Great location, only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Fira. The hotel staff were so lovely and helpful, they helped us book our boat cruise around the island which was one of the highlights of our stay. They also assisted us with transportation services, and easily provided these services for any time and place we requested. Definitely one of the most seamless hotel experiences we have had. We throughly enjoyed our stay, our hotel rooms were spotless, and the overall aesthetic/amenities of the place makes it also a great place for families and couples to stay at when you don’t have any plans to go anywhere beyond the hotel. 10/10 recommend staying here, it will make your experience in Santorini unmissable.

Everything was perfect! The hotel has two beautiful swimming pools, and the rooms are lovely, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. Everything was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Un’esperienza straordinaria sotto ogni punto di vista. La struttura colpisce fin dal primo istante per la sua raffinata eleganza e la cura maniacale di ogni dettaglio, riuscendo però a mantenere un'atmosfera incredibilmente calda e accogliente, mai rigida. Le camere sono spaziose, impeccabili nella pulizia e dotate di ogni comfort moderno, con letti comodissimi che garantiscono un riposo perfetto. Il vero valore aggiunto, tuttavia, è il personale: straordinariamente professionale, discreto e sempre pronto ad anticipare ogni esigenza con un sorriso genuino.

Se proprio si vuole trovare qualche nota stonata, riguarda la vista dal balcone: la vicinanza estrema con l'hotel adiacente e i muretti divisori un po' troppo bassi tolgono un pizzico di privacy e di respiro agli spazi esterni. Inoltre, la posizione richiede qualche minuto di spostamento per raggiungere il centro principale di Thira, un aspetto da considerare se si cerca una sistemazione a pochi passi dalla movida.

Struttura ben curata, fornita di ogni confort, è molto vicina al centro di Fira, all’incirca 5 minuti a piedi. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Tutto perfetto, ci hanno accolti in maniera stupenda, le camere grandi e spaziose, bellissime, tutto molto pulito, personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci sono due piscine meravigliose, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.

We had an amazing stay at Evgenia Villas and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. The entire team was incredibly warm and welcoming, and it was a pleasure to meet the founder himself—you’ll even find old photographs of him displayed throughout the property, which adds a lovely personal touch. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfect for both relaxing and taking stunning photos. The food was delicious, and the location is conveniently close to the town center while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, Ergenia Villas is a fantastic choice, and we would definitely stay here again.

Our room was incredible, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were exceptional and genuinely couldn’t do more to help. Every interaction was warm, friendly, and professional. The location is also perfect. It’s close enough to Fira to easily enjoy everything the town has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. A wonderful hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way. We would happily stay here again.

The staff was outstanding. The rooms were nice and clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and very much enjoyed it (and we would recommend the restaurant to those not staying at this location).

Recently, our group of eight had to book a last-minute stay at Evegenia Villas due to a windstorm that delayed our ferry. What could have been a stressful situation turned into an unforgettable experience—it made our extra day in Santorini feel like heaven. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from town, offering stunning Mediterranean views along with peace and quiet in a thoughtfully decorated space. Every room reflected attention to detail and comfort. As beautiful as the property is, what truly made our stay special was the staff. The receptionist, her name is Antigona was incredibly patient and attentive, helping us coordinate our luggage and rooms, and even recommending the perfect sunset spot for dinner. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, organic, and absolutely delicious. (Not included with the room) And I’ve saved the best for last: Anna, a wonderful waitress, was exceptionally warm and attentive. She made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for, anticipated our needs perfectly, and always had a smile on her face. She even helped capture beautiful photos of our group, making the experience even more memorable. We will definitely be back!

Great location for us because we wanted parking. The sea views are to the east of the island and airport, not to the west. Nice surroundings in the grounds of the complex but it was April so we didnt use the pools etc... In room the bed mattress was really comfy and shower was great, hot tub in the room was lovely although one morning the water wasn't particularly hot. Manager seemed nice. Recommended.

Staying at Evgenia Villa Suites truly feels like stepping into a dream. Every space is beautifully and meticulously decorated, creating an atmosphere of peace, inspiration, and beauty at every corner. We were warmly welcomed by George and his family, who are wonderful people and made our experience so special and memorable. The entire staff is also excellent – always attentive and kind. We stayed in a Superior Master Suite, which was absolutely stunning and had everything we could possibly need. The hotel also has two gorgeous swimming pools that make you want to spend even more time there enjoying every moment. It is without a doubt the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in, and it will always be our choice if we return to Santorini. A true dream place! ✨

Pool facilities had no steps or rails and the area was very slippy. There were lots of steps which might not suit someone with mobility issues.

It was incredible! One of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed in. The team are very family orientated and go out of their way to ensure you feel part of the family and are having a good stay. There is so much attention to detail and personal touches that make it a luxury stay. They really care about their guests, and go above and beyond. Also the katsaboo restaurant was brilliant!

Slightly out of town but that was no fault of the hotel.

Friendly staff who organised airport transfer to and from efficiently and at a decent cost in comparison to the general taxi services. Our room was clean, comfortable and the price was incredibly reasonable for the amenities at the hotel. A short walk away to the centre meant it was quiet in terms of external street noise Cave hot tub was a very nice addition

Restaurant trop cher pour ce que c'est, nourritures brûlées (2 plats sur 3) et on nous a servi un encas (pain et feta) sans qu'on le commande donc nous pensions qu'il était offert mais non, surprise, il nous a été facturé.... pas de petit-déjeuner avant 10h00 ouverture qu'à ce moment-là. Plusieurs choses qui ne fonctionnaient pas à notre arrivée dans la chambre mais résolues après notre demande d'intervention (enfin les principales). Nous étions 3 adultes et les équipements ne sont prévus que pour 2 personnes.

From the moment we booked, George was incredibly helpful with excellent communication throughout. When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and given fantastic tips on what to see and do around Santorini — a great start to our trip. Our room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed, a lovely warm shower with great pressure, and a brilliant view overlooking both the airport runway and the sea. The complex itself was beautiful, featuring two pools and some of the comfiest sunbeds we’ve ever lounged on. The restaurant was a real highlight — truly farm-to-fork dining where you could taste the quality and freshness in every bite. The location was ideal too — nice and central, just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Fira, so we could easily explore without needing to drive everywhere. A huge thank you to George and his family for such wonderful hospitality. We’d happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini

There is no mini fridge in the room

We stayed in a hot tub cave room which was very nice and relaxing. The hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk to the main town of Fira.

Not a great variety of food on the menu.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, we all loved it. We especially loved the architecture, the arches and blue doors and frames, as well as the Jacuzzi bath in one of the rooms - that was a real treat. The view from the Katsaboo restaurant out over the sea is gorgeous and the fact that the hotel is away from the crowds, but still only a 15 minute walk into the center of Fira, makes the location just perfect. As the name suggests the whole vibe of the place is calm and relaxed and George and all the team were always very welcoming and helpful too.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The location is very easy to reach, close to the city center by 10min walk but also far enough to isolate the noise. The rooms are luxurious, comfortable, make you immerse in a typical Santorinan home. The bath in a “cave” was the highlight of our stay. There are also two swimming pools, comfortable and soft sun beds. The host is very nice, kind and ready to help with anything 24/7. We are definitely going to stay there again next time. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to immerse in the atmosphere and have a stress free vacation.

We’ve stayed at Calm Collection many times now since 2020, and it’s become the place we return to every single year. Each visit feels like coming home, which is something truly special when you’re travelling. What sets this place apart isn’t just the comfortable rooms or the perfect location in Fira, but the people. There’s a genuine sense of family here that you can feel in everything they do. The owner, George, is at the heart of it — always welcoming, always ready to help, and genuinely caring about his guests. For him, it’s clearly more than running a hotel; it’s about carrying on family values and making sure everyone feels looked after. Another highlight for us has been Katsaboo Restaurant, which is linked with the hotel. The authentic food there is always delicious, and the service is excellent. It really adds to the whole experience. That’s why we keep coming back. Calm Collection has become part of our Santorini tradition, and we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

Our stay at Evgenia Villas & Suites was nothing short of magical, and a huge part of that was thanks to George! From the moment we arrived, his warm welcome set the tone for our trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed — from local recommendations to thoughtful check-ins to see if we were enjoying ourselves. The hotel itself is stunning — beautiful pools and restaurant, spotless rooms, and a peaceful vibe that’s perfect for relaxing — but it was George’s personal touch that turned a great hotel into an unforgettable experience. He made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than just guests. We had 2 rooms side by side as a family of 5 which was perfect for us. We can’t wait to come back — and we’ll definitely be hoping George is there to greet us again!

Staff were very pleasant at this location. Room was very clean, comfortable and stocked with drinks and shampoo and shower gel as well as shower caps, dental sets and makeup wipes for women which we were pleased by. The pool was a great bonus which we made use of. Taxi provided by the hotel was readily available at your convenience. Katsaboo restaurant was on site which was very convenient and had a wide range of food available. Also on departure I received a bag with earrings, matches and pictures of Santorini with a guide to Santorini which was a lovely touch and unexpected. We would highly recommend this accommodation in Fira Santorini for couples and friends.

The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff working there are incredible. They work hard and create a friendly, welcoming environment. The rooms are spotlessly clean and fun to stay in. Fabulous view over the Aegean Sea.

Not being able to get coffee in the morning - the onsite cafe didn't open till 10am and there was a kettle and tea/coffee in the rooms but no access to milk (including the single serve packets) or creamer. This would have made all the difference.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß für 2 Personen. Die Dusche mit Whirlpoolmöglichkeit war großzügig gestaltet. Auch der kleine Balkon war sehr nett. Es gab auch einen kleinen Kühlschrank, welchen wir gut genutzt haben. Zusätzlich gab es zwei Pools und ein Restaurant. Der zentrale Standort erlaubt es sehr angenehm alle Bereiche der Insel zu erkunden. Es gab auch einen hauseigenen Parkplatz. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das WC ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte erneuert werden. Ansonsten hatten wir nix zu beanstanden. Alles hat wunderbar gepasst.

I don't know from where to start: Bedroom was super nice with high style decoration. I slept on the best mattress I have ever had. Common area such as swimming pool both from the hotel and Katsaboo were amazing. 5 mins walk from city centre and big parking always available. Calm Collection is my hotel from now on when in Santorini. Thanks to the ladies of the staff. They were so kind.

I'm happy that I had an amazing stay. It was always clean. Very calm. Exceptional local food and tours, which I highly recommend. Traditions and stories passed on from the reception staff & George, the local tour guide. I had a great vacation. Room was suited for my needs.
