The rooms were really clean and comfortable to stay in. Had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to and overall it's a great stay.

Had to wait at the lobby for a while as the rooms were filled and there is a pre-booking system at the hotel which for some reason is not available in this app so anyone booking, do get in touch with the hotel staff about it. Even though I had to wait a while, the staff quickly prepared a room for us although it wasn't the same one but they did provide me with an alternate which was satisfactory for me.

⭐ Very Disappointing Stay – Daan Orchid Hotel My experience at Daan Orchid Hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff behavior was very poor and unprofessional. At the time of booking, my reservation clearly stated that no advance payment was required and payment could be made at the hotel. However, the hotel staff repeatedly pressured me to make an advance payment and kept sending payment links again and again. The room was also not properly clean, and the bathroom condition was very poor. The overall setup felt more like a basic lodge than a proper hotel. Considering the booking experience, staff behavior, cleanliness, and room condition, I was completely fed up and disappointed with my stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their service, cleanliness, and customer handling.

Durong night ,When checked for next days breakfast ,(ready to pay )it was informed it will be available ,but next morning receptionist informed that it was not avilable .So was -no tea or kettle in the cabin,which would have been then an excellent stay.

The rooms is good for stay. The breakfast was good. We liked it. Suite room was good. Enough space and have dinning area seperate.

They posted that they would provide free breakfast and 1000 rupees in food vouchers, which is the only reason I reserved this, but no food was provided, and they don’t even have a cafeteria.

When it’s written on Booking that you will have 1000inr credit for drinks/food but actually the staff tries to scam you by making you pay for things you didn’t ask for during checkout.

It is all dirt, stinky smell, no clearness, no maintenance, there isn’t even clean bath towels. Seems like there is no regular cleaning or maintenance at the property.

The room was great and big. Staff was nice.

They closed the restaurant supposedly because of gas shortage. But after enquiry it happened few months ago. I booked that hotel because there was a restaurant and because a 1000/ voucher was there. Update your ad accordingly as you do not compensate this loss in any way. That's the only down part. Everything else was very great.

Das Zimmer war groß und hatte einen Sitzbereich.

Das WiFi war nicht besonders stark und fiel sehr oft aus. Lt. Booking hatten wir ein Guthaben von 1000 Rupien, das wir für essen ausgeben konnten. Das Restaurant war aber wohl schon länger geschlossen und wir mussten außerhalb auf eigene Kosten essen.

Rooms were clean n big but there was no restaurant because of gas problem when we visit ed the location is bit inner its difficult to park car in parking

The bed, bed sheet, comforter , blanket are not cleaned. Blanket is used earlier and not washed. Additional bed was full of dirt and dust. Not in good condition and not used even if we paid additional amount for the same.

The staff were very kind and the hospitality was top-notch.

I had an uncomfortable experience during check in. The property required ID proof from both guests, which is understandable, but they also took printed copies of our IDs and asked us to provide self attestation. This felt unnecessary and unusual, as I have never experienced this requirement at other hotels or stays. It also raised some privacy concerns and parking is little discomfortable I hope the management reviews this practice and considers a more standard and guest friendly check in process.
