En mi ultima noche, tuve unos dolores de estómago terribles (por comida de la calle). El personal del hotel se volcó en cuerpo y alma para que estuviese bien; estuvieron conmigo, llamaron a una ambulancia (a la 1 de la madrugada) y Anshul me acompañó al hospital durante todas las horas que estuve ahí para ayudarme en todo (a pesar de que era su dia de fiesta, vino expresamente des de su casa!). Nunca podré estar suficientemente agradecida por la ayuda que he recibido de Anshul y en general por el personal de este hotel❤️❤️ A parte de todo eso, nos aconsejaron en todo, nos ayudaron a reservar trenes, nos llenaron de amenities y todo lo que pudieramos necesitar… simplemente los mejores ❤️🫂 GRACIAS INFINITAS.

Daspan House and its staff were welcoming from the moment we got through the door - we were greeted by someone who knew we were arriving early and had arranged an early check in (much appreciated) and we were upgraded room as we have a toddler and there would be more space for her to rush around - thank you. The property is has an underrated elegance about it and the gardens are very pleasant to relax in. Rooms are very clean, well maintained and comfortable. We booked another stay as we liked this place so much!

The food at the bar/restaurant could be better - felt overpriced given the quantity and quality received.

I absolutely loved Daspan House! Everything about the hotel was wonderful — the decoration, the ambiance, the staff, and the overall atmosphere. The amenities are amazing. The pool is beautiful, and the view from the pool over the garden is simply spectacular. The garden itself is absolutely stunning: cozy, peaceful, and welcoming. It genuinely makes you feel like you are at your own home. I highly recommend having dinner in the garden — it is a beautiful experience. The restaurant areas are also gorgeous, both the patio and the interior. Everything feels warm, elegant, and inviting. At some point, it was honestly hard to convince myself to leave the hotel and go explore the city! The rooms were fantastic as well. I stayed in a twin room on my first night, which was already great, but on the second night I was kindly upgraded to a Suite. The Suite was amazing — spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and with a fantastic bathroom. I truly loved my stay at Daspan House and would definitely return to Jodhpur not only to visit the city, but also to stay at Daspan House again. A huge thank you to the entire staff for making my stay so memorable and amazing. I felt incredibly welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed every moment!

Il personale è di una gentilezza disarmante. La camera è bella e accogliente ma più normale rispetto alle foto. La colazione a buffet è strepitosa. Il getto della doccia decisamente da riregolare. Bella la piscina sul tetto anche se i piccioni fanno spesso il bagno con voi 🥶. Sarebbe bello se aggiungessero sevizio spa!

The Daspan House is a peaceful place in Jodhpur. Rooms are comfortables and very spacious. A wide choice of stuff for breakfast and dinner. Staff of the hotel anytime available for every request. We will stay definitely there when we will come back to Jaipur!

Tout était parfait : l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, le confort de la chambre, la qualité des repas… Chaque détail a contribué à rendre notre séjour particulièrement agréable. L’hôtel n’est pas situé dans l’hyper-centre, ce qui lui offre l’avantage d’être au calme, tout en restant facilement accessible en voiture en quelques minutes. Nous y avons passé deux magnifiques nuits et gardons un excellent souvenir de cette adresse, que nous recommandons chaleureusement.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Daspan House. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and full of character. The whole property is peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The swimming pool and hotel bar are a real bonus and make the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is excellent, with a wide variety of choices for both breakfast and dinner. Everything is thoughtfully done to make guests feel comfortable and at home. We will definitely be coming back without hesitation. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Daspan House lors de notre passage à Jodphur, l’établissement est un petit havre de paix, le personnel est aux petits soins, les chambres sont très confortables et la piscine très appréciable. Nous recommandons fortement cette adresse!

Nous avons été un petit peu moins emballées par le petit déjeuner. Le restaurant de l’hôtel quant à lui est très bon mais bien plus cher que la plupart des restaurants que vous pourriez trouver en ville ou ailleurs.

Privacy within the chaos of the city

Highly recommended for Jodhpur stay. Not far from airport and in the centre of new town. Nice 4* property with great ambience, food and services. Breakfast menu was good and food tasty. Only improvement feedback is to extend the check out time from 1030 to 1130-2, especially given check in is only at 2PM

Amazing property, an oasis in Jodhpur.

Some places give you a bed for the night, others give you a memory you’ll carry long after you’ve left. Daspan House has easily been one of my favourite stays in India so far. This beautifully restored haveli blends traditional Marwari and Rajasthani architecture with elegant colonial-era influences, creating a space that feels both historic and incredibly welcoming for groups and solo travellers alike. What makes it special isn’t just the architecture—it’s the people. And here the atmosphere has attention to detail - the fragrance that drifts through the property, the peaceful courtyards, the evening bell, all make it feel like a sanctuary. Evenings here are particularly magical, with soft lit dinners in the garden, great music in the background in the courtyard and cocktail bar. Travelling during the quieter season has made this experience even more special, and I’m grateful to have discovered a place that captures so much. Thank you for having me ✨🙏 Oh and did I mention the pool and the delicious food ?

Le lieu est absolument magnifique et le personnel d'une gentillesse absolue. La chambre était parfaite, ils nous ont même gentiment proposé de la garder un peu plus longtemps après l'heure du check-out car notre train partait en fin d'après-midi. El restaurante muy romántico por las noches y la comida riquísima. El desayuno muy bueno y los trabajadores encantadores. Superó con creces nuestras expectativas y aunque tuvimos la suerte de que todos nuestros hoteles en la ruta por Rajasthan fueron increíbles, este fue nuestro favorito.

Absolute best hotel I have ever stayed at! Everything is perfect, the kindest most efficient staff, the hotel itself is beautiful, the service is perfect, I would recommend to anyone, Daspan house is an experience itself, we enjoyed it so much that we did not see much of Jodhpur. The staff were extraordinary, they really made this stay special. We had our train quite late in the evening, they let us have a late check out free of charge and then even permitted us to use the room after check out to take a shower before the train. I have never felt so good in a hotel before, leaving was almost painful!

This is a gorgeous small hotel with stunning grounds. We loved staying here. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious, elegantly appointed, and comfortable. Grounds, which included several courtyards and a pool, were absolutely beautiful and a respite from the actual city. Food was phenomenal and included very tasty specialty cocktails. Service was flawless and attentive - we showed up on Holi covered in powder and they didn't bat an eye. When we return to Jodhpur, this is where we will stay again. We would have been happy to stay one more day just to hang out at the hotel. Our choice could not have been more perfect for us.

You need a tuk tuk or car to go to the old city. We didn't care, however, We had been in the old city for a night before switching to this hotel - it was very noisy (maybe because of Holi) and we couldn't sleep. This was such an improvement. While we would have preferred to be able to walk to the old city, we thought what we got for it was well worth it and would make the same decision again.

Our two-night stay at Daspan House was nothing short of exceptional. We travel extensively and have been fortunate to experience many beautiful hotels around the world—but Daspan House truly stands out. The property itself is absolutely stunning: a thoughtfully restored heritage house with exquisite interiors, elegant design details, and a warm, intimate atmosphere. Every corner feels curated yet comfortable, blending traditional Rajasthani charm with modern luxury. The hotel offers a superb range of amenities, including: • A stylish bar serving expertly crafted cocktails • A separate restaurant with outstanding cuisine • Beautifully designed guest rooms with premium linens and furnishings • Peaceful courtyards and lounge spaces for relaxing • Concierge services and personalised local experiences • Private tuk-tuk transfers and local transport arranged by the hotel The food deserves special mention—simply 10/10. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. What truly elevates Daspan House, however, is the people. The service was flawless throughout our stay. Moolchand and Anup were exceptional—attentive, warm, and genuinely delightful. At the bar, Bibek and Salim were fantastic, creating a wonderful atmosphere and excellent drinks. A special mention must go to Wasim, the hotel’s tuk-tuk driver. He was, without question, the best driver we encountered during our time in India—safe, efficient, and with excellent English. He made getting around Jodhpur effortless and enjoyable. Fabulous experience of a Heritage property. Rooms were great and so was the dining experience. Excellent cleanliness, expert service and very tasty food. Would like to acknowledge. Anuj and Shweta at the front office along with Suman and Abhishek. Subhash, Madhu, Nisha, Dilip at the restaurant. One of the captains of the restaurant was kind enough to tell us the history of the place and about the duo currently running the place. Mr Siddarth Daspan and Mr Varun Jhalan are running an excellent institution.

Het moment dat je binnenstapt heb je een rustgevende omgeving en ontvangst is fantastisch. Kamers zijn ruim opgezet en erg fijn zwembad, restaurant met erg plezierig en binnenplaats waar je in de ochtend een lekker ontbijt kan nuttigen en savonds een fantastische bar “the old loco” is een mooie belevenis. Dit met fantastisch en vriendelijk personeel waaronder Sweta van de receptie die proactief meedacht met je dag planning en zelfs ervoor zorgde dat alles ook geregeld is inclusief reservering in restaurants voor lunch en avondeten en sochtend een super goede yoga les werkelijk waar een top ervaring

Verbeter punt kan zijn de douches in de kamer waarbij een vervanging van de douchekop het enige is. Dit is dan ook het enige punt wat ik kan bedenken

Abbiamo anche avuto occasione di pranzare e cenare in struttura e tutti i pasti sono stati memorabili e adatti a tutti i gusti: dai drink al cibo, incluso il servizio, tutto impeccabile. This is really exceptional place in India

I’ve visited quite a few restaurants over time, and I usually leave reviews only when a place truly deserves it. This one definitely does. The overall experience here was excellent. The ambience is warm and beautifully designed, giving the place a very relaxed and classy vibe. It’s the kind of spot where you can comfortably spend time with friends or enjoy a calm evening. The food was genuinely impressive. Every dish we tried was full of flavor, well-presented, and clearly made with care. The quality and taste were both top-notch. Their drinks were equally good — refreshing, well-balanced, and nicely served. It’s clear that attention is given not just to food but also to the overall beverage experience. What really stood out was the service. The staff was polite, attentive, and very welcoming. They made sure everything was smooth without being intrusive. Overall, a solid 5/5 experience. Great food, great drinks, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely a must-visit if you’re looking for a quality dining and drinks experience. Honest review after my visit.

The place is an absolute paradise! The staff is exceptionally professional and accommodating. They went out of their way to make everything perfect to a T. The place is a beautiful oasis and impecabe in every detail!
