The beach is nice, well organized. Breakfast is delicious with a lot of food to choose. Quality of food is at the top level. Room is comfortable, nice, clean.

There were too many cats at the restaurants. The only thing we didn't like.

Гледката , обстановката и локацията на самият хотел е много добра . Басейните и морето са поддържани и приятни за престой. Качествена и вкусна храна.

При заплащане на полупансион не бяхме очаровани от сметките за вода на основни хранения , които бяха начислявани .

Хороший образец как выстраивать отношения с клиентами и клиентский опыт 2. Свежий ремонт 3. Хорошие завтраки. 4. Свой пляж, где всегда были лежаки 5. Море без кучи туристов, можно свободно плавать.

Сам город немного скучноват и полон толп туристов.. Но это отл повод вечерами ездить в более интересные места.

Otel , deniz , çalışanlar ve lokasyon çok iyi. Çalışanların hepsi çok yardımsever ve arkadaşcanlısı. Denizin temizliği de mükemmel. Yemeklerde mükemmel. Özellikle italyan restorantında ne yediysek hayran kaldık.

Beach kısmındaki restorantta özellikle plaja hizmet verilen yerde menü biraz daha geniş olabilirdi. Suyun ücretli olmasına herkes gibi ben de takıldım. Bir de sabahtan şezlonglara havlu bırakıyorlar ve kurala uymuyorlar. Plajda yer bulma konusunda çok problem yaşamadık. Ama buna da düzenleme getirirlerse çok iyi olur.

The food is average and the beach is definitely not enough for the guests of the hotel. Most of the guests are reserving their sun-beds early in the morning with towels. Despise the hotel policies the stuff is not doing anything to prevent that which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. We had a wedding anniversary and I’ve asked the stuff to help me with a table by the sea in the ,,Italian” restaurant but they didn’t do it, obviously they forgotten , so we went out of the hotel on a traditional Greek tavern much better.

The staff, always friendly and ready to help, even to go the extra mile. We received a wonderful surprise when we first enter our room. The facilities were spot on, we liked the indoor and outdoor gyms and the setting around the infinity pool. The resort is like an island within the city, we felt in a bubble

It felt at times there were too many people and not enough sun beds, especially at the beach side. There was a 30-min rule but it didn’t seem it was being seriously enforced. It felt as well as if there was not enough staff during the buffet hours. I saw the buffet with empty plates or missing clean plates because the staff could not keep up.

Am apreciat faptul că personalul este foarte amabil și foarte atent la nevoile clientilor. Am avut o situație particulara, legată de o cameră si a fost rezolvata cu profesionalism. Curățenia este făcută foarte bine. Apa marii de la plaja hotelului este foarte curata, au șezlonguri confortabile iar umbrelele sunt din răchită. De asemenea au piscina cu spatiu generos, cu sezlonguri pe iarba.

Otelin tamamı huzur dolu ve rahatlatıcı. Halkidiki'yi gezeriz diye düşünmüştük ama otelde o kadar iyi hissettik de pek dışarı çıkmak istemedik. Ama en güzeli yemeklerdi. Bir otelin açık büfe yemeklerinin bu kadar lezzetli olabileceğini düşünmemiştim. İki adımda denize gidebilmek çok konforluydu ve deniz harikaydı.

Biraz geç kaldığımızda sahildeki şezlonlarda yer bulamadık. Büyük bir problem olduğunu düşünmüyorum çünkü hemen yukarıda yeşillikler içerisinde başka bir şezlong alanı var orası da oldukça keyifliydi. Yine de sahil kenarı tercih edenler için erkenden kalkıp yer tutmak gerekebilir. Otel yer tutmanın yasak olduğunu söylüyor ama pratikte uygulanan bir kural olduğunu düşünmüyorum.

We had a wonderful time. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the hotel manager Ms Mariana is great making sure she's on top of everything. We met guests that have been going there for the past nine years. Good breakfast and high quality food at Antonino restaurant. Comfortable beach and pool beds with full service. We're definitely going there again.

Posono lavorare sul mangiare per un hotel di 5 stelle il mangiare non sodisfa. Poi al mattino per bere cera pure il prosecco gratis con colazione cosa da ridere. Invece di sera si pagava tutto da bere pure la aqua che costava 4.50 €.Il loro famoso uzo 8 € un bicchiere. Se meti colazione e cena compreso nel prezzo non dico nulla sul alcol però almeno la aqua meti la gratis. Non che al mattino meti prosecco che nesuno lo beve Invece la sera si paga pure la aqua.

Giriş yaptığımız gün doğum günüm olduğu için öncesinde otelle iletişime geçerek erken giriş rica etmiştim. Ricamızı karşılayıp erken girişimizi ayarlamaları daha en başından bizi çok mutlu etti. Odaya girdiğimizde ise bizi çok hoş bir sürpriz bekliyordu. Pasta, lokum, likör gibi küçük ikramların yanı sıra, ismime özel hazırlanmış içten notlar vardı. Bu ince düşünceleri sayesinde doğum günümü daha da özel hissettirdiler. Otelin genel düzeni ve atmosferi, havuzu ve şezlong alanları oldukça güzel ve keyifliydi. Denizi ise tertemizdi. Plajda personelin sürekli ilgilenmesi ve siparişlerimizi bulunduğumuz yerden alması da konforumuzu artırdı. Yarım pansiyon konakladık; hem kahvaltı hem de akşam yemekleri oldukça lezzetliydi. Kısacası konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık ve gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederiz. Başta bizi çok güzel karşılayan Fatih Bey olmak üzere, konaklamamız boyunca ilgisini ve güler yüzünü eksik etmeyen tüm otel personeline teşekkür ederiz. Umarız tekrar görüşürüz. 🌸

Персонал дійсно дуже привітний і уважний . Відпочивали с собакою - взагалі ніяких проблем не було .Гарний вид на море з номера. Зручна парковка з навісом, правда саме ця окремо від самого готелю , трохи треба пройтись .

Чистота не на найвищому рівні . Варені яйця на сніданок не миті в пташиному гівні . Загалом був присутній деякий хаос і траплялись брудні тарілки .При заселені в фойє тобі наливають щось не смачне невідомого походження ) краще б просто пропонували щось на вибір гостя - мінеральна вода , кава чи сік . В самому готелі один італійський ресторан ( окрім ресторану де сніданки і вечері ) який доволі посередній , але ми обідами там кожен день, так як шукати щось за межами готелю було б ще гірше) Загалом вже після першої ж ночі хотілося поїхати . Тобто повертатися сюди ми не збираємося .

Slightly not comfortable room. And furniture requires upgrade.

Dedicated parking, well maintained grounds, clean and modern room. They opened a nice new secret pool. The staff are very courteous and the welcome is nicely done.

Have been coming here for years and it seems to be getting somewhat worse every year. Can easily hear neighbors through the walls especially above - not very relaxing. Wifi was super slow in the room and at various other spots in the resort with speeds of only a couple of MB/s. Seems like such a basic thing to have figured out. They charge a high price for water at the included dinner with no option for tap water. It cheapens the experience. Might as well include it in the total price paid instead of forcing customers to sign and pay separately for something so basic like water. I was followed and asked for my room number multiple times at breakfast even though I had already stated it when entering the breakfast area and they had checked it off. They seemed to sporadically check and then not check. It was annoying. Despite warnings not to, everyone reserves the limited amount of beach chairs, people who are not from the resort including those with kids sit on the chairs and staff do not proactively tell them to leave. On multiple occasions we saw people spend at least half the day there before anyone noticed. They do a courtesy call reminding you what time to check out and ask when you will be checking out which is strange and feels like they are pushing you to leave.

Location was too rustic for my liking but property had nice lunch restaurant. Rooms were small but comfortable We made suggestions to the wonderful manager Marianthi who was very kind professional and open to what we did not like and made every effort possible to appease us. She is a real asset to this hotel. Very experienced and knowledgeable and just wanting to maintain best guest relations. She succeeded by the tube we left.

Didn’t enjoy the beach. Not manicured as would be expected of such an all inclusive adult resort. Staff not very experienced and service was spotty. They just need to be trained more Rustic setting. Not much to do there

The most important asset of the facility is it's staff. Also the quality of food was also very good. Facilities are good, rooms are clean, all services are amazing.

The swimming pool could be taken care of better - I mean the cleaningness of the water. May be adding some more filtering facilities. In the morning it is very good, but already by midday - one can find any sort of things inside the pool. Also I could notice some guests washing their footweer in the pool - that should not be allowed. The beach is narrow, even though the water is outstanding. And the quality of cocktails is below average - I would suggest to send barmen to training.

the best hotel, we absolutely loved everything in the hotel, room, service, food,pool,beach, the staff is absolutely amazing, we have never experienced such kindness anywhere. we got a better room, ivory suite, beautiful. Everything was wonderful. The place itself and all the facilities were dreamy. Especially appreciated the service and the friendly staff that were ready to help out anytime with requests. The food and drinks were also amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. Cannot wait to go back, definitely my favorite place for the summer.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is its location. I can’t say anything particularly negative about the rooms. They weren’t especially luxurious in terms of design, but they were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

I found the staff to be neither attentive nor friendly. The reception team, in particular, was not helpful when guests needed assistance or had requests. I don’t even want to comment on the bar staff—they gave the impression that they were almost making fun of the guests rather than providing good service. The hotel’s beach is also not as it appears in the photos. For a five-star hotel, I found it poorly maintained and lacking the level of care I expected. I was expecting a much more upscale and well-kept beach experience. Overall, my biggest disappointment with this hotel was the staff. A five-star hotel should provide warm, welcoming, and helpful service, but unfortunately that was not my experience here. The complimentary coffee and bottled water provided in the room were not replenished daily. One evening, when we asked the reception for extra bottled water, we were told, “We can’t give you free water every time. Go and get it from the bar.”When we went to the bar, willing to pay for the water, we were told, “The bar is closed at 11 p.m. We can’t give you any water,” followed by laughter that felt as though they were mocking us. In my opinion, this is not the level of service that should be expected from a five-star hotel—or from any business that values customer service. Such behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.

The location was really great including almost private sea beach. The hotel staff were very welcoming and service oriented. The variety of food at breakfast and dinner was great also. Certainly a great vacation place

Everything. This isn’t just a property, it’s a well maintained paradise for adults with everything needed to secure an exceptional stay. From the moment you arrive the staff ensures you don’t have to worry about anything. Your car is parked, your luggage is carried into your room, you get a welcome drink and you immediately feel lighter and at peace. Your only worry is - the duration of your stay. Did you book enough days.. Few main things that stood out - the half board service, the kindness and professionalism of the staff and the pool area. The food was excellent every single day with a huge variety of different meals and cooking techniques. The staff offered a non stop positive and welcoming service, there were no exceptions! The pool area - magnificent! We’re a beach couple, we normally do not enjoy the pool area that much, but here it was demanding attention - beautiful, clean and a finishing touch to a place worthy of its 5 stars. ✨ Special thanks to the beautiful Rania who made the entire stay classy, special and unforgettable and to Fati for the friendly chats and good vibes!

Изключително сме разочаровани от престоя си в този хотел. Предвид цената на нощувките очаквахме професионално отношение, добро обслужване и коректност, но за съжаление получихме точно обратното. Още при резервацията беше посочено, че хотелът приема домашни любимци. На практика обаче се оказа, че присъствието на кучета е нежелано почти навсякъде в комплекса. Постоянно ни бяха налагани ограничения и ни се създаваше усещането, че сме проблем, въпреки че сме спазвали всички правила и домашните ни любимци не са създавали никакви неудобства. Нашите кучета бяха третирани като проблем, докато улични котки свободно се качваха по масите в ресторанта, без това очевидно да притеснява персонала. Отношението на персонала също не беше професионално когато трябваше да се разреши някакъв проблем. При всеки възникнал въпрос или неудобство единственият отговор беше: „Това е политиката на хотела.“ Липсваше всякакъв опит да се намери разумно решение или да се прояви елементарно уважение към гостите. Най-фрапиращият случай беше на плажа. За кратко отидохме да обядваме в ресторанта към хотела, а когато се върнахме след около 30 минути, кърпите ни вече бяха прибрани и местата ни освободени, отново с оправданието, че такава е политиката на хотела. При положение че хотелът разполага с около 30 шезлонга за всички свои гости, подобна организация е напълно неадекватна. На практика това означава, че ако имате късмет сутрин рано да намерите места и за кратко станете от мястото си, рискувате да останете без шезлонг за остатъка от деня. Стаите са некачествено реновирани. На втория ден поискахме почистване на стаята и ни беше отказано тъй като работния ден на чистачката е приключвал.. Смятам, че подобно отношение е недопустимо за хотел, който претендира за високо ниво на обслужване и предлага нощувки на такава цена. За мен този хотел е много далеч от 5 звезди. Политиката на един хотел не бива да бъде оправдание за липсата на гостоприемство, уважение и здрав разум.

The location in the town was amazing. We stayed in a cabana which was fabulous and close to everything.

There are not enough sunbeds and seats around the pool and at the beach for the amount of people staying in the hotel. It should be possible to work out what the hotel’s capacity is and provide enough seating. Unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.

Tesis çok güzel, deniz mükemmel, havuz da var evet derin değil ama deniz o kadar güzel ki havuza gerek kalmıyor. Tesisin plajı var diğer taraflardaki yoğunluktan etkilenmeden denize girebiliyorsunuz. Odalar temiz ve konforlu, odamızı upgrade etmişler çok daha güzel bir odada kaldık. Yemekler lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve her zaman yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlardı. Akşamları canlı müzik dinlemek çok hoştu. Otopark sorunu yok.

Tek problem akşam yemeğinde suyun bile ücretli olması.

I loved the cozy atmosphere I loved the location and the food was excellent. Also the staff was so nice especially the housekeeping.

I didn’t like the part when we had to pay for our drinks while having dinner. I can pay, but still I think drinks should be included on the menu.

I honestly don't even know where to begin—this place completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine smiles that stayed with us throughout our entire stay. Every single member of the staff deserves recognition, you can genuinely feel how much they care about making your stay unforgettable. They are the reason this small hotel deserves every one of its five stars. Beautiful facilities are one thing, but it's the people who create an exceptional experience, and this team went above and beyond anything we expected. I have arthritis and am awaiting surgery in September, so getting around isn't always easy. Their thoughtfulness and willingness to help meant far more than they probably realise, and it allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our holiday. A special thank you to Ranya, Sofia, Christos, Maria and many more who all made such a lasting impression with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Each of them made us feel valued, and their warmth turned an amazing holiday into a truly unforgettable one.The hotel itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and even the housekeeping team is absolutely wonderful, always greeting you with a smile. Chefs had remarkable talent in creating dishes with perfectly balanced flavours and we found ourselves looking forward to dinner each evening.If you are looking for a place where staff genuinely care then this is the one. We will be definitely coming back soon again.

Υπέροχος χώρος ,ωραία η ιδιωτική παραλία ,πλούσιος ο μπουφές.

Τα δωμάτια στο κεντρικό κτίριο δεν έχουν καλή ηχομόνωση.Σε αντίθεση οι καμπάνες είναι εξαιρετικές.

Dinner Not in line with the all the rest.

We had a fantastic five-day stay at Domes Noruz. The service and facilities were great, and the half-board option had a great variety and very high quality. The pool area was outstanding and the beach was clean och water crystal clear.

The main issue was the inconsistent sunbed policy, which led to guests reserving beds every day for several hours without use. Although this was raised with staff, who were taking pictures of reserved sun beds, no changes were made. The 45 min policy is just for show. How embarrassing. Another concern was during a live music performance, where a guest watched a football match loudly on his phone without staff intervention. We also felt so sorry for the girl that was singing.

Personalul este foarte atent la oaspeți. Un mare plus pentru pat, ne-am odihnit foarte bine, este extrem de confortabil. Piscina este perfectă. Mâncarea foarte bună.

În prima cameră în care am stat am întâmpinat o situație neplăcută însă personalul a fost foarte receptiv și a remediat situația. Aprecieri în mod special domnișoarei Manager care a fost extraordinar de amabilă.
