Chambre pas entretenue pendant le séjour, bien qu’ils assurent que c’est nettoyé tous les 2 jours, j’ai du aller faire la demande spécifiquement à l’accueil. Au lieu de rester assis dans les escaliers à bloquer le passage tout en regardant des vidéos, le personnel ferait mieux de changer les draps de lit et de bain, ainsi que de nettoyer le sol et les espaces d’eau.

The staff were friendly and responsive.

The hotel was being refurbished which was not communicated at the point of booking. This was disruptive and not ideal.

Everything you could want for a one night stay - brilliant location. Rooms are small but perfectly functional.

Excellent breakfast for the price. Not enough staff to cope with the breakfast rush at 8.30-9am. Two available staff had too much to achieve and things ran out. The staff did a great job under adversity and remained in good spirits.

The room was not serviced each morning, we didn’t realise this had to be requested. Not enough teabags and milk were left to last as the rooms were not checked.

Just me, for one night. The convenience of the location was a real bonus

De eetzaal is erg ongezellig, het geschuif met de stoelen maakt een irritant hard lawaai. De prijzen voor een biertje, limonade etc zijn hoog, gelet op de ambiance. De kamer was nog kleiner dan we al verwachtten

La stanza al quarto piano si raggiungeva senza ascensore, nessun problema per noi ma immagino che lo sarebbe stato per qualcuno più anziano. Leggero odore di risalita dai tubi nel bagno, lasciando leggermente aperta la finestra tutto si risolveva velocemente.

It was good we had a window that opened a little. The panel on the wall was good, lights, window blinds, heating etc. Tea, and coffee , kettle etc and big bottle of filtered water was useful. Lovely easy to use tv.

There was no toilet roll in the bathroom but it was quickly remedied when we told reception. It was a Monday and we hadn't signed up for the loyalty card so we didn't get complimentary cheeseboard but because next day was Tuesday we DID get complementary coffees before leaving.

Great location, very clean and comfortable, good shower, nice towels and a very nice cafe. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. All hotels in central London are expensive but I’d say this is great value with that in mind. Perfect if you want somewhere for a night or two.

Nothing I didn’t like. The sliding door to the toilet doesn’t give much privacy.

Badezimmer etwas befremdlich (nur Milchglasabtrennung, nichtmal komplett nach oben und nach unten. Zudem Klimaanlage etwas laut, die Bedieneinheit dafür war träge und nicht wirklich hochwertig.

I like the location of hotel. I could move to different part of the attractions easily. The hotel looks nice and clean, and the service was great.

This part probably was my fault. I arrived earlier than my check in time, and they offered a room that was ready, but in a side of the building that didn't have elevator. I accepted it, but then was hard to take my luggage to my room that was in the third floor because the stairs were narrow, and I believe this room was smaller than usual.

The bed was comfortable and had comfortable pillows too. The tv was right at the bottom of the bed which was great for evening time. The shower was lovely and steamy. Provided us with tea and coffee for the morning, would’ve liked some biscuits though. Plenty of towels too and it was overall a very clean environment.

I would’ve liked some biscuits. The room was a bit on the chilly side with no carpets and air conditioning on not sure how to turn off.

Great location! Air conditioned Lift available (although there was just 1 available for the whole hotel, and it broke down frequently during my stay) Room cleaning every other day Although small, the room has got everything. The room size didn’t matter to me as I just needed a place to sleep.

Had an unpleasant experience at the start of my stay. I arrived very early in the morning to store my luggage at the hotel first before check in. Initially was told I could check back at 12pm to see if the room is ready earlier, which I really appreciated, and I did. Another staff member attended to me later when I returned, but he told me there is an early check-in fee if I were to check in now and there is no way around it. Although this was not communicated earlier, I still agreed to pay £30 as I really wanted to rest and did not want to be difficult about not being informed earlier. Soon after I paid, another staff adjacent to us attending to two men who were staying for a night in the hotel told them she can waive the early check in fee for them. I stood there hoping the staff attending to me would bring this discrepancy up first but no comments were made. I waited for those guests to leave, then raised this with him. He was also puzzled why she would do so, went on to explain himself and in the end apologised for the unfair situation and offered a refund. The manager came by, and this is where I felt the situation was handled poorly. The details are way too long to elaborate but the whole refund process felt very disorganised, no clear protocol and most importantly no apologies were made regarding the inconvenience I was going through due to lack of communication between the staff members but instead, the manager’s attitude made me feel like I created the inconvenience for them. I’m more than happy to elaborate on the events that occurred should the hotel decide to reach out.

La posizione dell'albergo è davvero perfetta, Covent Garden è abbastanza centrale, rispetto alle attrazioni principali della città. Intorno ci sono tanti negozi, ristoranti con tanti tipi di cucina e possibilità di girare tanto senza mai annoiarsi! La mia stanza era perfetta, più grande rispetto a quella che avevo prenotato, perché essendo arrivata prima per il check-in era libera e mi è stata assegnata, era al quinto piano senza ascensore, ma personalmente non è stato un problema fare i piani a piedi.

Assolutamente niente. Forse l'unica cosa da sapere è che non c'era un armadio, ma 4 ganci con delle grucce, per me sono state abbastanza, però magari in due poteva essere poco, se si ha l'esigenza di disfare la valigia.

I’ve stayed here and at the Z Hotel in Gloucester Road Marylebone. The price point for both is good given the location, rooms have all you need and are clean. Despite being near a busy road, I couldn’t hear traffic at night. The only slightly frustrating thing was no phone in the room to call reception (Gloucester Road)

We were on the third floor and the lift wasn’t working. Had to ask for room service and extra toilet paper. Very small room. No where for clothes so we had to live out of suitcases for 3 days

Part of the hotel doesn’t have lift access so we had to walk up & down multiple flights of stairs with luggage. This wasn’t clear when we booked but we only had small bags so it wasn’t a problem for us. It could be a problem for others.

The room was small but functional. It was really quiet which is fantastic for the heart of London. The free cheese and wine was a lovely bonus.

The tv didn’t work properly in the room, it kept going blank or completely switching off, but we didn’t need it so no big deal for us.

There was a large construction site at the front of the hotel which did not offer the best impression, but it was cleared and the front reopened on the last day of my stay. I had a no window room in the basement and on the way down there was a present smell of moist walls. In the rooms this smell was not present!

Location was great, very central to where I wanted to be. Room was fine, bed very comfortable. Seemed to be quite quiet which was nice.

Shower was not so clean, hairs were in the drain. When I booked I was asked what sweet treats I liked as they would provide something, this didn't happen, and although was an additional gesture not part of the experience, it felt like getting your hopes up and not following through which was a bit disappointing.

Once I was moved to a room with air con it was fine. My first room had just a small fan in a heatwave. The bed and the shower were great, and I love the room with no windows so no risk light gets in around the curtains.

Giving me a room with no air con initially and having the pain of asking to be moved. The air con was also limited so the room still wasn't quite cool enough to sleep.

In the past when I’ve stayed in rooms that small, the showers can be very tight. But this one was a good size!

The basement room was good value, not having a window wasn’t an issue for us. The room was clean and spacious with a really comfortable bed. It’s a super convenient location and we were really happy with the price and would happily stay there again.

The only downside was the bathroom is behind a glass door which you can see through. When you close the door, there is a gap between the edge of the bathroom door and the wall so not much privacy or soundproofing!

The air conditioning that was a factor when booking the hotel in summer but wasn’t working - I wasn’t told about this in advance and there was no offer for any kind of compensation - the fan provided did keep the room cool but it was too noisy to keep it on when trying to sleep - room was in the basement and there was also a lot of very loud overhead noise - as if furniture was being moved around - during the night which also kept me awake. So not a good night’s sleep I’m afraid.

The hotel was amazing,bthe rooms are OK size for central London. The lady (with the coloured hair) on the bar was amazing, and really made the experienced worthwhile!!

The bathrooms within the rooms are not very private, with frosted glass which shows most things people don't want to see.

The property has an excellent location. Most of the city spots can be done by walking. The area is also surrounded by excellent bars and restaurants. It is great!

Unfortunately we were not so lucky with the room, since there was a leak in the shower that kept the floor wet. Also, the air conditioner was playing a noise that it was hard to miss. We notified the reception and the air conditioner issue was solved, however the leak kept going until we left.

I began and ended my first international trip to England at Z Hotels Covent Garden and Bath. I knew it was a lovely hotel with amazing central locations right away but then I had few days staying at other hotels… let’s just say you don’t appreciate what you have until it’s gone. A few days later retuning to the Covent Garden location felt like coming home. Beautiful, clean, with friendly service and special amenities. Thank you! Can’t wait to return someday!

La habitación muy linda, pero muy chica.

The hotel is well located for visiting other parts of London which are only walking distance from the hotel. The area also excellent places where you can eat or buy a coffee. On my next visit to London I would definitely stay here again.

Having to walk up 5 flights of stairs to my room whereas the other part of the hotel has a lift for other guests to use.

The staff were lovely, my room was ready at 11am and I could check in then at no extra charge which was excellent. The rooms were clean and oat milk was provided which was great! An ideal location for the theatre. I was in the queen room and it was the perfect size for a solo traveller.

However the noise from people using the stairwell woke me at multiple times throughout the night. I was in room 320. There was no noise coming from the street outside, but the staff/other guests using the stairs meant that my sleep was interrupted many times. They weren't speaking loudly or banging, just the stairs themselves seemed to be very noisy, which meant that every time they were used I would wake.

The location was perfect. It was very close to the subway, excellent restaurants, and the theatre. There is also an amazing wine bar next door!

Excellent location, very friendly staff, no problem storing luggage. Family room (double bunk bed) worked well for a mother with two teenage daughters, and was a good price.

The location was pretty much perfect. The room was also clean and the airconditioning worked very well.

The room was tiny. The bathroom was partitioned off with frosted glass, so there was no privacy when using the toilet. I arrived early and was told the room would be ready by 1:30 or 2, but I waited passed 3 and was then told there was a delay due to maintenance on thr ac units and because I “chose a special room” I would have to wait. Only then did a manager intervene and got me booked into an available room. We also ran out of body wash, and when I told the front desk they gave me attitude and insisted it would be replaced. It wasn’t -prompting us to buy our own soap. On top of all this, I requested my check-out day to be lessened by one as my travel plans changed. The request was denied via the booking.com portal. Then when I checked out the day early, the woman at the front desk all but interrogated me as to why I was leaving early. As if I needed to give her or any of the staff any kind of explanation. She did remind me that there would be no refund. So, there’s that. Oh, yes, and the lift was out of service a good chunk of my stay to boot. So - never going back there again

Du må være forberedt på at rommet er lite. Badet har glassvegger og er litt lytt inn til soverom. Mangler knagger på badet.

Booked just a day before and when we reached there we were told that the room is in basement and there is no aircon. The fan they gave was sweeping the whole night. The room was suffocating. I was claustrophobic and had to leave the door open to get fresh air. They offered us complimentary breakfast which was quite basic. I wished they shud have informed us prior of this. We are local and just wanted to stay overnight after a few drinks around in the area. Very dissatisfied n disappointed indeed.

The smelly carpet as you walk into the hall leading to the hotel rooms.Also, the ground floor room without window was very warm and felt compact.There was a portable fan which made a little difference. There is no air circulation!l would suggest picking a room with a window.
