden. Very comfortable stay and immaculately clean rooms throughout the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really recommended for a very good budget stay. Will definitely stay again.

הכל!!! מיקום מעולה! קרוב 3 דק הליכה לרכבת ו-20 דק הליכה למרכז לונדון. מחיר מצויין בהשוואה לשאר לונדון הצוות מדהים, שירותי ואדיב. לא עניין אותי שהחדר יחסית קטן, הייתי לבד וזה בא לי בול. המיטה והכריות נוחות ומפנקות. החדר היה מצוחצח! מקלחת נקייה ומזמינה, זרם מעולה במקלחת.

הדבר היחידי - שיש מעלית אחת לכל האורחים במלון, לפעמים צריך טיפה להמתין. אבל זה לא משהו שיוריד מהציון של המלון המדהים הזה.

Łazienka mimo, że mleczne szkło było dosłownie wszystko widać. Słychać również. Pokój dwuosobowy, najlepiej spać samemu lub z kimś z rodziny. Z koleżanką czy znajomym nie polecam. Nie ma intymności. Na trzy noce pokój sprzątany raz i raz wymienione ręczniki. Pokój mikroskopijny. W sam raz tylko do spania, ale nie ma żadnej półki prócz stolika/ biura na którym jest czajnik i herbata. Słychać dźwięki z prysznica z innego pokoju.

I've already stayed here a couple of years ago so I know already that this is gonna be a good stay. I do like Z Hotels, yes the rooms are small but that's the whole idea. You get everything you need in the room and the TV is not only massive but you get all the movie and sports channels. As a Z Hotel I get things like a free early check in, a free late check out at 12pm instead of 11am. Best of all you get the free cheese and wine every night. This is a good location, just down from Holborn station and a short walk to Covent Garden etc. Yes I will stay here again but not before I've completed my list of London Z Hotels, I'm at 8 so hopefully I don't have many more to go 😁

The hotel is situated within walking distance of many attractions, including theatres, Oxford Street, and access to the underground to get to other attractions easily. The facilities are spotless clean and the staff are all helpful and friendly.

Top Location and overall great service

Really compact design but didn’t feel chlostraphobic. Good selection of tea and coffee in room and staff were really helpful. Room was ready when we arrived at 10am!!

Quirky hotel in a great location for theatre and shopping. A good price for a small room - perfect for me and my teenager. The free cheese & wine was a nice touch!

We stayed in a small room without a window (which we knew beforehand). I was staying with my teen and it was perfect for us, but I would imagine some might find the space 'tight'.
