Nothing to not like it was perfect

Un véritable havre de paix en plein cœur du centre ! Malgré sa situation, l’établissement est extrêmement calme et nous n’avons été dérangés par aucun bruit. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant et attentionné. Des serviettes sont également mises à disposition pour la piscine. Le linge sent extrêmement bon. Autre point très appréciable : la douche offre un excellent débit d’eau. Et vous disposez dans la chambre d’un sèche-cheveux. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation.

We loved every aspect of our stay! The staff were so welcoming, the tropical gardens were a delight and the room was spotless and overlooked the pool and surrounds.Restaurant was very well priced with plenty of choice. Great value for money, walking distance to Monkey Forest and Ubud Central. We would not hesitate to return.

So quiet and peaceful location. The pool was so nice and warm and the staff were very friendly.

Cet établissement est parfaitement situé, nous avons principalement fait tout à pied : 5min de la monkey forest, 15min des temples et du marché. La chambre était très bien !

Bardzo ładny obiekt. Świetnie zlokalizowany. Ładne, duże i wygodne pokoje z bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem. Sprawdziliśmy rowniez inny obiekt na wyspie i ten jest zdecydowanie lepszy pomimo gorszej oceny ogólnej

Śniadanie jest bardzo małe a wybór w karcie bardzo skromny. Śniadanie jest ogromnym minusem. Dodatkowy minus to słabe wyciszenie słychać było wszystko co mówili ludzie z pokoju wyżej

It's wonderful

Struttura situata nel cuore di Ubud. Si esce a piedi per qualsiasi cosa e non si ha bisogno di taxi o Grab. Monkey Forest, Sweet Orange Walk, Palazzo di Ubud ed Ubud Market raggiungibili con una passeggiata. Piscina pulita e giardini curatissimi. Un giorno non arrivava l' acqua calda ma il personale si è prodigato subito per risolvere il problema.

Very nice spacious room nestled amongst beautiful tropical gardens. Quiet location close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Large swimming pool. Very friendly staff always smiling and helpful.

Breakfast offered excellent value for money. Dining setting was excellent and staff friendly. We appreciated a room change when stairs were challenging for us The garden and pool setting were absolutely beautiful

While the shower water pressure was good, it needed a screen to keep the bathroom floor dry. Also while the room was clean the shower needed attention.

Very cozy and beautiful garden in the middle of Ubud. Super staff super food and a wonderful experience.

The standard bungalows need a renovation. The bathroom especially seems to be run down. Overall the bathroom was the one thing that made the stay 8 out of 10!

The Staff were so incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was fabulous . The room was comfortable and the pool area was very pretty and tranquil. I also had a massage which was very good.

I had a small issue with laundry so I personally would not recommend this service and we went out for breakfast most mornings as we preferred alternatives that were available in nearby resturants.

Everything was fantastic, only negative was the food, drinks and service- staff would do well from training in cocktail making and general assistance during breakfast service hours, other than that, experience was perfect

Old, run down, our rooms at the back of the property were like hostel rooms, shower head barely worked, power points hang off the wall, bed was like concrete, needs some serious maintenance and upgrades

A little quiet gem hidden away (in plain sight) in Ubud

Front room is noisy as at street front. I asked to move and the team willingly enable that for me

It's close to the main road and very noisy. The floor drainage in the bathroom was clogged so there was water all over after the shower. The breakfast was modest but tasty.

Bardzo fajny i urokliwy hotelik. Kameralny, pięknie położony wśród roślinności. Basen rewelacyjny. Dobre śniadania, bardzo miła obsługa.

Jedyny mały minusik to łazienka. Brak kabiny prisznicowej co powoduje zalanie podczas korzystania z prisznica.

Nous avons tout aimé. La chambre est très bien équipée et jolie, l’hôtel est d’un charme absolu, la piscine est divine, les petits déjeuners sont très bons. Merci à tout le personnel qui est efficace et adorable.

La situación del hotel

El baño de la habitación no era para nada adecuado, la ducha estaba pegada al inodoro sin ningún tipo de separación, ni mampara, ni plato de ducha para contener el agua, por lo que si utilizabas la ducha. el baño en su totalidad quedaba inundado e impracticable. Solicité un cambio de habitación a una que tuviera la ducha separada y la respuesta fue que era posible con un coste por ser habitación de superior categoría, no lo acepté, mi habitación era estándar que se supone que dispone de esos mínimos, su respuesta fue que también podía usar el inodoro del lobbi del hotel que estaba siempre disponible, me pareció una tomadura de pelo. En la información de las características de la habitación del hotel al hacer la reserva en ningún momento se indica esta "circunstancia' del baño, ni en características, ni en foto, hay fotos del baño pero curiosamente ninguna de ese espacio. No me parece que esa habitación se pueda vender salvo que lo informes con claridad previamente.

Beautiful hotel right off on of the main streets in Ubud. Yet when you stay here you would have no idea you are in the middle of the busy city. It is an oasis of peace and quiet yet you can walk out the hotel and find everything you need in Ubud. If you want to be in the middle of the city but have peace and quiet, this is the hotel for you! All of the staff are amazing! Kadet, Putu, Musliandi and everyone else who made my one week stay magical, thank you🙏

Ubud Inn cottage was a perfect oasis in the middle of Ubud but on a slightly quieter strip of Jalan Monkey Forest, which is unrecognisable from the place I first visited in 1997! The gardens and pool are absolutely delightful and so clean and well cared for. It was great spotting all the wildlife - tree shrews, big lizards, frogs galore, birds and butterflies - we even had a visit from a little troupe of monkeys one day when we were by the pool but the staff were great at shooing them away! Having breakfast with a view over the lotus lily pond was also great. Breakfast was good - freshly cooked and some variety to choose from. We had a room towards the back of the property so it was really quiet with terrific views from our balcony. We spent plenty of time chilling and swimming in the pool after a hot day out in Ubud. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and peaceful hotel with friendly staff who take care of all details then look no further. I would definitely stay here if I returned but unfortunately Ubud is just far too crowded with tourists now to make that likely.

Nothing - it was a perfect stay

Fijne accommodatie. Oase van rust om aan de drukte van Ubud te ontsnappen. Huisje was heel fijn. Wel opletten voor je spullen, want de aapjes houden van een extraatje.

Vochtigheid in de badkamer. Niks droogt en je kan het ook niet buiten hangen omdat de aapjes er dan mee weg zijn.

Emplacement idéal au milieu de la rue principale ( tout à portée de main, c'est génial) et pourtant hyper au calme dès qu'on rentre à l'intérieur du jardin. Très très très charmant, joli décor balinais. Le personnel est vraiment très poli et gentil, très aidant !!! Le prix est ridicule vu les qualités de l'établissement. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, la piscine est super agréable.

On pourrait améliorer la qualité du restaurant et du petit déjeuner servi, parfois fade. Ils ne vérifient pas si les contenants de savon sont remplis correctement mais ce n'est rien. Dès que vous leur demander quelque chose c'est réglé immédiatement.il manquerait un fauteuil à l'intérieur des chambres par exemple.

Très bel hôtel dans Ubud, près de la Monkey Forest. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. La piscine est très agréable et tout le jardin est magnifique. Petit déjeuner très bon. Tout est accessible à pied, c’est très pratique.

I really liked the staffs, they were so kind.

I had 2 issues, bathroom door lock was not working. Mini Fridge was not powering on. However, when I reported the issues, immediately they were addressed. It would've better if they had checked them at first place. But overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Hotel w samym sercu Ubud, wśród wielu restauracji i sklepów przy samym Monkey Forest. Małpki biegają na terenie hotelu co tylko dodaje uroku tej miejscówce. Hotel z przepięknym ogrodem i bardzo klimatycznym niekomercyjnym basenem. Przemili pracownicy hotelu.

Ubud Inn ligt in een prachtige en goed onderhouden tuin. Ontbijt is verrassend goed en medewerkers in restaurant waren wel erg vriendelijk. Locatie is top.

De kamer lag in het voorste gedeelte en was erg eenvoudig en gehorig, verkeer van de straat was goed te horen. Personeel leverde services, maar was verder weinig hartelijk. Al met al zou ik er geen 2e keer naartoe gaan.
