The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A perfect choice for a family stay in Ooty.

Staff was rude during the whole process of communication.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Yesterday, I stayed in two rooms at your Ooty property Beverly Villa. The rooms were very beautiful, neat, and clean. I strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting Ooty. It is a new property with excellent facilities, can be comparable to a five-star hotel. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. I truly appreciate their service. The property is also very close to the city, within walking distance.” Only the disadvantages is restaurant facility still not started, but we can book all food online.
