La habitación era estupenda, tanto el baño como el dormitorio eran comodísimos. Y no contábamos con un salón tan espacioso. Para disfrutar del desayuno y la piscina hay que ir al hotel Teatro, que está literalmente a 2 minutos andando. El desayuno es simplemente espectacular lo bueno que está todo.

Por decir algo, la piscina cierra a las 7, un poco pronto.

The association with the Theatro hotel for beach/pool/awesome breakfast is a must (I loved the DJs in the afternoon too) . We really enjoyed our stay. The staff of Nuovo was also very niece, with great advices.

Wir jetzt zum zweiten Mal im Nuovo Crete by Sea und es hat uns wieder extrem gut gefallen! Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal um die Insel zu erkunden. Das Studio ist gut ausgestattet, der Balkon riesig und das Schwestern Hotel bietet jeglichen Komfort! Der Pool ist hervorragend zum entspannen und das Personal äußerst freundlich! Der direkte Zugang zum Meer auch ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Die Preise von der Poolbar sind hoch, ansonsten gibt es nichts Negatives zu sagen!

Chambre pas du tout lumineuse et mal agencée, pas d’espace, les photos sont trompeuses, le nettoyage et changement de serviettes n’est fait que sur 3 jours et pas tous les jours comme les hotels normaux

Une ambiance profondément crétoise, authentique et chaleureuse, où la filoxenia — cette merveilleuse hospitalité grecque — prend tout son sens. Une atmosphère simple et généreuse, faite de sourires, de convivialité, de partage et de rencontres, où l’on se sent rapidement comme chez soi. Ici, l’hospitalité n’est pas seulement un service : c’est un véritable art de vivre, une façon d’accueillir l’autre avec le cœur et de lui faire découvrir la douceur de vivre, la générosité et l’âme de la Crète. La propreté est irréprochable et le souci du design de l’établissement et des logements est une belle réussite !!! J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le fait que je puisse profiter de mon logement (j’ai eu trois logements différents car j’ai réservé un peu tard dans la saison) plus tôt que prévu afin de ne pas rester « entre deux eaux », et garder le dernier logement un peu plus tard que prévu, prenant un vol en fin de journée. Je préciserais également la situation idéale, à deux pas de la plage et du petit centre touristique qu’est Amoudara (tavernes, boutiques, supermarchés, arrêt de bus…) et le fait de pouvoir bénéficier gratuitement des aménagements de la plage de l’hôtel partenaire Teatro, situé a quelques dizaines de mètres. We stayed here just for one night while passing through, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very quiet, allowing us to get a great night's sleep on an incredibly comfortable bed. To top it off, the receptionist was exemplarily polite and welcoming.

La possibilità di utilizzare i servizi della struttura Teatro nelle vicinanze, molto bella e ben curata, compresi lettini lato piscina e lato mare, docce etc. Anche la colazione a la carte presso la struttura é molto buona. La gentilezza estrema di tutto il personale comprese le signore delle pulizie.

Avevo richiesto due letti separati e purtroppo non é stato possibile averne. La stanza era piuttosto piccolina e al piano terra pur avendo una bella terrazza non garantisce alcuna privacy.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido bastante decepcionante. Nos hemos alojado durante dos noches y, desde el primer momento, la habitación no estaba correctamente limpia: encontramos polvo, manchas y migas por diferentes zonas. El segundo día decidimos darle una oportunidad y esperábamos que la limpieza mejorara, pero únicamente hicieron la cama, prácticamente tirando la sábana hacia arriba. Las mismas migas y el polvo seguían exactamente en el mismo sitio, no nos cambiaron ni las toallas del suelo. Además, durante la noche tuvimos problemas con la electricidad, ya que la luz se encendía y apagaba continuamente, y también hubo bastante ruido, lo que hizo que el descanso fuera muy malo, el teléfono sonaba constantemente porque se iba la luz, sin dejarnos descansar. En general, nos vamos con una sensación muy negativa. Por el precio y, sobre todo, por tratarse de un hotel, esperábamos unos mínimos de limpieza, mantenimiento y descanso que no se han cumplido.

The hotel is clean, cozy, and comfortable. They offer a variety of excursions and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Airport transfers can also be easily arranged. There is a hotel nearby that serves delicious breakfasts and great coffee. It also has an incredibly beautiful and stylish relaxation area by the pool and on the beach. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included in the price, while other options, such as beds or bungalows, need to be reserved in advance. The atmosphere is relaxed and safe. It was a great time!

Bathroom were not cleaned properly, mirrors and shower were dirty, too noisy, you can literally hear everything that is going on the stairs, too small wardrobe if you stay longer than 3-4 days

Lovely staff, very welcoming and helpful. Room was modern with comfortable beds. The sister hotel with beach and pool access was an easy 2 minute walk away. Great location.

Couch was uncomfortable. Our room wasn't very private as was on ground floor by reception so people could see into the rooms via windows.

Parcheggio disponibile proprio davanti alla struttura. Colazione ottima, ricca e di qualità. Molto apprezzata anche la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente sia della spiaggia che della piscina, il tutto accompagnato da una piacevole atmosfera con musica live e DJ.

Шикарное расположение, всё находится в радиусе 200м, пляж, рестораны, супермаркет. Очень отзывчивый персонал, удобные номера, очень вкусные завтраки в соседнем beach-hotel.

Море рядом. Завтрак восхитительный (дают меню и можно выбрать всё необходимое). Лежаки у моря свободны от заведения где проходят завтраки.

Телевизор в номере это разочарование. При его отсутствии минусов бы не было.

Zimmer Nr 103 riecht modrig, Toilettenspülkasten defekt, das Wasser lief die ganze Nacht! Spülbecken in der Küchenzeile schmutzig. Am letzten Aben fanden wir im Zimmer 3 tote Kakerlaken! Das hinzugezogene Personal konnte keine Abhilfe schaffen. Wir können das Hotel nicht empfehlen!

Pas de nettoyage profond de la chambre ( l’évier et toilette pas bien nettoyé) L’accès piscine aux clients de Nuovo n’est pas garantie ( ils priorisent les reservations extérieurs et donc j’ai parlé plusieurs fois avec la responsable pour avoir une place au bord de la piscine en me disant qu’il n y a pas de place, heureusement que sa collègue étant plus gentille et m’a laissé prendre une poufs le temps qu’une transats se libère )

Apartmans are great 👍🏻, clean, functional and nice. There is sisters hotel 2 minutes walk where breakfast is served. Breakfast is awesome, see side and pool is equipped with sunbeds of high quality. Staff is with in one word awesome: helpful, organized and hospitality is over the top.

Vorig jaar hier ook 12 dagen geweest, super appartement met dito zusterhotel om de hoek met alles erop en eraan. aanrader voor iedereen. Goed ontbijt A la Cart.

de kussens maar dat is een persoonlijk iets. Zijn hoog en hard. Hou van dun en zachte kussens. Vorig jaar had je ook een ontbijt hoek waar je sapjes zelf kon halen en een paar kleine dingetjes zoals koekjes en cakejes. Dit was nu weg gehaald. De Yoghurt bowl en de pancakes waren lekker maar vorig jaar waren ze nog lekkerder.

Very clean and friendly stuff. They can help with any requests you have or give some guidance around the area. The fact that is part of Enorme hotels and we could benefit of all facilities of Enorme hotel was a great plus (good breakfast, free access by the pool and by the beach)

The room assigned us was quite small, and it did not had a proper wardrobe (it had a small one, where the fridge was stored) making it slightly inconvenient for a long term vacation. But the stuff were very helpful to find a solution and we could accommodate it in the end.

Ein modernes und wunderschönes Hotel. Es hat uns wirklich begeistert! Alles war perfekt sauber. Besser geht es nicht! Die Zimmer sind groß, modern und sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Wir haben nichts Negatives gefunden. Alles war perfekt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ένα πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο, μεγάλο άνετο κρεβάτι, άνετο μπαλκόνι, πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Εξαιρετική ασφάλεια εφόσον μπορούσαμε να μπούμε μόνο με κάρτα στο κατάλυμα. Είχαμε τη δυνατότητα να πάμε στο beach bar παραδίπλα και να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την πισίνα.

Huoneisto oli reilun kokoinen, viihtyisä ja siisti. Sisäänkirjautuminen yöaikaan oli sujuvaa ja sisarhotellin palvelut olivat todella hyvät. Alue on rauhallinen ja auton sai suoraan hotellin eteen parkkiin.

Huoneiston äänieristys melko heikko, tämä vaivasi tosin vain yhtenä iltana kun lähellä oli jokin konsertti. Aamiaisen saaminen sisarhotellilla oli useimpina aamuina hidasta mutta näköala istuskella oli kaunis. Sisarhotellin allas alue ja ranta olivat todella upeat, miinuksena että tuo allas alue on siis myös julkisessa käytössä ja tiettyinä päivinä kun paikalla soitti dj oli allas aivan tupaten täynnä ulkopuolisia ihmisiä joten ei kovin yksityinen saatika rauhallinen paikka viettää päivää ja tästä miinusta.

Deuxième réservation dans cette établissement. Cette fois ci pour mes proches. Ils ont adoré le logement. Personnel très très très gentil. Ce qui leur a aussi beaucoup plu c’est la variété dans le petit déjeuner.

L’accès à la piscine de l’hôtel Enorme Teatro beach juste à côté et le petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel Enorme avec vue magnifique sur la mer et la piscine. Réceptionnistes de l’appartement sympas. L’appartement est proche de l’aéroport. Le restaurant de l’hôtel Enorme a un menu délicieux, chaque plat à un goût exceptionnel nous avons mangé à l’hôtel quasiment tous les soirs. La piscine de l’hôtel Enorme est superbe, possible de commander à manger sur les transats et bon dj qui met l’ambiance l’après-midi! Mention spéciale pour Dimitra, très souriante, sympathique et agréable.

Quelques points qui pourraient être améliorés mais n’ont pas affecté plus que ça notre séjour : Pourrait être plus propre, les tiroirs n’étaient pas propres. De plus, nous avons demandé de passer l’aspirateur au bout de 3-4 jours mais il restait encore des cheveux par terre. Manque de place pour les habits à 3 personnes nous avons du mettre une partie dans les placards de la cuisine. Coussins trop hauts et durs. Personnel de l’hôtel Enorme assez froid en général.

Chambres spacieuses, modernes et propreté irréprochables. Le petit déjeuner au Enorme Theatro était succulent. On a aimé le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel qui sont toujours là pour le client avec un sourire et aident avec plaisir en cas de besoin.

Il faut être difficile de trouver quelque chose qu'on aime pas. Tout était parfait.

Great apartment, separate bedroom and large shower. Very nice balcony with sea view. Just a few minutes away from the beach, and from the main street with restaurants and shops. We stayed two nights before flying back and were very happy.

Just to note that all hotel facilities are located 3 minutes walking in the sister hotel "Enorme Teatro"; that includes pool, bar, breakfast and beach access. Enorme Teatro is generally a beautiful beach club, but unfortunately staff there is very inexperienced and slow. Breakfast is served and took a long time to get to our table. Waiters generally seemed uncoordinated, and one spilled a whole cocktail over us and did very little to help us clean up.

I ended up wishing I could stay longer! The room was comfortable, with a great bed and plenty of space for one person. The staff was incredibly welcoming, but what really set this stay apart was the fantastic beach club access. The pool is amazing, and having direct access to the beach with free sunbeds was a huge plus. The food at the beach club was delicious, and the hospitality throughout my stay was wonderful.

Tolles Frühstück à la Carte im Schwesterhotel, wenige Fußminuten entfernt mit Blick aufs Meer (gerne trauen auch mehr als ein Gericht zu bestellen!) Strandzugang, Liegen und Pool vom Schwesterhotel kostenlos nutzbar. Sehr schönes Ambiente! Betten sehr bequem, Zimmer sauber. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Auswahl an Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Frühstück hat durch das Bestellen etwas gedauert, also lieber etwas mehr Zeit einplanen. Ansonsten alles top.

Der nahe Strand war voll Müll und gefährliche Holzsplitter. Wir waren eine Nacht im Hotel, wegen Rückreise. Für uns ideal.

Gute und Ruhige Lage in zweiter Reihe, Ausstattung der Zimmer wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Parken war bequem auf der Straße möglich,ganz umsonst. Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung waren so ❤️herzlich. Das Frühstück wird im Teatro eingenommen welches nur 2 min entfernt am Strand liegt und ist sehr gut, ebenso der BeachClub und die Liegen sind Gratis.

Das Personal war sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sauber und die Terrasse unheimlich groß.

The property was nice and clean and very close to the beach. The breakfast was very good, served at a really nice hotel, 3 minutes away from Nuovo, near the sea. Bus station at 5 min walking. The staff was kind, friendly and willing to help.

We stayed 2 nights when we arrived to Crete and stayed 2 more nights before returning home. It is 15min from the airport. Hotel was very nice, comfortable and good size room, very clean, very comfortable bed, bathroom was big and comfortable. Breakfast is served at their hotel at the seaside 5 minutes walk from hotel, very satisfying breakfast, very nice pool and seaside facilities.

The hotel was located in a quiet area but not far from the beach and the main street for restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the included breakfast at the other hotel by the beach and we had access to their sunbeds there.

Personalul a fost foarte amabil,curatenie se face zilnic,locatia aproape de plaja si facilitatile de la hotelul partener de 4 stele unde este o piscina superbă si sezlonguri la plaja privata gratuit.

Camera este un pic cam inghesuita,nu ai macar o masuta sa poti bea cafeaua. Balconul este groaznic deoarece este la fix 2 metrii de cladirea de vis-a-vis si practic dai mana cu vecinul. Camera nu are nici un pic de vedere.

Le lien avec l'autre établissement ou se trouve la piscine et ou l on doit se rendre pour le petit déjeuner. Cette ambiance ne nous a pas plu ainsi que des tarifs bien élevés . Quartier assez surprenant en arrivant qui se révèle très calme .

Schön, Strandnähe

Leider wurden wir am Samstagmorgen früh von den Reinigungsdamen geweckt, da sie direkt vor unserem Schlafzimmerfenster laut gesprochen haben. Dadurch konnten wir nicht mehr weiterschlafen. Abgesehen davon hat jedoch alles gepasst und unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

The bed was comfortable

The definition of sea view here is extremely subjective. When I book a room with a sea view, I expect to be directly on the beach or at least have an unobstructed view. Instead, this hotel is not beachfront, and you only guess the sea between buildings and trees. It feels like a way to charge more without delivering the experience. Breakfast is also misleading. It’s not served in the hotel — you have to walk about 120 meters to a place called Teatro on the beachfront. It’s not a buffet either; you must order à la carte, which naturally limits what you can have. We booked a studio with two bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, but the glass bathroom door offers almost no privacy, which is not ideal for families. Overall, the stay felt too expensive for what we actually got.

Es moderno , limpio, cómodo. desayuno a la carta muy rico. en una playa muy cerca. tiene una pequeña cocina.

El baño es muy chico y se moja todo cuando te duchas. el servicio del desayuno es muy lento. tenés que calcular una hora para desocuparte. las almohadas son de un solo tipo muy altas y duras.

Modern, spacious, quiet, good place to rest

No space to put stuff anywhere, maybe a shelf in the bathroom would have been nice or an extra shelf or something in the room where to put stuff like keys, phone, glasses or anything. Also the chairs on the balcony were rusty and didn’t feel like sitting on them.

L’environnement est un peu surprenant! Ça fait un peu banlieue mais le côté mer est magnifique.

Tout est parfait. Le petit déjeuner et la piscine de l’établissement partenaire fabuleux.

le seul point négatif c’est le manque de savoir-vivre de certains locaux qui font beaucoup de bruit la nuit.

De schoonmaak kan echt beter. Onbijten mochten we bij Teatro Beach resort. Echt een prachtig Beach resort, maar het meeste personeel was echt onvriendelijk en dat vonden we jammer. We waren er klokslag 08.00 uur, maar de bediening kwam pas om 08.10 uur. Dus niemand die ons verwelkomde en zei waar we plaats konden nemen.
