We had a wonderful dining experience, thanks to the excellent service provided by our waiter(Kanwaraj) . He was friendly, polite, and attentive from start to finish. He made us feel welcome, helped us with the menu, and ensured our food was served quickly and accurately. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail made our visit even more enjoyable. It's clear that he genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Highly recommended! Good clean rooms and courteous staff. Sejal at the front office and Chinmoy and Diya at the Restaurant were very courteous l.

Overall, the stay was excellent. However, there are a few minor areas where the rooms could be upgraded to further enhance the guest experience. Apart from these small improvements, everything else was outstanding. The food was excellent, and I had a wonderful stay overall.

I stayed at this hotel for seven days, and my experience was truly wonderful. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Jitendra,uttrin,sejal, from the team. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. After checking out the brand fern, we booked the hotel for an overnight stay on 5th June, but it turned out to be the worst experience of my life. The hotel looked quite worn down, and the facilities, like the pool and gym, were in a sorry state. The breakfast was quite basic. However, the most disappointing part was the staff. The service was terrible, they were arrogant, unhelpful and rude, especially Yash at the reception. I went to the gym (where the equipment was old and didn’t work, the AC didn’t work and there was no ventilation, so you couldn’t even breathe for a moment) and it was located outside the building, so you had to walk 100 metres on the road to get there. I left my plastic card room key in the gym because I was too busy getting out of that unhealthy place.

Property is good. But there wifi was not working and room cooling was not upto the mark.

Just checked out after staying in the Hazel Suite Room and overall had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and the decor felt premium Bed was super comfortable and bathroom amenities were good Staff was polite and check-in/check-out was smooth. Breakfast spread had decent variety. Location works well for both business and leisure Would definitely stay again!

Heeraram is a very fine young man who does excellent work. He has taken exceptional care of your room—keeping it in pristine condition and looking after it beautifully. He is very enthusiastic and does a wonderful job.

This hotel had wondefull staff Ms uttrin from the front office department was particulary impressive . She is highly skilled at handling guests and even arranged guru for us.

Excellent front office department. Ms. Uttrin greeted us with warmth. She assigned a lovely room. We had an excellent experience. All the staff members were available always. We had a beautiful view of Mahadev temple right outside our room. Overall a great and a must visit again experience. It's overall a great value and worth a try. L

The Fern Residency- Jodhpur series by Mariott is excellent. The staff here is amazing, especially the housekeeping team Ms Uttrin front office.

The 9th floor terrace was the highlight of our stay here, our room was comfortable with a good bed, air conditioning, safe, 1 arm chair, desk & chair, tea and coffee making facilities and a good bathroom. The restaurant was good and the staff were friendly, we had issues with our power tripping and the staff not responding to requests to have it fixed and no wifi in our room.

The Fern Residency Jodhpur (a Series by Marriott property) is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is excellent—specifically Ms. Uttrin at the Front Office, who is wonderful and interacts very pleasantly. Truly a delightful staff.

Room, Bedsheet and amenities were not clean. Comitment to delivery was lacking, even after agreeing for early check in we were made to wait atleast 2 hrs. Staff needs proper Training. We shifted to a another hotel next day.
