The property is very beautiful and big. Rooms are spacious and washrooms are also very big.

The maintenance of the property is pathetic. 1. TV was not working as they had not paid for the cable connection and therefore kids had no entertainment at all. 2. AC was cooling but it was leaking inside the room and they had to put towels all over the place to cover it up 3. The carpet seemed to not have cleaned for years altogether 4. The hotel staff was reluctant to provide water also in the rooms. Also the RO water that they provided after persistent calling was not cold water. 5. The pool needs serious repairs as the edges are worn out and are sharp. Also the stairs of pool is not hooked properly and is dangerous. The resting chairs near the pool area are badly rusted and need to be painted and cushioned. 6. The room service was super poor and it seemed that they do not have enough staff to manage the property 7. They have a small parking area and the staff do not take keys from the guess to manage the same. We had to wait for an hour in the car because someone parked their vehicle and blocked out car and we had to wait inside the car for almost an hour and the staff was not concerned at all. 8. The place has no activity for kids 9. Wifi also worked at times and went off 10. Overall it was waste of money

As far as India goes, this is a pretty solid option. Everything was clean and as you would expect for a quality hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and if there's a reason to stay here it would be this. The manager was particularly attentive and seemed really focused on if i had a good time. I had some issues with the park regarding pick up timing and he tried to help me out the best he could which he did not have to do at all.

The food in the kitchen doesn't have a ton of variety for non indian palettes but this isn't really a knock on the property. Just something to be mindful of.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal, das extrem zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Aufgrund unserer Zugverspätung wurde uns unkompliziert ein Early Check-in sowie ein Late Check-out ermöglicht. Jeder unserer Wünsche wurde erfüllt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Resort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Großen Dank auch an Manish von der Rezeption!

The service provided by all hotel staff and especially Mr Manesh was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Mr Manesh arranged a fabulous English speaking guide and great safari trips, he also very kindly organised train tickets to our next destination. The team in the restaurant were very attentive and smiley. The hotel is in a lovely and quiet location yet not far from the madness of the town and just 10 mins from the park. Thoroughly recommend staying here!

Very pleasant and relaxing stay in Ranthambore We had a very nice stay here. A special mention for the hotel manager, Manish, who was very welcoming and really made an effort to ensure we could relax and enjoy our time. The hotel is a pleasant place to unwind, and we particularly enjoyed spending time by the nice swimming pool and the beautiful garden. A great option if you are visiting Ranthambore!

Loved this property giving local vibe, fairly compact but well-maintained. Rooms were spacious surrounded by greenery which was amazing considering the property is right on the Ranthambore road. It has a decent sized swimming pool to relax and unwind during the day. Kitchen and restaurant was good as well. The staff were warm and responsive to the requests. Overall, it was a good stay based on the location, value for money and helpful staff.

There were issues like blocked drain in the bathroom Some rooms were a bit worn out and need repairs. These issues were immediately fixed after informing them. TV was quite small and wasnt working. Breakfast was okay, there was a bit of lack of healthy options like fruits, nuts, varierty of bread etc. Coffee machine was quite old, they provide locally nescafe coffee sachets which are quite different to standard nescafe worldwide (bring your own coffee if you like coffee).

Het hotel heeft een prachtige tuin met een mooi zwembad (wel wat ondiep voor ons). Het zag er allemaal verzorgd en prettig uit. Een verademing na de drukte van Varanasi en Delhi. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zeker de obers in het restaurant. Eten was ook goed. De kamer was groot en schoon, niks mis mee.

De badkamer zag er minder mooi uit. Wel schoon maar een beetje slecht onderhouden. We vonden het personeel vriendelijk maar bij de receptie wat opdringerig over de safari (die elders goedkoper was en we dus niet in het hotel boekten), het bezoeken van de winkel en ze drongen erop aan dat we bij uitchecken direct onze Booking.com app openden voor een 10/10 review. Dat mag allemaal wat minder. Het is een fijn hotel waar je zeker kunt verblijven, maar een 10 is het niet.

Overall, I had a satisfactory stay at Raj Palace. The rooms are large and spacious, the swimming pool area is lovely and the hotel staff were helpful and attentive throughout my time here. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The breakfast, which is served buffet style, had quite a limited selection. Additionally, the bedrooms definitely needed an airing upon arrival, as they felt quite musty. While the bed linen was clean, it was marked and retained that same musty smell. It’s a good place to stay, but a bit more attention to room freshness and breakfast variety would go a long way

Good location- very close to Ranthambore. Staff very friendly and helped me book safaris and transfers. The food was good, rooms very nice and clean.

A lovely, relaxing hotel! The staff were very friendly, and Manish made our stay even easier by organising our safari and transfer. Lakshmi also made our stay comfortable! We would stay again!

Unfortunately, we cannot give a good review for this hotel. The staff made our stay incredibly uncomfortable- it is evident the staff are deeply unhappy, and the hotel has a very depressing vibe because of this. Given the level of degradation surrounding the hotel, this is perhaps unsurprising. I’d even go as far as to suggest the positive reviews on this site are fake. The rooms and pool are not clean, and the food variety is limited, especially when you have fussy children. The sheets on the bed were worn and even torn and had what looked like cigarette burns. The AC doesn’t work, the WiFi is very poor, and the electricity cuts out frequently. The bedroom doors are locked by a padlock, which means you cannot lock the door when one of your family members is out of the room, as they will be locked out, or worse, you will be locked in. There is also no room service - not a four star hotel, extremely overpriced for what is given, and photos are not fully representative. Such a shame as with a bit of TLC and staff training, the hotel could be excellent but the bad atmosphere, and lack of training staff is extremely evident, which made the stay extremely unpleasant. I wish we had something more positive to say.

Very well located property with clean and spacious rooms. The staff is very helpful. Arbaz ensured that the safari went smoothly. Satyendra was always present and helpful taking care of any issues at the reception.

Great experience here. Very good hotel, with very good staff. Nice rooms and grounds. Food in evenings and for breakfast was excellent. One brilliant example of customer service…I left a shirt in my room before we left the hotel. When I emailed about it a few days later the guys (Ashok?) had found it and arranged to get it back to me in the UK. Really really good and much appreciated. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was super nice and helped us to book safaris and trains. The pool was nice and clean. The food was good but nothing special. Good location for safaris to Ranthambore National Park.

All-inclusive does in fact not mean that everything is included at this hotel. All-inclusive did not include drinks / beverages, which we were not made aware of until Check-out. Some more vegan options at the restaurant would have been nice.

Huge thanks to the manager, Manish, and the whole staff for making this such a great trip. I’d messaged them a few days early about the safari and they actually called me to help pick the best route and get everything sorted ahead of time. The best part was the service when things went wrong. My train from Jaipur was delayed by an hour and a half, and I was sure I’d miss the safari pickup. But Manish and the staff stayed in touch the whole time, made the driver wait for me, and even made sure I’d eaten and had water before we headed out. The safari itself was incredible. Manish told me beforehand I’d see a tiger, and literally 15 minutes in, one came right up next to the car. Because it’s low season and pretty hot, the food is made to order, and it was honestly some of the best I’ve had during all my travels. The Laal Maas and Kashmiri curry were amazing. Even though it was quiet, the staff went out of their way to make me feel like a king, always bringing water and anything I needed. I bet when it's high season the vibe in the hotel is amazing. If you’re heading to the safari park, stay here—they really go above and beyond. The only tip I’d give for solo travelers is not to book too many days at once. Try to see it day by day. I saw a tiger on my first day, so for me it was enough and being flexible to move to the next city was way nicer.

We chose the hotel through recommendations from friends? The hotel is close to the national park to where our visit was planned. On arrival we were met by staff. All cases and baggage taken from us directly to the rooms. We stayed in h block and found the rooms to be clean and tidy. Very spacious with great air conditioning and roof fan. The bathroom well laid out with a good rain shower. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Water and other items replenished on a daily basis or as and when required. The restaurants was spacious and well set out with the staff going above and beyond. Hemraj was great. He got to know each of our likes and dislikes and before we knew what was happening, our eating experience had gone from novice to professional with some of the food that was being presented to us was just exceptional. The hotel management team again could not do enough for you. If you needed an ATM for money they would happily jump in a car and drive you down the road. Just please remember this is India. electricity, does occasionally drop out but the guys soon get it back on. The gift shop is great. Even make you a shirt of any material within hours, We recommend the hotel. Yes, 100% the team team try everything within their power to give you a great experience.

It would be better serving 1 or 2 western dishes or less spicy food. In the evening there is nothing to do. Not a little show, music etc The Tiger safari was a big mistake, we went with a couple of families and little children! In 3 hours time we saw 3 birds also living in the Netherlands. The prepaid second safari we skipped, just een waste of time and. The tours were organized by the hotel and it was very disappointing. It's not a safari in my opinion but a bird tour. We have seen al the safaris over the world and recommend kenia Tanzania south afrika Namibia etc. There is a big poster from a tiger in the restaurant so mission completed Nb its not allowed to make pictures inside the park with your mobile phone.... mmm Swimmingpool looked nice but many apes where drinking out of it and what they did anymore,who knows. So we didn't use it but that's just a personal issue. The facilities like birdtour, no entertainment etc I will rate 4 out of 10

Very relaxing few days in the Raj Palace. They were super helpful with booking safari and trains. Top class food which is all freshly prepared and perfect location in Sawai Madhopur. Cool spacious rooms with aircon and great value for money especially with the swimming pool. Thank you very much.

I had a great stay at Raj Palace Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made a big difference. The hotel itself is lovely, and my room was comfortable and well-appointed. I’d definitely recommend it.

The location is the first plus point as it's right when you enter Sawai Madhopur. Property is maintained well and staff are super courteous. Food options and other facilities are good too. They also try and get you safari booking if you have not booked in advance.

Beautiful property and large rooms, a very nice place to stay during our Ranthambore safari. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful in booking our safaris. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had a separate shower area which was a huge plus. The hotel restaurant has a large menu and the food was great! Complimentary chai and coffee in the mornings and evenings was lovely.

The bedsheets could use replacing as ours were scratchy and fraying.

The hotel has a cozy pool, chilling and garden area, restaurant serving buffet and friendly, welcoming staff that is always keen to help. Located in the main road to the Safari, they directly help you book tickets and pick up. Spacious room, quiet, great stay base for a couple of days.

It would be great if they could add a coffee ma cine for cappuccino, otherwise all was great.

Nice welcome at this hotel However the bedding was horrible and the bed was very uncomfortable. Good lunch and dinner offered. Ceiling fan, No Air con, No safe. Bathroom with a good shower. Kettle, tea and Coffee Nice veranda on ground floor rooms. Breakfast - can’t comment on breakfast, didn’t partake!

Great quiet location with a large property. The pool was lovely and a great place to relax with our small children in between safaris. The staff was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed.

Il personale, sia in reception che al ristorante e al bar è molto gentile, pronti a soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti. I prezzi sono trasparenti e onesti rispetto ad altre strutture. Ci siamo affidati a loro anche per il trasferimento da Agra e ci hanno affidato a un ottimo driver. La struttura in se è molto elegante, con una vegetazione meravigliosa e molto curata. Ottima esperienza, la consigliamo vivamente.
