Die Lage ist ideal, das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer schön.

Der hoteleigene Parkplatz im Innenhof ist zwar ideal, jedoch hat das Tor nicht funktioniert (konnte nicht geschlossen werden) -> Einladung für Diebe, unsere Bikes wurden gestohlen! Dieses Tor muss zwingend funktionstüchtig gemacht werden.

Ma chambre était située au dernier étage. La fenêtre était donc assez haute et en retrait, ce qui ne permettait pas vraiment de profiter de la vue, mais la chambre bénéficiait malgré tout d’une bonne luminosité. L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le quartier de Vesterbro, avec de nombreux bars, cafés et restaurants à proximité, ainsi qu’un supermarché, ce qui est très pratique.

La salle de bains mériterait une petite modernisation : elle est fonctionnelle, mais son style un peu daté contraste avec le reste de l’hôtel.

The hotel is in a really convenient location and has a really nice vibe

Unfortunately housekeeping started really early during our stay. From 9-11AM we heard a lot of loud cleaning noise, vacuuming, furniture being moved in the rooms above and next to us, and the walls are very thin in this old building. We would have loved to sleep in longer on our vacation but we were woken up by cleaning multiple times

The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the healthy and beautiful breakfast! Lovely atmosphere. We loved sitting outside on the balcony each morning and evenings.

Sehr schönes, stylisches Zimmer mit überdachtem Balkon. Das Zimmer war groß. Das Bett ist eher schmal. Die Bequemlichkeit ist wie immer Geschmacksache. Ich fand es ok, mein Mann fand es sehr bequem. Frühstück ist sehr lecker.

Das Frühstücksangebot insbesondere die Auswahl ist für den Preis zu gering. Der gute Kaffee muss extra bezahlt werden. Hohe Zimmerpreise. Parken auch sehr teuer.

Very nice and lovely hotel. We have travelled as a family with our dog and enjoyed our stay an the breakfast very much. 🙏

Personeel, locatie en ontbijt allemaal erg goed.

Kamer viel erg tegen, was een zolderkamer en heel summier aangekleed. Badkamer was klein met ouderwets en goedkoop douchegordijn. Eerder in Guldsmeden hotel verbleven, maar deze kamer komt niet in de buurt van wat ik normaal bij deze hotels krijg. Teleurstellend.

Beautiful but casual style with excellent breakfast and hospitality!

The room is small but nice, cozy and comfortable, high ceilings make it more spacious, bathroom is well-equipped. The location is convenient both to train station, center and trendy cafes&shops.

We had an issue with the room and the way it was handled at reception was very disappointing. The room was on 1 floor facing a busy street. The window was antique wooden window and with fully closed window we still heard every car passing by so loudly as if we were trying to sleep directly on the street. My friend couldn't sleep with level of noise even with earplugs. It is indeed our fault for not throughly checking the propbability of this issue with this hotel in advance, however when we asked at the reception for any possible solution: a room switch, an upgrade of the room for any price asked, an additional single room at least on another floor if facing courtyard not possible or a partial refund because we would need to move to another hotel if any chages here were not possible, because full sleep deprivation completely ruined our weekend trip. At reception we were told that they are fully booked (at the moment of first inquiry woth this issue there were a couple of rooms available on booking com, later they were indeed booked), we were told that it's on us that we chose a hotel in a busy city location and we shouldn't do so if we are so sensitive and they don't believe that the windows are so not sound proof and they were not even trying to be sorry. When we asked for at least small refund (we booked 3 nights but were trying to move out on the first evening, so not just one night, even half of one day would be a nice gesture, even 100 eur out of our 750 bill) they told us it's impossible due to booking via booking com and their rules. Moreover our security deposit of 500 DKK wouldn't be released util our initially plnned check out day, because they can't change it even if do move out. So we have not just suffered from the noise, but from attitude not even attempting empathetic response and have lost a lot of money. Another issue was that the wifi didn't connect to internet on the day we were there trying to work.

Hotellet är omöjligt att hitta med bil. Läget är i det närmaste uselt. Rummet var litet (det visste jag), badrummet var litet och obekvämt med en dusch som läckte. Frukosten var lika usel som resten. Parkering är inte bara omöjligt, utan fruktansvärt dyrt och den okunniga och ointresserade personalen gjorde inte saken bättre.

Super beliggenhet på Fredriksberg - og for en luksus med tilgang til sikker parkering rett ved siden av! Vi fikk til og med ladet bilen over natten. Kunne ikke blitt bedre. Jeg hadde bedt om et stille rom mot bakgården - og fordi vår romtype var fullbooket mot bakgården ble vi oppgradert. Det er god service <3.

Jeg synes badet var veldig kaldt - ingen varm på kalde fliser. Og litt for lite plass til å få satt fra seg toalettsaker. Badekaret på rommet kunne vært droppet når man har dusj - det ble for plasskrevende og gjorde badet upraktisk.

Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr fein, ansprechend und auch für mich gut möglich. Trinke keine Milch und esse keinen Weizen, trotzdem hatte ich eine grosse Auswahl :-)

Das Zimmer zu dritt war eher klein und die Bettqualität mässig gut (Einzelbett)

The area was convenient enough for some of the things we wanted to do. With the balcony door (which we had to leave open all night for air circulation) it was decently quiet which was a relief.

It was quite hot in Copenhagen during our stay so no air conditioning definitely made it less comfortable. The rooms felt small and if we hadn’t decided to book a more expensive room with a balcony it would not have been livable for our week long stay. The staff weren’t as friendly as we would have hoped for, especially since we had an extended stay, and if we asked for anything extra (a towel or pillow) we were told a definitive no. That didn’t feel very accommodating, helpful or friendly.

Hotel in guter Lage, alles war in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Dass bei einem Frühstück um 26 Euro eine Tasse Cappuccino mit 7 Euro Aufpreis (ohne Ankündigung) aufgeschlagen wird, war schon unerwartet und heftig.

Hygiene was in orde. Bedden waren ok.

Zodra ik geboekt had, kreeg ik e-mails en whatsapp-berichten over upgrades: grotere kamers, caravans... Ik had 2 kamers voor 2 nachten geboekt, en een stevige prijs betaald. Door de appjes begreep ik dat ik een verkeerde keuze had gemaakt. Ik ging nu met een rotgevoel naar het hotel. De bloedhete kamer aan de straatzijde en het lawaai maakten het er niet beter op. Zonde van het geld.

De kamer was veel te warm om in te slapen. Er was geen airco , wel een klein ventilatortje wat de kamer niet kon verkoelen . Weinig keuze bij het ontbijt en het was iedere dag hetzelfde. Slecht prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Ik zal dit hotel aan niemand aanbevelen.

I thought this hotel was an 8+ - not exceptional, nothing to complain about either. Personally I liked the decor in the rooms but in the common spaces it felt a bit “on stereoids” and gimmicky. Location is convenient but a bit noisy due to a busy street. The genuinely friendly staff was the best part of our stay!

A bit more worn out than the pictures let on. It’s worth noting that they use a lot of fragranced products in the rooms and as a person sensitive to certain components in them, I struggled with it a bit. However, this is a personal issue and not a problem to most people.

Great central location, friendly staff, cool vibe, especially with the Airstream campers in the courtyard

Guests used the table directly outside our Airstream (camper 1) while we were out, leaving litter and an ashtray full of.cigarette butts. Toilet and door lock on Airstream both inconvienently broke during our short 1-night stay. The staff handled issues well and promptly the next morning, but disappointing nontheless considering what we paid.
