A Functional neat place. Works well for short stays. Accesible to the main interest points and restaurants.

The hotel interiros and linen feel a bit run down. I would say neat, but does not give you the wow feel.

The hotel is clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. However the toilets are a step to an accident. All shiny, slippery tiled bathroom. And living rea. Without any dividers between the shower, sink, and toilet. You can slip and break your back or limbs. No toilet paper is provided. We had to ask for it every day.

Warm welcome at the reception. The hotel is a bit dated, but well-maintained and very clean. All the staff is very courteous. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We can clearly recommed this place!

Desinfection balls in the bathroom cause a bad smell.

The hotel was clean and well lit. There was even a nice fish tank in the lobby. Our room was big, the sheets were clean the bed was comfortable enough. The air conditioner also worked well. The breakfast was noting exciting but perfectly adequate for the price and quality of hotel

The windows and doors were arriving bit thin and you could hear a bit of outside noise. Also hot water wasn't available in the evening for some reason. One explanation had to do with the fact that it was raining outside

It was a ok stay notting fancy. Just close enough to get to the airport. If you want to stay close to airport it is best suited. Close to town n shops.

Okay hotel but price quality not good, too expensive foe what you get. We did not have warm water. It was clean and that’s the most important thing, but price way too high for what you get.

The internet connection is quite weak and requires enhancement. The breakfast is ok, however, the variety could be better. I felt the room rate is quite high for the availability facilities.

Great English speaking staff, really helpful with recommendations & organizing taxi to airport, they also allowed me to stay longer to suit my late flight & the breakfast and food menu was excellent, highly recommended.

Staff were very friendly and professional.

The description in your portal stated that the hotel has spa and a multi cuisine restaurant. These were not available in the hotel as per a staff at the reception. The restaurant only serves breakfast and the spa ffacility was stopped quite sometime

The bathroom had this weird smelly smell and my flask was stolen from my room during the room cleaning. The flask was from the brand thermos which is quite on the upper range for the price. When i informed to the manager, he was quite rude and was not able to get it back from house keeping:( . Also, they asked me to pay rs 200 for a pillow stain which i dont remember doing anything to cause the stain. So i told him to show me a picture or at least the pillow so he went to the room for so long looking for the stain and couldnt find it and told me that i dont need to pay the fine but he didn’t even apologise. Overall i will rate -2/10. The experience was not good at all. Plus the room was extremely small. So disappointing.

Nice South Indian breakfast as well as continental breakfast was served. Attention was paid individually to each of us and service was provided on table as well (if required). Staffs are courteous.

I did not like the concept of providing RO water as complimentary for a the room at given tariff. Providing one litre of Bisleri or Aquafina brand of mineral water bottle a day is bare minimum and is provided in majority of hotels of this category.

The Early check-in request that I gave was attended very swiftly and am very happy with the room size and cleanliness. If next in Coimbatore will stay here for sure.

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Hotel is located close to the Ooty Bus Stand, but on a quiet street. Comfortable bed, hot shower, good breakfast. Recommend highly.

The room was very very normal and no sound proof , and the PPL in the other room was shouting and making noise till 2am and tried calling the room service for complaning no one answered, and bathroom was not cleaned at all
