This property is an absolute health and safety hazard and should not be listed on Booking.com. The staff were uninterested, provided no guidance, and customer service vanished as soon as they took payment. The room was infested—I found a live lizard inside—and basic amenities like toilet paper were completely missing. Despite paying for breakfast, no food or drinks were available, and there was no functioning restaurant on-site. Easily the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced in India.

The commode was not clean. The towels were not clean. But they gave fresh towels on request. The place doesn't look welcoming.

Hotel offered a room with bathtub which was evidently missing. Then tried to upsell me into a similar room while not addressing my issue that I booked room in order to have a bath and relax after long trip. Seemed totally uninterested and were dismissive and rude while insisting payment. Left and went elsewhere. Booking should not host hotels that falsely advertise

Whole place needs a face-lift, starting with painting from top to bottom. Very tired and worn out.

The property is located at the heart of the city. Everything is just a stone throw away and it’s probably the biggest building in the place. If you are someone who wants to explore the city this place is much recommended due to its accessibility to big markets around it.

The property probably would need a hand of fresh paint as the walls are scruffy and stained. Just doesn’t do justice to the entire experience the hotel has to provide. Plus the corridors are too hot probably having a standalone fan in the lobby and the corridors plus a high speed functional fan in the lift would help too and would be very welcoming for future stays.

The hotel consists of many bar and the entry to bar and hotel is same. So I didn't felt that comfortable. Also I didn't liked the restaurant service. I didn't get my breakfast on time and that affected my plans. Also they didnot provided entire toiletries as mentioned

Excellent hote with all facilities..... I will definetly refer my friends and family members. The staffs are so coperative in all scpects. Excellent location.

Hotel felt like the whole reason they existed was the bar licence downstairs. The bars and restaurants in the hotel were complete uninviting and empty and I felt sorry for the staff.

Other than the room itself, which was large and modern, not much to recommend. However they did bring water whenever we asked.

The bathroom was small, dirty even after cleaning and had a dank smell. The walls, shower curtain, bathroom door had dark mould stains. After complaining they changed the curtain and sprayed deodorizer to take away the smell. The restaurant did not have all the items on the menu; even toast for breakfast was a problem because they did not have bread on stock. The staff were trying to help but unfortunately not trained well. They seemed more eager that we paid our bill but did not accept international cards. Internet was on and off. The room phone was not connected, so for any request had to go all the way down to reception. If the bathroom had been good, we would have overlooked everything else.

Good food. Excellent location. Attentive staff. Very attractive pricing.
