Las habitaciones eran muy amplias y cómodas. Aunque el hotel estaba cerrado temporalmente, respetaron nuestra reserva y nos atendieron de maravilla. Además, nos organizaron el safari y todo salió perfecto. El personal fue excepcional: muy amable, atento y pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. No podemos decir nada malo de ellos. Una experiencia muy recomendable y volveríamos sin ninguna duda.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. They helped us with our luggage on arrival and were always friendly and happy to assist. They also organised our safari for us, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The rooms were clean and tidy, and we enjoyed the food served on the rooftop restaurant.

The only downside for us was the air conditioning. We visited during an extremely hot period when temperatures were above 45°C, and unfortunately the room never really cooled down. It often felt hotter inside than outside, making it quite uncomfortable, especially at night. To be fair, these temperatures were exceptionally high, so it’s possible the system was simply struggling to keep up with the heat rather than there being a fault.

The staff were amazing and helped us with everything including booking safaris, taxis and trains. Food was good there as well. Thank you!

We stayed for one night as we had an early morning safari, the hotel was great with lovely rooms and a great restaurant. The location is perfect if you are doing a safari as the first pickup for canter safari is right next to the hotel so you get first pick of seats. The staff were also very helpful and friendly :)

The manager was very friendly and welcoming from the start. He checked our safari booking for us and helped explain where to go, no hard sell to book through them if you already had one. Lots of help with onward travel etc. The room was large and clean. AC was good. Rooftop restaurant very nice and reasonable price. Close to train station (100r tuk tuk) Would recommend!

The staff are very helpful for booking safaris, train tickets and taxis with reasonable prices. Breakfast available if needed, also good value and a nice location close to several cafes and restaurants if you want to eat out. Room was beautiful and good sized bathroom. I would stay again

Cleanest hotel I have stayed in India! Staff were super helpful and helped us book 2 safaris which were very well organised and well priced :) the food was so delicious as well - ate all 3 meals at the hotel. Would totally recommend!

Nice roof top where you can get food & drinks! Very tasty curries with views of the mountains! Good size, comfy room & big bathroom with aircon! Hosts were amazing, very friendly and really accommodating. We spoke with them 3 months before arriving & they booked all our safaris for us as it can be pain from abroad without Indian number etc. Also safaris go on sale exactly 3 months before and sell out right away! So it helps to have hosts who know how to book & get it done quickly for you! We booked zones 2, 3 & 4. Someone from the hotel come with us to the pick up point us each time & made sure we got on the right vehicle! Also the Safari vehicles leave from near the hotel, so you’re first on & can get the front seats o& have the best view of the Tigers! Also they let us leave our luggage on our last day while we were on safari! Definitely recommend!

Great staying in Tiger Haveli! We spent there a night as we planned to safaris in the national park in Ranthambore. The place is very clean and nice, you can eat there as well which is amazing and ideal after a safari. We’ll def be back again!

The owner and his son could not have been more helpful. They arranged all our safaris for a great price and even sent a member of staff with us to ensure we got on the right cantor. The hotel restaurant served delicious home cooked food for a great price. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

It is a lovely property, the rooms are spacious n clean. The courtyard is very cozy and the vibe is friendly. The owner himself manages the property, is friendly n welocoming. Helped us to complete our safari booking. The restaurant staff is polite and prompt. A nice rooftop cafe adds to the experience.

Tiger Haveli is a lovely hotel. All the staff was really kind and accommodating, making sure that we were as confortable as possible. The location was also great for our purpose in the town, which was going on an early morning safari tour.

It might be nitpicking, but a few minor details could be improved. For example, there were no smaller, side-table lights, and the only way to have light in the room was to turn on the quite powerful overhead lamp. The addition of a small mini-fridge would also be appreciated. However, any minor issues were totally made up for by the outstanding staff.

Personal muy amable y preocupado por tu comodidad, las instalaciones son limpias y cómodas, tienen un restaurante en la azotea con una sazón exquisita, me quedé encantado con la preparación de la comida, el administrador habla español e inglés a la perfección, ideal para los hispano hablantes que no sepan inglés,además de eso el administrador fue muy gentil conmigo, cuando no sabía la ubicación del terminal de buses, él se comunicó con la empresa para preguntar por la dirección del terminal y llamó a un tuk tuk para que me buscara en el hotel y me llevara a la estación. Realmente recomendable, si algún día regreso a Sawai Madhopur voy directo a Tiger Haveli a hospedarme

Greta stay and lovely hosts. The staff are very knowledgeable about the tiger safaris and booking different zones. Trust them and they will help you. I saw 3 tigers over two drives in different zones. Amazing sightings! Place itself is fine for a night or two. It’s not 5* but has everything you need and is clean and comfy. I’d December this place and stay again.

The staff here are amazing, they will help you with anything you need. Topped up our phone, did our laundry, sorted our transfer to Agra for a competitive price, sorted us 3 safaris in the zones we wanted. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the showers are hot, the food in the kitchen on the roof is great. 100% recommend !

Colourful, friendly, clean heritage hotel in a great location. Our quirky daylighty room had a very comfortable bed and a pretty ceiling fan. It was a great space to chill out in. We ate at the hotels charming rooftop restaurant enjoying local dishes and a splendid pile of fresh popadoms. It was a lovely place too, to enjoy their delicious breakfasts. The very attractive architecture has a large open plan interior staircase and marble steps.The owners care and attention to detail is exceptional. They organised our safari too .Good wifi. Great staff. Thank you.

Service was absolutely brilliant, they helped us to book two last-minute safaris and made everything so easy for us, and ensured we were always in the right place at the right time once we were there. All the staff made us feel very welcome. Location is also a plus, it’s a short taxi/auto ride from the train station and close to the main road for easy access to amenities (food options, ATM, gym). It’s a bit more of a drive to the safari zone entrance than some places, but honestly doesn’t make that much difference and generally means you get first pick of seats in the canter. The room was perfectly comfortable, nothing spectacular but given the price point compared to other places in the area it’s more than adequate. Bathroom also solid, plenty of hot water available.

The room wasn’t perfectly clean, we had a few bugs and there were some small stains on the sheets. But nothing too bad given the price point. We also found the food at the rooftop cafe to be just ok - totally fine for a quick breakfast, but there are better options on the main road for dinner.

The hotel was open for late check-in - 2 am. The managers were accommodating. They found matches for me. The next day, they made sure I got on my Safari trip and back. Offered to lend blankets to ward off the sunrise cold.

The hotel was very well kept, clean and tidy and excellent value for money..... Our room was spotless and bigger than we expected which was a nice surprise as well as having a lovely outdoor terrace too to relax at while we were not on safaris. The location of the hotel was excellent, only a couple of minutes walk away from the safari pick-up point and very well located for the Chopati foodhall which is a must visit for their excellent chai and huge choice of foods.

The staff did start cleaning at 5am, which although a good thing in terms of cleanliness, not ideal if you're looking for a lie in and we should probably mention the food and chai, both of which we weren't overly impressed with.

It was a perfect stay! If you plan to do a safari in Rhantambore, please stay in this Hotel. The staff was super nice, they arranged everything for us (safari, Taxi, Food) and everything went smoothly. Safari Organisation was really good, Food on the terrace also, would really recommend :)

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was excellent and the food was well prepared and we had several very good meals. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The manager helped us organise our pre-booked safari and he was able to help us book a second safari. The staff helped us locate an ATM when we needed cash. We were also able to extend our stay for a nominal fee so that we were comfortable and refreshed before our evening train journey. They also helped us to get a tut tut to the station. All of these things meant that we had a very comfortable and happy stay. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel based on previous reviews as I especially wanted help booking the safaris in advance. From first contact, staff were helpful and polite. They are trustworthy and booked safaris we requested as promised. If you have attempted to do this yourself via the government website, you'll know what an accomplishment that is! They also chased up once or twice to find out where the jeep was when it was running a few minutes late. Not really something I could have done myself. All staff were polite and helpful all through our four night stay. Rooftop restaurant serves absolutely delicious food, freshly made to order. No hygiene concerns here. I even ate a salad and did not get sick at all. We actually ate here every meal because we enjoyed the food so much. It is excellent value for money. It's not super luxurious (and neither does it claim to be), but it is clean, comfortable with everything you need for a safari stay. Above all, the staff will look after you and give you help where needed. The location is great and just off the main road. I didn't realise what an advantage that was until we had to drop off others on the way back from one of the safaris. They were staying in more expensive hotels, but they were accessed over bumpy, rocky dirt tracks! Not so here. The Haveli is in a nice residential street, so you will see local families going about their business. Owner's son personally drove us to a cash machine a little further away as we were having trouble with drawing cash at the ones we could walk to. Recommend going for one of the suites as you'll get a nice balcony to sit out on, if you like and a good sized room and bathroom.

Paying in cash was a bit of a pain but understandable. They took us to a working (!) ATM, so was only a mild inconvenience. Bed was a little firmer than we are used to, but it actually turned out to be comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Before our arrival, they already assisted us with booking two safaris and even accompanied us to the departure point to make sure everything went smoothly. When we encountered train issues while returning to Jaipur, they immediately helped us with that as well. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop where you can enjoy a meal.

Overall, this was a decent and pleasant stay. The room was ok (don't expect luxury), the atmosphere was calm, and for accommodation alone, I had no major complaints. However, I would not recommend booking a tiger safari through the hotel. I booked a safari with them and was charged significantly more than the price shown on the official ticket. When I confronted the manager, he attempted to explain the price difference, but the explanation was unclear and did not justify the exorbitant markup.

The location was brilliant for safari trips and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rooftop restaurant was lovely to sit during the day and night. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nous sommes arrivés en uber et nous avons eu un problème avec notre chauffeur qui était agressif envers nous. L'équipe de l'hôtel nous a beaucoup aidé et a géré le problème pour nous, nous en sommes très reconnaissants ! Ils ont été très gentils pendant tout notre séjour. La nourriture proposée par l'hôtel est très bonne, nous avons apprécié chaque repas ici (les cheese naan étaient particulièrement bons). L'organisation pour le safari était excellente et nous (comme quasiment tous les autres clients) avons pu voir plusieurs tigres ! De plus, le prix proposé est très bon. Je recommande vraiment de venir séjourner ici, c'est calme et les personnes travaillant ici sont très gentilles.

Le seul point négatif concerne la chambre qui n'avait pas de fenêtre, ce qui la rendait assez humide.

Warm welcome from staff who were expecting us and communicated exceptionally well in run up to visit. They organised a jeep safari at our request prior to our arrival. Our room was large and clean with simple en-suite bathroom and hot water. We had a delicious, inexpensive freshly cooked meal at their rooftop restaurant- from which we also got to see some great fireworks as a bonus (wedding season!) Beds were comfortable and clean. We hadn’t realised everything had to be paid for in cash but our very friendly and accommodating host drove us into town in his jeep so we could get some (and he could get some milk!) Efficient in the morning for early start for safari. Brought us complementary chai and biscuits while we waited for jeeps to arrive and provided blanket for safari (which we were grateful for - Jan mornings cold before sun comes up!!) We had to rush to get onward train to Agra after safari so our host arranged for taxi to pick us up from exit gate, swing by to grab bags and take us to train station. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend a stay here!

Great little hotel. Fairly basic but had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and helped us to book safaris in advance - our safari experience was seamless and everything had been arranged for us. The rooftop restaurant was lovely with good food as well.

The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are all great and attentive people. Everything you need they can provide, with a smile. They care about their guests and it shows. Communication was also good and easy. Food is good and quick to arrive. If you ask, you'll get plenty of recommendations tailored to your taste. Apart from that, the hotel is in a good location, convenient for the safari. It's where usually canters start picking up passengers, meaning that we almost always got the first-row seats.

Room doors and vindoes didnt have sound insulation, so early morning was difficult to sleep when people went to safaris.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum perfekt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass sie für uns die Safari im Nationalpark am Morgen organisiert haben. Auch wenn die Nachmittagssafari leider nicht mehr möglich war, haben sie sofort für eine alternative Lösung gesorgt und uns einen zuverlässigen Taxifahrer zum Ranthambore Fort organisiert. Das Essen auf der Dachterrasse war köstlich und das Ambiente dort sehr angenehm. Auch nach Nachfrage einen Wasserkocher brachten sie und sofort. Wir haben uns jederzeit gut betreut gefühlt. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt – wir können dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

I had an awesome stay at this place. Clean room with a nice rooftop restaurant where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is already open at 6am and closes around about 10pm. Perfect place where you can warm up after your morning safari and have some lunch to be ready for your afternoon safari. The staff is really nice and the owner organized my 4 safaris (zone 3, 4, 5, 7) in advance. For the Safari tour one employee will bring you to the main road and show you your canter or jeep. International prepayment was done by WISE in advance with no problems and low transfer fee. I had the luck to see 7 tigers (4 safaris + trip to the fort) but be aware that this isn't normal. I recommend to book at least 4 safaris to increase the chance to see one tiger. One guide told me on average they see a tiger every 2-3 days another one mentioned every 3-4 safari tour. I highly recommend zone 3 which also has a nice landscape view at the morning safari. Beside that I saw there 3 tigers. 100% recommend this place.

Room was clean and spacious, with a gorgeous terrace and unlimited hot water. Rooftop was an ideal place to get snacks and drinks for decent price and quality. We had booked safaris ourselves directly from the government website but the staff helped to co-ordinate and walked us down to the pick up point (for 2500 rs per person per safari). This made the experience really seamless and easy. They also gave us a blanket for the cold morning safari which was a nice touch. Please don’t be put off by how cheap this place is - it might seem too good to be true, but it isn’t!

The hotel is conveniently located down a quiet street off the main road to Ranthambore and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Having our meals on the rooftop was very nice and we thought the food was very good.
