Die Lage war unschlagbar für unsere Reise nach London. Das Zimmer war sauber, vielleicht etwas Schimmel in der Dusche, Personal absolut freundlich, Zimmer klein aber total ruhig, rund um die Uhr essen und Getränke möglich… absolutes Plus nach einer west end show !

Etwas Moder in der Dusche Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden

The location is great and most of the staff were friendly. Room is functional and shower was lovely. cafe good value too.

One female member of staff at reception in particular was really unhelpful and needs retrained in customer service. Rooms need a touch extra love

Perfekte Lage für einen Theaterbesuch am Piccadilly Circus. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Habe mein Gepäck morgens abgestellt am Nachmittag war es schon auf dem Zimmer.

The pillows were incredibly flimsy and hard to sleep on comfortably. Also my window looked directly into offices next door so wasn’t very private.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the entire stay. The location was perfect, in the center of so many things to do. The coffee and lunch were delicious.

IDe bedden stonden stijf tussen 2 wanden. Voor 2 volwassenen is het absoluut te krap. Mijn kamer stonk enorm naar 'riool'. Personeel geprobeerd er wat aan te doen, maar in de nacht kwam het terug

O tamanho do quarto, minúsculo. As toalhas cheiravam muito mal, todas elas, mesmo após trocarem. Chão da casa de banho feito de um plástico nojento, só se toma bem banho de chinelos. Fraca qualidade dos móveis.

It is in a great location, very close to Piccadilly Circus and Soho.

The lower level rooms didn’t have any cell signal. They did have wifi, but it wasn’t the fastest.

The location is excellent and very convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

The room was extremely small, even for two people. The bathroom/toilet has a sliding glass door that does not close properly, so there is practically no privacy when two people are sharing the room. The staff were acceptable, but nothing particularly noteworthy. Unfortunately, our room was directly opposite the elevator, and the sound insulation was poor. We could hear the elevator and people coming and going throughout the night, which was quite disturbing.

It was clean and a reasonable price for London. It was in a convenient location near to lots of theatres and an underground.

The room was very small and enclosed,not good if you get claustrophobic.. The room felt very much like being in a box . But it was fine for one night. Next time I'd pay a bit more for a window. The stairway up to reception could have had the handrails wiped ,they were sticky .That's my only comment on the cleaning .Tge room itself was very clean.

Hôtel très bien situé, à moins de 5 minutes à pied de Piccadilly Circus. L’établissement est propre et la literie était impeccable. La chambre est certes petite, mais elle dispose de l’essentiel pour un séjour à Londres.

Le seul point négatif : aucune chaîne française n’était disponible à la télévision, uniquement des chaînes anglaises.

La posizione è davvero perfetta, a pochi passi troviamo sia soho, che Piccadilly, che covent garden. La finestra della camera era molto bella.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They even moved us to a slightly larger room to facilitate my wife's wheelchair access. The location in the West End was perfect for attending theatre shows.

The rooms are really small! It is what it is, but if that could be made more clear on the booking site, it would be a good thing to know ahead of time.

Perfect location. Amazing staff room was clean and everything we need. Only down side was the mattress was like sleeping on a sheet of steel. Other than that the whole trip was great

Loved the central location and the room itself was quite nice. The bed is really comfortable and I felt like 'coming home' every night after a busy day in London.

The design of the room means the bathroom is a little cramped. As a solo traveler this wasn't an issue, but I would have gotten annoyed if I was with my partner.

I have stayed at various Z Hotels in London over the years and some a number of times. This stay here met my expectations (actually beat them*) so was pleased. As I will explain below, I know the concept well (there are other similar concept chains) and admittedly this occasion arrived late afternoon with another guest complaining about the upper-floor room window not opening and a too-hot room. A fan was provided. Turned out, for me, my room was as I expected and staff I encountered were very pleasant. *There are varying reviews here of this property - some excellent, others scathing. For me, it's a concept hotel: room with very limited square footage, internal without windows and I think an over spec for a 3*** hotel: clean rooms, sheets and towels; air-con, water + coffee/tea; rain shower; and pleasant staff. My advice is read the website - then there should be no surprises. I f you expect a clean, neat 3*** room and other facilities, you will be pleased. I was.

Habitación extremadamente pequeña, cama doble de pared a pared con acceso desde un solo lado. Aire acondicionado deficiente. Pasamos calor, cuando en el exterior había sólo 20° Las ventanas no se pueden abrir.

This hotel is in an absolutely perfect location. So close to Piccadilly, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square etc. all really easy and quick to get to. So many theatres all Around it. The rooms are compact but everything you need and beds are really comfortable and it’s very clean.

Location was great, room spotless. We had a drink in the bar but no food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, price was fair for its location.

We expected the room to be small and have no windows but the bed against the wall made it uncomfortable and we were next to the lift so heard the elk from that throughout the night.

It’s central located and near to public transportation. The bed was very comfortable.

I asked for a UK adaptor, but the reception didn’t have any, so I was obligated to search in the near local stores and buy it. The room wasn’t totally clean.

El colchon duro no lo siguiente, debe ser desde l’inicio del hotel, el aire acondicionado no funcionava correctamente y el personal n hace ni el minimo esfuerzo para entender-te (otro idioma). Podria haver una neverita en la habitacion y mas espacio para poder guardar la ropa.

The hotel night rates are quite expensive considering how small the rooms are. Also, my room at the underground floor had a mould smell due to its restrict ventilation.

I would especially like to commend the staff for their professionalism, particularly Karolina, who showed exceptional dedication and was extremely helpful. Thank you very much!

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were wonderful.

We could hear running water from the room above‘s shower and there was a flickering light in our air vent all night.

Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi da Piccadilly Circus e Leicester square ma in una strada tranquilla. Buona la colazione sia dolce che salata. Camere moderne ma piccole: il letto matrimoniale alla francese è troppo piccolo per due persone , un lato è attaccato al muro . La persona che dorme lato muro deve scavalcare l altra per alzarsi. Il bagno non è isolato dal resto della camera, lo separa una parete a vetri che non arriva fino al soffitto. Non c è un armadio ma solo delle grucce appese ad una parete.

It was very central to where I wanted to be for what I wanted to do in London. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

We used to stay here quite frequently before COVID and the rooms and bed doesn't look like they have been done up, or replaced since then.
