Location, hotel and breakfast was excelent.

Objekat je u losem stanju i potrebno je renoviranje pod hitno a posebno kade da se promenu i stave tus kabine,i posebno da naglasim da se deca mnogo deru i galame i skacu u bazen a niko ih ne opominje,sve u svemu zivi uzas!!!

Posebno da naglasim da dolazim tu pet sest godina ali tako nije bilo!!!

Strand in Hotelnähe nicht optimmal und eher ungepflegt, keine sanitären Anlagen am Strand und auch keine Duschen. Das Hotel hat leider keinen Einfluss darauf.

Ca s au desfiintat chicinetele. Doua zile nu au avut cafea la bar unde se si plateste. Nu a existat cafetiera in camera chiar dacă era specificat. Nu era scris ce fel de.mancare este si un mic incident de prospetime la cascavalul taiat si un miros suspect la doua tipuri de salam, dar s a rezolvat instant după ce am atenționat.

Micul dejun a fost delicios, zilnic aveai de unde alege din preparatele prezente. Permanent se completau platourile pe masura ce se consumau produsele. Piscina extraordinara, cu sezlonguri la umbra dar si la soare, apa curata permanent. Muzica ambientala perfect pentru relaxare.

Nu este in responsabilitatea hotelului, dar lipsa parcarilor in zona a fost un neajuns.

Bu ikinci gelişimiz, oteli seviyoruz. Kahvaltısı çok güzel, plaja sadece 5 dk(belki daha az) mesafede, kaldığımız suit bahçe katı ve genişti, hem iç hem dış kullanım alanı genişti, çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Çocukla tatilde tercih edilebilecek güzel bir otel

Havuz biraz bakım istiyor sanki, genel itibariyle temizdi ama biraz daha düzenli bakım yapılabilir. Bir de çok olmasa da sivrisinek vardı, odalarda camlarda sineklik olmaması bir eksi.

The location only!

The room was absolutely terrible. Every time we used the shower, sewage water came back up through the drain. We reported the issue, but no one did anything about it and we received absolutely no assistance. It felt like they simply didn’t care. The mattress was extremely thin and uncomfortable, and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms either. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend staying here. No parking at all! Don’t come!!!!!

The location is great, right on the lovely pedestrian street of Hanioti, and the breakfast itself was decent.

The coffee served at breakfast was terrible machine coffee; to get a proper cup, you have to pay extra at the pool bar. The Wi-Fi practically didn't work at all, barely functioning even in the lobby. In early September, during very hot weather, we received a room where only the living room had air conditioning and the bedroom had none, making it almost impossible to sleep. Sewage backed up consistently every time we took a shower. The hotel claimed it was because the shower door wasn't shut properly, which was completely untrue. Extremely poor quality, uncomfortable mattresses, paired with dismissive and unfriendly staff. The hotel has no private parking, making it an exhausting, stressful mission to find a spot anywhere nearby every single evening.

Am rezervat o cameră și mi-au dat o altă cameră , în 4 zile nu s-a făcut curat deloc și nu s-au schimbat prosoape , mic dejun slab . Nu aș mai alege locația pe viitor !

The hotel is nice, with good facilities, within walking distance from city center and beach. Good breakfast, nice and clean pool. The room was big, comfortable and large bed, air conditioned and cleaned daily. Towels were also replaced daily, which was nice.

The parking available at the property was based on reservation only, which you should have done previously to arriving. Once you get there, if you did not reserve parking, it's not possible. Even so, the hotel has 60 rooms and only 14 parking spots, so the "free parking" available at the premises was misleading. The room furniture was a little outdated. The bathtub and shower head/faucet could use a little more scrubbing. It's a 4star hotel based on the facilities they have, but our room at least I would rate it more like 3 stars hotel room.

Uns hat an der Unterkunft leider gar nichts gefallen, sodass wir am nächsten Morgen ausgecheckt haben. Die eine Nacht sind wir nur geblieben, weil wir eine sehr lange Fahrt hatten und unser kleiner Sohn dabei war.

Das Zimmer insbesondere das Badezimmer war nicht hygienisch. Es war dreckig, obwohl ein Desinfiziert-Band über dem Klodeckel war, waren noch „Reste“ vom Vorgänger vorhanden! Frühstück war okay. Was aber absolut gar nicht geht, es gab in dem Hotel keine Hochstühle für Kleinkinder, diese mussten entweder auf dem Schoß oder im Buggy die Nahrung zu sich nehmen. Babybett war ebenfalls nicht hygienisch und alt, die eine Nacht hat unser Kind zwischen uns im großen Bett geschlafen. Das Bett war aber leider nicht bequem, die Matratze viel zu hart. Wir hatten im Zimmer keinen Empfang, weder Anrufe oder Internet war nicht möglich. Keine Parkplätze! Man muss draußen parken, erst nach 5 runden wenn man Glück hat findet man was. Sehr steile Treppen zum Zimmer, Hilfe beim Gepäck bekommt man nicht. Wir fragen uns wirklich woher die 4 Sterne kommen, definitiv kein 4 Sterne Resort! Das Hotel können wir leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

Die Lage

Im ersten Zimmer ist nonstop die Klimaanlage ausgegangen und die Rezeptionistin meinte zu mir ich müsste die Fenster geschlossen halten! Nachdem sie dann zum vierten Mal in Folge im Zimmer war und zum vierten Mal in Folge das wiederholte bin ich dann unangenehm geworden und fragte sie ob sie denke dass ich das erste Mal im Hotel übernachte? Am nächsten Tag haben wir dann ein neues Zimmer bekommen wo die Klimaanlage funktionierte. Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftigt so wie die gesamte Anlage! Der Service beim Frühstück war extrem schlecht! Kein Guten Morgen kein Lächeln und die Teller wurden auch nur sporadisch abgeräumt!

Ayrıca çalışanlar masalarda su şişesi bırakınca bunları siz çöpe atmalısınız diye uyarıda bulundu sipariş verip ekstra aldığımız ürünlerin çöplerini bizim atmamız biraz saçma geldi ve ayrıca yakınımızda çöp yoktu. Odalarda Sineklik yoktu . Ve rutubet kokuyor .Ödediğimiz fiyata odalar ve olanaklar düşük kaldı

Otelin konumu güzeldi denize yakındı. Ancak tam önündeki sahilden denize girmek isterseniz büyük kayalıkları olan bir denize girmeye çalışıyorsunuz. Baştan gidip çarşıdan deniz ayakkabısı almakta fayda var. Önündeki otelin beachinden şezlong tutup denize girecekseniz en ön sıra 2 şezlong bir şemsiye 20 euro. İçecekler ve yiyecekler fena değil. Ama şezlonglar çok iyi durumda değil. 15-20 dakika yürüyüp white beach gidebilirsiniz. aynı fiyata 3. sırada ama daha kaliteli şezlonglarda oturabilirsiniz. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Merkeze çok yakındı akşam eğlenmek gezmek hediyelik eşyalar almak istiyorsanız yürüyerek gidilir. Eczane sağlık ocağı doktor ulaşılabilir mesafedeydi. Tavsiye ederim.

Otopark sınırlı sayıdaydı. Arabayı çıkarıp bir yere gidersek yerimiz kapılır bir daha yer bulamayız diye hiç çıkaramadık.Ve park yeri çok dardı. Havlular her gün değişseydi daha iyi olurdu.

The first thing that gave us a bad impression was that, when making our reservation, we specifically stated that we would be arriving by car and wanted to use the hotel’s parking. However, as soon as we arrived, we were told that there was no parking available and that we would have to park on the street, where it was almost impossible to find a free space. Later, we found out that there actually was a small parking area for a few cars, apparently available to guests who had paid extra for it. In addition, we were given a room that did not look anything like the photos shown on the hotel’s website. The room was old and there was no Wi-Fi. The minibar was not working, and although we informed the staff about it, nothing was done to fix the problem. The breakfast was also the same and very repetitive every morning. We are extremely disappointed with this hotel and do not plan to stay there again

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Das Badezimmer war bei unserer Ankunft nicht richtig sauber. Die Türen und der Spiegel waren verschmutzt und insgesamt machte das Badezimmer keinen hygienischen Eindruck. Außerdem hatten wir Probleme mit Mäusen bzw. haben überall Spuren davon gesehen. Obwohl wir diese Probleme mehrfach angesprochen haben, wurde leider nichts oder nicht ausreichend dagegen unternommen. Auch den versprochenen Parkplatz haben wir nicht bekommen, obwohl dieser für uns wichtig war. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Jeden Tag gab es praktisch das Gleiche und es gab kaum Abwechslung. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Zimmer, dem Badezimmer und dem Service sehr unzufrieden. Für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, hätten wir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Service erwartet. Leider können wir dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, and the facilities - especially the great pool and comfortable sunbeds with pool towels provided, made our time here so enjoyable. ​Our room was spacious, kept regularly clean, and refreshed with new towels every two days. The staff was polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, even ensuring we always had a reserved parking spot upon request. ​The breakfast was more than sufficient with everything you could need, and lunch at the hotel was exceptional - do not miss their pork belly, moussaka, Greek salad, or Aperol Spritz! The Wi-Fi signal was weak, likely due to the large property size. Installing repeaters or routers would fix the signal for guests.

Curtea este amenajata foarte frumos, piscina este suficient de mare, curată. Locul arata foarte instagramabil pe exterior.

Lipsa parcarii.. Desi se mentiona sa se trimita email in avans pentru a rezerva un loc de parcare, si am trimis cu o saptamana inainte, nimeni nu a raspuns solicitării. Cineva de la receptie ne-a dat un spatiu unde puteam parca in curtea hotelului, urmând sa ni se spuna urmatoarea zi ca acolo nu avem voie sa parcam de catre o alta angajata de la recepției, pe un ton foarte arogant. Iar jumatate de ora mai tarziu un bolid era parcat pe acel loc.. Deci rezervările aparent se fac, dar pentru cine au chef. Nu se face curatenie în fiecare zi. Prosoapele ne-au fost schimbate dupa 3 zile si lenjeria deloc. Not the worst, dar nici nu as mai reveni.

Mali butik hotel sa preljubaznim osobljem. Odličan bazen, čisto i uredno. Dobar doručak.

Apartmani bi mogli biti moderniji ali sve je funkcionisalo. Bazen radi do 7? Prekratko, s obzirom da deca u povratku sa plaže žele da uživaju na bazenu.

The breakfast was repetitive and offered very limited variety. The staff were unfriendly. Be careful with your valuables and money, as they may disappear from your room. According to our reservation, we were supposed to have a room with a garden view, but we were not given one.

Ειναι η 3η φορά που ερχόμαστε γιατι έχει πολυ καθαρά δωμάτια, μεγάλη καθαρή πισίνα, πολυ καλο πρωινό και ευγενικο προσωπικό!

Δυστυχώς και αυτη τη φορά το ψυγείο υπολειτουργουσε. Το ξενοδοχείο ανταποκριθηκε φερνοντας τεχνικό, αλλα και πάλι δεν διορθώθηκε. Ισως πρέπει να γινει αλλαγη στα ψυγεία.

Osoblje hotela je jako ljubazno i prijatno. Trudi se da pomogne u svakoj situaciji. Hotele je jako cist i aposlutno zasluzuje ocenu 10 od 10. Nismo imali nikakvih negativnih iskustava i nadamo se da cemo doci ponovo.

Location is wonderful, you cab walk to beach and center in 3 to 5 minutes. Staff were kind. Room is clean.

But decoration is old and boring. Bed was not confortable. There is a small kitchen in the room. It was totally unuseful. There is not any kettle or coffee in the room. Pool is not big not small, enough. Breakfast is not wonderful but not bad.

"Resort" is in a good location close to the beach and center but quiet. Pool is nice and form outside property looks good. But unfortunately, this is where good things end.

Staff is not helpful also not pleasant at all, going into arguments around basic things. Parking is a mess, they cram you in narrow spaces and fields having to repark multiple times calling you from your vacations. Also Kitchen staff removes your plate in front of your nose while you did not finish. They dont allow other drinks and food around pool area, ok but they dont offer a lot of foods in general. Breakfast is so basic its low variety and mediocre. Rooms on pictures look different then in real life, rooms are older and not that great, beds are hard as rock. Music plays till midnight so if you have children good luck. No security with strangers walking around.

Aici ar fi foarte multe de povestit 1.Lipsa apei calde după ora 17 2.Lipsa internetului wirelles in zona camerelor, în 2026 internet wirelles disponibil doar în zona restaurantului este jenant, un router bun costă câțiva euro. 3.Lipsa semnalului de telefonie GSM în camere. 4.Atitudinea lipsită de profesionalism a personalului de la recepție. 5.2 familii în vacanță cu mașinile, 1 poate parca în parcarea gratuită altă nu poate chipurile nu sunt sloturi în condițiile în care în parcare în fiecare seară erau 3-4 locuri libere. Ar mai fi multe de spus dar …

Takodje stepenice i mostić u bazenu su zarđali tj nisu odrzavani uopste od predhodnog dolaska. Sobe su dovoljno velike po površini ali sa starim nameštajem .Kupatilo bi bilo dovoljno veliko da nije one kade koja ničemu ne služi...

Nije za preporuku... S obzirom na cenu noćenja sa doručkom i slikama na Bookingu očekivao sam više. U ovaj hotel smo bili 2023 godine i od tada do sada 2026 ništa se nije promenilo na bolje. Lokacija jeste dobra ,tj blizu je i plaža i centar mesta, i bazen je dovoljno veliki ali sa upitnom higijenom. Takodje stepenice i mostić u bazenu su zarđali tj nisu odrzavani uopste od predhodnog dolaska. Sobe su dovoljno velike po površini ali sa starim nameštajem .Kupatilo bi bilo dovoljno veliko da nije one kade koja ničemu ne služi tj samo zauzima prostor.Takodje održavanje tj čišćenje soba je na niskom nivou.Peskiri se menjaju svaki drugi dan ali se ne vrši ostalo čišćenje tj brisanje podova i sanitarija ,to sam zaključio po flekama koje su bile prisutne 6-7 dana. Doručak vrlo skroman i jednoličan, kao i sezonsko voce koje se služi uz isti ,svo je trulo ,staro po nekoliko dana. Sveukupan utisak nije pokvario nase dobro raspoloženje na letovanju ali sam svakako očekivao više...

Πεντακάθαρα ,υπέροχο μέρος πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα και στο κέντρο με τα πόδια . Η πισίνα πραγματικά μεγάλη και καθαρή .το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο. Το πρωινό πολύ πλούσιο και τα homemade κέικ εξαιρετικά !

Το είχα κλείσει καιρό πριν για Ιούνιο και η τιμή ήτανε πολύ καλή (απλησίαστη όμως για full seson ) .Αν θυμάμαι καλά δεν είχε σιτες.

Δεν εχω λόγια... εξαιρετικό περιβάλλον και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση

Everything is as it should be and I recommend it.

Fantastic location very close to the beach - amazing and helpful staff super friendly , excellent breakfast and very clean . Rooms were very big a bedroom and living room with huge balcony looking at the pool . Would visit them over and over again .

Nedostatak parkinga ozbiljan oroblem ko dolazi sopstvenim kolima. Imaju svega 5-6 mesta na neuredjenom parkingu

The breakfast is beyond enough and the sweets were my fave! Everything was very clean. The property is really nice.

They DON’T actually have a parking. They wished me luck finding a place and when I got a ticket the lady at the reception was smiling at me as if I have gotten a present from the municipality. So, if you are looking for a property with a parking, this is not the best spot for you. Although there were cars parked INSIDE THE RESORT, ON THE GRASS, NEXT TO THE ROOM DOOR, there wasn’t place for us! :)

Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra, obsługa miła a śniadania obfite i smaczne. Bardzo ładna i zadbana strefa basenowa z wygodnymi leżakami. Blisko dużego supermarketu, plaży i centrum Hanioti

Ceny w barze hotelowym są wyższe niż w najlepszych coctail barach w Hanioti. Niestety na basenie nie można spożywać swoich napojów a obsługa bardzo gorliwie o to dba. Brak parkingu hotelowego dla gości. Na pobliskich ulicach również bardzo ciężko o bezpieczne miejsce na postój.

Η τοποθεσία ειναι πολύ καλη. Ο χωρος της υποδοχής και της πισινας ειναι εξαιρετικός και πολυ χαλαρωτικός, το ιδιο και ολοι οι περιβάλλοντες χωροι. Το προσωπικό και η ιδιοκτησία πάρα πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό με ποικιλία.

Τα δωμάτια δεν είναι κακά, αλλα χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση για να δικαιολογηθεί πλήρως η τιμή του δωματίου.

The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, especially the reception team, who greeted us warmly and helped us with parking. The breakfast was excellent, the pool was great, and the hotel is perfect for families with children. We also loved the live music evening, which created a fantastic atmosphere. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would gladly return.

The rooms could be a bit more modern to match the beautiful exterior of the hotel, and it would be nice if guests were informed in advance about the live entertainment. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Stuff was very friendly; atmosphere was very cozy and nice. Clean rooms and tasty breakfast. Pool very clean and good place to go to beachside very nearby.

Bebekle gittiğimiz için genel alanlara ve havuza en yakın yerde geniş oda vermeleri çok iyi oldu.Merkezde , beach,alışveriş,restorantlara yürüme mesafesindeydi.Otopark olması avantaj.

bebek yatağı maksimum 3 aylık bebek için uygun.Park yatak olarak tabir edilen yataklardan tesiste yok.

Mi-a plăcut absolut totul.Se făcea curățenie în fiecare zi,lenjeria se schimba la 2 zile,piscina este mare și foarte bine îngrijită, și în curte se făcea curat mereu.Micul dejun,deși nu era foarte variat,chiar aveai ce să mănânci, totul era curat,farfurii,tacâmuri,mese,personalul foarte amabil.Plaja este cam la 5 min de mers pe jos.Char dacă nu este lux,pentru mine curățenia a contat cel mai mult și am avut un concediu liniștit. Aș mai reveni și altădată.

Nu am nimic de reproșat.

Bardzo miły personel. Opis zgodny ze zdjęciami. Bardzo czysto. Super lokalizacja. Duże pokoje, łazienka bardzo komfortowa. Bezpłatny parking. Obiekt bardzo zadbany, kwiaty, ogród, basen 🥰 Kameralna zabudowa. Polecam z pełną odpowiedzialnością, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Πολύ όμορφα,καθαρά και εύχρηστα δωμάτια με όλες τις ανέσεις. Μείναμε με τον 15 μηνών γιο μας και είχε τον απαραίτητο χώρο για παιχνίδι, προετοιμασία γευμάτων αλλά και κρεβατάκι έπειτα από ζήτηση. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Το πρωινό είχε ποικιλία, ήταν φρέσκα και νόστιμα. Ο χώρος της πισίνας ήταν πολύ προσεγμένος και καθαρός!

Θα ήταν απαραίτητο ένα καρέκλακι φαγητού βρεφικό με ζώνη για τον χώρο του εστιατορίου.
